Clean, comfortable, spacious room with functional air conditioning. The bathroom was nice and spacious too. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially when we had issues such as a broken shower head and noise complaints, they resolved it immediately. The location is amazing so close to transport, many sights, restaurants, supermarket, etc. Breakfast was basic but nice. I think for the price it’s a nice play to stay and amazing location in Budapest.

We were on the 7th floor and we could hear every noise from the street below, even talking, laughing of the people outside etc. The window covers also did not block all the light so the room was bright even during the night but not too bad.

Perfect location. Walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, malls, metros, buses, taxis and trams. Breakfast is okay. Rooms and public places are very clean, shower pressure and temperature is good, beds are comfortable. Family room was big enough for a family of 5. Large bay windows provided lots of light and made room feel bigger. Fridge, kettle, coffee, secure safe and good working air conditioning. Water bottles were provided on the first day but not replenished. Helpful staff. Very good experience and excellent location.

Bathroom is small. Lifts are small. Breakfast restaurant felt a bit small and chaotic on days. WiFi is temperamental and not good.

A wonderful hotel located right in the heart of Budapest. We were very close to the main attractions of the Hungarian capital. Metro M1, buses, trams - everything within a few hundred meters. The breakfasts were very good - fresh products, everything in sufficient quantity and some changes every day - a great variety. Delicious coffee, usually at hotels I drink one cup here at breakfast there were 2-3. Nice staff. The possibility of leaving luggage for free and sightseeing on the departure day - a big plus of this hotel, it shows a friendly attitude towards travelers. The price for accommodation was favorable. We will recommend this hotel and gladly return on our next visit to Budapest!!!

Breakfast was very good and had many choices. Very clean and decent service. Location is excellent, has metro (prefer 24H tickets for metro, they do not need extra validation in every station) and lime near. Room was very clean and service very kind. They also let us store our languages on last day in the hotel after our check-out until our flight.

Heating was an issue at nights, It was too much and it seems that it could not be regulated somehow. But maybe we also did not know how to do it. Wifi speed was great, only a few times it was lagy but not a big deal. Except that, there was no other negative to say about.

This hotel is so well placed for transport links and visiting the major tourist attractions. Its outlook isn't particularly attractive but in all other respects the hotel is perfectly placed for sightseeing. Staff were very helpful and willing to provide detailed directions and suggest venues to visit. Breakfast included a good variety of hot and cold foods. I reckon most people could find something to their liking.

I do find it frustrating when one arrives in a hotel room to find things not working. And even when staff were told about what wasn't working it never got repaired (as far as I am aware).

The location is nice: you can easily reach bus/tram/metro lines and it is pretty close to the center. The room was large and there was a kitchen counter with a basic kitchen stuff. Also there was a terrace with a nice view. A breakfast was decent, we enjoyed it.

Despite all the upsides there were defected roller blinds: 2 of 5 was permanently in a "close" condition and the one at the terrace entrance wasn't able to open completely which might cause a possible danger to heart a head. Another disappointment was the sewer in the bathroom: the floor filled with water very fast and the whole bathroom became flooded.

Lovely central location within the city, short walk to metro & tram, walkable to nyugati railway station. Good sized room, good temperature control, windows will open!

Stopped overnight here a few times, an unglamorous but totally ok place to stay at a reasonable price. I was aware of roadworks on previous visit but they weren't too disruptive from my room. This time I arrived late and in need of a good sleep - was 20m above the workmen who were on site and working by 6.15 and started up a relentless digger at 7.55, the hotel was shaking! Not Medos's fault but I won't return until the roadworks are completed.

We had the suite and it was amazing, the terrace was huge and you could see for miles. The bed was comfortable and it was peaceful. The shower was big and powerful. Breakfast was a good selection of continental options. Along with some cooked options. Filled us up for the day. The location is pretty good, it’s central to most things. We did the hop on hop off bus tour and stop number 8 is just the opposite side of the road.

Nothing really, the staff were helpful when needed. If I had to say something the telly in the room is a bit small for the size of the room. But that’s being picky.

I loved everything about my stay and the Medos Hotel in general. The staff is very really friendly and helpful to a fault, very polite and always willing to support. I loved the breakfast in particular which is rich and various. I absolutely adored the room and the view from my floor since it overlooks Jokai Ter and the nearby buildings. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom had a bathtub just like I am used to. There's also a minibar and the WiFi reception is optimal. Absolutely great stay. Also, most importantly, the hotel is close to the metro and the tram but also really close to lots of bars and restaurants (even a 24h open mini market and a petshop too). I hope to come back here again soon.

There's literally nothing I didn't like.
