Everything from the staff explaining everything to us The Location was in the middle of everything you could walk but it would take upto 30 mins but the transport is excellent and around the corner There is a small supermarket at the corner of the road which is really helpful our room was an apartment and not part of the hotel it was a short walk and easy to access with the instructions we were given by Valerie.Who was really helpful. And the apartment was really beautiful which we didn’t expect Two spacious rooms with a kitchen bathroom/ shower ,Lounge area in one of the bedrooms with TV and Wi-Fi ,large dining table And Air Conditioning unit which we needed so much because it was 34 or over every day.

Clean room with all needed kitchen utensils and mini fridge, coffee and tea was free and mini bar chargeble, good WiFi, the location is quiet and close to the main street with restaurants, cafes and changes Friendly staff, fast check in, Descent breakfast, all you need in the morning - eggs, sosages, cheeses, breads and coffee machine

Couple Bed had 2 blankets that were relatively small, was hard to wrap up properly, problematic for tall person, also it was 2 peace mattresses with different firmness The main lights in the room were little bit too yellow and dim, could be better to set up a little brighter

I enjoyed my stay here. The price I paid includes the buffet breakfast, and I must say that it is worth it to avail of it. They even prepared a breakfast for takeout since my flight is way early and the buffet is not yet open. I also availed of the airport transfer with their partner shuttle service. The front desk is very accommodating, and I commend her excellent customer service. The room was spacious, good for 2 persons, and came with a dining table even cookware, and a microwave oven. Location is not near popular places, but there are nearby restaurants, probably 3-5 minutes away from the place.

The lights are motion-censored, and it gets dark at night since there are some delays before it opens. For someone afraid of the dark, it kinda made me nervous at times. There was also this one staff member, well, he/she is not rude, but not hospitable enough. My shuttle was a bit late, and I was worried I might be late for my flight, so I asked him /her if he/she knew how I could reach the shuttle service, but she shrugged me off. I even asked if I could at least sit at the dining space since I had to wait a bit more, but she refused to saying it is still closed.

The accommodation was very nice and clean. We greatly appreciated the possibility of separate rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen for the entire apartment. I must also highlight the efficient and quick communication with the accommodation staff via WhatsApp. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was very tasty (eggs, bacon, pancakes, vegetable, fruit, pastries and other including coffee machine a juices). If we ever visit Budapest, we will definitely choose this accommodation again.

I can only think of a slightly uncomfortable bed and that it was not possible to turn off the heating even though we lowered the termostat temperature. It was hot in the apartment, especially in the rooms, where it was hot even with the window open. If we were to stay longer, we would solve it with the staff, but due to the short stay we didnt. The parking space was a bit tight, but we managed. Other than that I can't think of any bad things or things that we didnt like.

Our room was very spacious, had an upstairs bedroom. Bathroom was down stairs so as I have mobility issues I slept on the sofa bed. The breakfast was lovely, proper orange juice and nice coffee, a plus to start with , fresh rolls, croissants jams etc. cold meats and cheeses and a hot buffet, lovely scrambled eggs. All you need really. The staff were lovely.

It is just in need of a refurb. It could do with brightening up, the apartment was ok but we didn’t want to spend time relaxing in it. The bathroom had the staircase steps inside which were very dangerous. We put a chair there so we didn’t walk into the steps.

The staff was very helpful, and the room was spacious. On the first night, we felt a bit nervous arriving at the hotel after dark since the reception closes at 6 PM, but it turned out to be fine. The location is excellent, near the city center and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, as well as easy access to transportation. You also have the option to leave your luggage at the hotel before or after check-out during reception hours. There is daily cleaning service, and the shower had hot water. As we visited Budapest in September, we didn't need to use the AC, and we also didn't use the Wi-Fi, so I can't comment on these. Overall, a very good accommodation, especially for its price!

The breakfast variety was basic (but tasted good), and the restaurant was a little bit small, which didn't bother us.

A good place to stay for a couple of days or more in Budapest - the apartment is big (I think the kitchen was bigger than what I have at home :D). It had everything we needed, the rooms were cosy and clean. There are a couple of grocery shops around the place, lots of restaurants, bars etc. just a block away. Trams and metro are also 5 min by foot. The hotel has a garage (but it is operated by the staff only - it is a lift), so if you want to come and go outside their working hours, you should park elsewhere (there is a huge parking next to the hotel, not very cheap though).

The only downside - air conditioners in the rooms are really noisy (you cannot sleep with them on), but it is still better than no air conditioning (it was +38 when we were there).

It was a comfortable stay for three nights in our Budapest holiday, people at the reception is super kind and helpful. They booked a very nice local restaurant for us and they prepared a breakfast package since we left early in the morning the last day. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, no noise from surrounding area. There is a room service everyday.

The only minor thing to mention is their small breakfast place where if you come usual time as everyone else, you might have to wait for a table.

Check in was easy. 3rd Floor Apartment. Clean Room and Kitchen area and Bathroom. Bathroom bit small with small Shower enclosure. Kitchen area small, would be tight to prepare proper cooked food. The only disadvantage was freestanding A/C unit which when switched on causes very loud noise. Deafening. To extend check out time for an hour was quoted 30Euros was high. Breakfast was good but choice limited. Luggage storage free but time would be limited as the Reception and staff shut down at 6:00PM. One good thing was having a somewhat cheaper Airport Shuttle pick up from Hotel. Another positive is the free drinks available from Machines until 6:00PM. Overall good value but on checking the price we paid dropped substantially closer to our arrival date.

nice location which is close to public transportation. Breakfast is good. Room is big enough. Although we didn't use, there was a kitchen. Heating is really good. There was a minus zero degree at the outside but we are with t-shirts in the room. Minibar is cooling nice so that you can drink cold. Employees are helpful. Maybe one of the best price / performance hotel that I stayed in Europe.

If I really need to write what I didn't like is that maybe the furniture is a bit old but it is not really important.
