Krisztian, our host, was fantastic. His instructions for check-in was perfect he even advised us on where we could store our luggage as we had a late train to catch. Couldn't praise him enough.

We didn't recieve the room we booked through Booking.com. which was a Studio with Balcony, we requested this room as it had a washing machine because we had been travelling for 30 days & had 10 more to go. Also no TV channels available & if you want to stream Netflix, you need to supply your own & we do not have Netflix but had prime, yet we still could not connect our device to the TV. Also no wardrobe or closet & we could not get the heater to work in the bedroom. All these things were supposed to be supplied, there was booklet stating no washing machine & no TV channels, so in all, we did not receive what we paid for.

The apartment had everything we needed, the air conditioning saved us from the heats. The property had a small kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer. The host Krisztian was very helpful and his instructions made our stay very easy and comfortable. Thanks Krisztian! :)

Great location with balcony, AC, quiet, everything was functioning. Garage with car elevator. Good value for the money.

Facilities in the kitchen a bit old. Didn't realize from the pictures that the bathroom was split in two.

Excellent location, easy and clear instructions to check in. The place has a separate toilet and bathroom and spacious. It was clean and nice and warm. Highly recommended

Unfortunately the washing machine didn’t work, as I was traveling I would have liked to have used it. We also wish the bed sheets were bigger, they were very small and came off the bed easily. However everything else was perfect!

Excellent property in the city center, super location.. near restaurants ( right near it is a cubanese bar with drinks, which has a good music and is very quiet , relaxing and nice . Overall we had a great time staying in the apartment, very clean and with all utilities

Wonderfully central, being within walking distance to bus and metro stops. Surprisingly quiet in the apartment despite being in the middle of a bustling city. Just around the corner, down the side street of the Opera House, a traffic free boulevard with a choice of eateries. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether choosing to eat out or self catering. There is even a washing machine in the bathroom. Beds are comfortable and clean, there is place to sit. Bathroom is clean and water pressure in the shower very good. Separate toilet is a plus. The airconditioning is very welcome. Concise instructions are given by the host to facilitate key pick up from a key safe, and it is possible to contact them by Whatsapp with any questions.

Kryztian's place has everything you need from the refrigerator, flat iron, washing machine and all the cooking utensils you need which is necessary for people who are traveling. I specifically like that they have free detergent soap, I know it's not expensive to purchase but since they provide the washing machine for free they also made an effort to provide a laundry detergent which is really nice. The location is walking distance to good restaurants, a grocery and bus stops. The grocery store is really a plus to me as it is open early in the morning and closes at 10pm.

I think it's like Airbnb in the sense that, nobody will clean the room or change the towels after several days. But all in all we had a really good stay.

The location is a dream! It’s less than 15 minutes to Parliament, under 10 to St. Stephen’s Church, and just a 3-minute walk to the Opera House. There are plenty of highly-rated restaurants and attractions nearby, and the Danube shore is less than 15 minutes away. Communication was excellent, and our host was incredibly helpful. He even extended our parking spot after checkout, allowing us to explore the city a bit longer before heading home. He was very polite and accommodating, answering all our questions and requests before we arrived in Budapest.

The apartment was clean overall, but the kitchen and bathroom areas had a sticky feeling due to the older appliances. The fridge was quite noisy, and while the cabinets weren’t dirty, we felt hesitant to use them. There was a noticeable old-house smell throughout. Despite these issues, the place was well-equipped with everything from a washing machine to an iron, though we didn’t feel inclined to use all of them.

A very good location, walking distance to many atractions in the city center. A quiet and comfortable flat in a pretty new buliding. Perfect contact with the host. We've got an upgrade of apartment without extra payment. The best ever information for the quests - detailed instruction how to use all equipments in the flat, how to manage in emergency situation, plus personalised guide from the host on google drive with important information about the city, practical advices and recommendations. All data, prices, addresses - very up to date. Highly recommended.

The apartment is located in the city centre close to all major monuments, public transport hubs such as Deak ter and airport shuttle bus. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants , mini supermarkets nearby. Surprisingly, it's a quiet neighbourhood given its location. It is an accurate description of the property on booking.com. It is a self check in property. The owners are very quick to respond to anything you need via whats app. Thankyou Krisztian for your help during my stay.
