For us it was perfect! The room was clean, the shower worked fine! There weren't many other guests, so we could as freely and as much as we wanted to use the kitchen and the lobby. Very great location. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped to cook

It is hard to get in contact with the staff. When contacting the number provided, the person tells us she doesn't work there anymore! The AC didn't work and we wanted to reach staff and it was a bit of a hustle. Somehow the housing of the owner (?) or something stayed downstairs and was able to get us a new remote! That's why I couldn't give 10/10

It's lovely and quiet, but if you open the windows you can hear the musicians practising in the music academy across the street - wonderful! The balcony overlooks the academy. Some might say the building is old and in disrepair, but I think it's quirky. The location is great. The private room was perfect for us, just enough space! It all felt very safe and quite homely.

The mattresses were a bit thin, pillows were not firm enough (one was feather) and the shower didn't have a hook to hang the head on.

The location is excellent, it’s easy to find the building and it’s not far from the train station Is quiet and clean . The responsible is friendly and reactive

It’s more a shared appartement than a hostel, no hostel soul , you can even don’t meet anybody during your stay - the building is very old and the lift look really unsafe . - the beds are not very confortable

Quite central with good self catering facilities, a pleasant shared area, cheery decor and adequate heating. A sofa in the room is always great, and the desk with light was very welcome too.

Stairwell up from the street was very dusty and took a bit of time to locate light switches (I didn't use the lift because I rarely do but the sign about getting stuck if you don't close the door properly was a bit off-putting anyway.) The combination of duvet cases with blankets was not the best.

At arrival we were warmy welcomed by Kristina, she explained everything to us. She gave us discount for breakfast in the bistro that I suppose she owns and I actually highly recommend it, we couldn’t choose better and I really mean it. Hostel is clean, bathroom quite comfortable, room has air condition so it was a relief from hot weather. Beds are very comfortable (and my back is sensitive). Amazing small shared terrace with good view. We didn’t use the kitchen so I cannot say much about it, but looked well equipped. I didin’t see iron in hostel equipment but when I asked cleaning lady for it she found it for me. Hostel is very good located. Overall we were really pleased to stay there :)

Excellent location and amazing value for money, aircon worked great, and I've got zero complaints about the room. The roof terrace was a bonus as well

Shared bathroom was fine, but no lock on the toilet, made it a bit too exciting for me

- Nice location - The AC Worked - The codes for entrance worked - I had a single room with 3 beds

- The floor in my room was not properly cleaned as I saw some dust on the floor - The AC turned on automatically at 3 or 12 am

Clean and spacious. Great location. Wasn’t given our key and fob on arrival as informed but managed to find it so not a big issue.

Temperature in the room was unbearable at times.

It was super clean, beautiful, and spacious. Right in the middle of the city centre and we got very clear and helpful instructions on how to get there from the bus station

We saw pretty much no one the whole time we were there. It was like our own apartment, which was amazing but not quite the hostel vibe we where after

Its a great place in a very central location for parties and major sights in Budapest Check in and check out are automatic, I have never seen any of the staff but owner/admin seemed super responsive on messages via booking, even at 4 AM when we had a slight problem which we quickly resolved together. Place was well kept and maintained, however whole building (as most of the others in the neighborhood) itself is neglected
