Fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotless with a comfortable bed. Very relaxing saunas and a good Gym! Breakfast offered a delicious variety, and the hotel’s location made exploring the area easy. Highly recommended!

The shower drain was slow when I arrived, but it was fixed within an hour after I notified the staff. Perfect service!

Lovely hotel, great location and great staff. He room was cleaned every day and we had the choice to ask for extra towels etc. our room was very spacious and modern. The same guy was on reception all week and would always chat when we walked by.

The only thing for us was we could not get the thermostat set to a temperature, it just kept getting hotter and hotter. We did go to reception about this and they also could not control it so we were advised to open a window. We found we were okay with it off in the end with the window on vent but we could not control this for the duration of our stay & sometimes very early in the morning it was loud at the front of the hotel which was worse with the open window. Overall we were really happy with our stay.

The hotel is really top notch. The facilties are great and breakfast is really good. What makes this hotel stand out for me is the staff. Absolutely a credit to this brand. Polite, friendly and all the normal things. Great. But what makes this group very special is that I was taken ill while in Budapest, this staff went over and beyond to support my wife and I for the remainder of our stay. I really cannot express our gratitude sufficiently. The biggest thing for me is that my wife and I most definitely return to Budapest and to this hotel.

Hotel close to the metro, buses and trams which made travelling around Budapest really easy. Transport to all main attractions. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were amazingly kind and helpful. Breakfast was really nice too.

This is not really a dislike but our air conditioning in the room broke down. It was no problem - we were offered an alternative room. As we were only staying for one more night, we said that we were happy to keep our original room. The hotel staff sent us fizz, chocolates, a large plate of fruits and a lovely apology note. They were so nice.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Eurostars Ambassador. The service was absolutely outstanding – the staff were always helpful, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable – everything was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety every morning, catering to different tastes and preferences. I especially appreciated the fresh ingredients and thoughtful presentation. The facilities and amenities were top-notch and left nothing to be desired – everything worked perfectly and added to the comfort of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional service. I will definitely return!

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is perfect - right near the metro, bars, and plenty of restaurants. The room was spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide selection of desserts that changed almost every day - such a nice touch! What truly won me over was the surprise for my birthday. Even though my birthday was two days before check-in, the team still prepared something special. It absolutely made our evening! That kind of thoughtful gesture shows how much they care about their guests. I’ll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I wish I had time to use the hotel gym and sauna! The hotel is very centrally located. As a tourist, both Buda and Pest side were within walkable distance for us. The train station was around 10 minutes by cab and 20 minutes by public transport. The receptionist who checked us in - Ameer - was friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was good - a delicious continental spread. My companions ordered omelette and that was tasty too. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was great as well. There was sufficient space to store our large suitcase (right next to the door). There was plenty of space in the closet too. I appreciated the presence of body lotion alongside a separate handwash, body wash and shampoo. The hotel premises were lovely. The rooms and corridors were decorated with images of Budapest's numerous statues - which I appreciated a lot. When we booked it, the deluxe double room (without breakfast) costed a 100£ a night.

Travelling by car from the airport to hotel Eurostars Ambassador was easy with Google Maps! ;) Note that at traffic hours, it might take longer (45-60 min) to get there. The hotel is based in a one-direction street in front off the Spanish Embassy close to the Oktogon crossing at Andrassy Ut. The neighbourhood felt like being in Barcelona whereas Andrassy Ut is a small version of Diagonal. At arrival, I indicated that I had a parking garage reservation. Before parking I could leave the car at the entrance to first check-in. Note that cars are parked in the underground garage and often on floors -2 and -3. These floors can only be reached by stairs. Taking out luggage before parking is therefore practical. The reception was good: Friendly and easy check-in. All employees speak English, some even Spanish. After checking in, the fun part started. The underground garage is reached with a car escalator. You will be facilitated by a garage man. The escalator is not big. For bigger cars, this might be challenging. Check upfront if your LPG car is allowed to be parked. The hotel looks new, clean and well decorated. The room was good with bed, bathroom, tv (incl. YouTube/Netflix) and fridge including drinks & snacks. Airco is available but not used by me. Instead, I could open the window. It is a quite neighbourhood, so no shouting or loud music from outside. On floor -1 you can find a small gym and on floor 0 there is a restaurant for breakfast and diner. I cannot share any experience because I preferred to eat outside with all the lovely places that Budapest offers. The hotel is centrally positioned with many spots to visit within a range of 1500 meters: NW: Margerita Island in the Donau, W: the Opera, Parlement Building at Donau and City Center SW: Jewish District with the Synagogue and the numerous restaurants, bars and clubs.

Hotel is very clean, lovely large room and you can’t hear any sounds from doors banging etc. Location is excellent , easily reach all areas in 15 min walking or the nearby metro (5/6 min walk). Downside, the drink offered on arrival ( no one was available for checking in ) you need to pay for , so just watch out for that upsell and also, the hotel has no facilities for food/ drink. They open an area for breakfast and that’s it, and the bar, well I’d not call it a bar bar, more like a waiting area in a lobby where you can have a beer. Overall, great staff, lovely location and a very clean hotel

Getting charged for what I thought was a complementary drink on arrival as the check in staff were not present. I’d warn others of this sneaky upsell.

Everything is fantastic here. This is the third time I've stayed here and it is now officially my favorite hotel in Budapest! The staff are kind, courteous, and professional. They really want you to have a great experience and it shows! The breakfast is also very good, with options for everyone. As a very healthy eater, I have found that I don't usually have too many breakfast options to choose from in Budapest. So I usually don't get a breakfast option when I stay since, most of the time, my only choice is bread and cheese, and a vegetable if I am lucky. It's never worth the price and I'm still hungry. I really enjoy eating healthier, and I absolutely can here. No matter what your diet, this hotel has so many fresh foods to choose from. For everyone! I would like to give the cleaners a 10/10 because everything is so clean. They really do an amazing job and I appreciate their hard work so much. (Please don't forget to tip them! They make all the difference in a great stay or a bad one!) Thank you for another amazing experience!! I will see you the next time I am in Budapest!
