Centrally located Clean and spacious

The duvet cover was really thin, it was a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. No sheets for sofa bed. There were two small thin single duvets provided. If you want any extra bedding you need to pay for it

Centrally located, 24 hr reception, friendly staff, clean, bright & roomy two bedroom apartment. Safe area beside the Jewish Quarter, plenty of shops, bars & restaurants, well priced if using Hungarian money. Euro exchange quite high in some local restaurants, look out for that. Apartments had everything, working washing machine, clothes airer, microwave, coffee machine & kettle etc. Fresh bakery beside apartments and great pizza shop.

We were here Easter, stayed three nights. Two of those nights we had difficulty sleeping. First night a party at 3am above us and later in the vacation a party in the apartment next door. We didn't complain, we used the extractor fans in the bathrooms as white noise. I wouldn't stay here with a family in the summer, due to the layout of the apartments, too noisy. But, this is only our opinion as a family, you could get the same disturbance anywhere. Everything else was perfect.

Location is smack-bang central. Very neat and modern apartment, managed professionally. Very courteous and efficient reception clerk. Lift.

Parking is £ 30 per day! We put free parking as a filter, but this came up in the results, quite misleading. We parked off-road and had to wake up and pay in the meter in the morning. The AC made a fairly loud noise because the fan had something caught in it. The power went out twice when the guy tried to sort this out! Water pressure in the shower has been limited on purpose, because it was fine in the sinks, etc. Hot water was just adequate, not the best.

Great apt, clean, spacious, simple, modern decor and excellent location in the city. Shower was awesome!

Only one thing. I asked for an extra pillow as the ones there were small and very soft but the residence wanted to charge me extra for the request. I feel this was really poor customer service given what I had already paid to stay there. It did not spoil my stay but I felt this was a lack of consideration by K46.

Clean spacious room, has everything you may need, comfortable beds, good aircon, balcony with seats, washing machine, excellent location

Extra payments everywhere - deposit €50, €25 early check-in (before 15:00), €25 fee if you're one minute late for checkout (after 10:00), €200 fine for lost key, mad! Can easily go bankrupt during your holiday or stay nervous at all times. Also shower doesn't have an inner door and water goes all around the bathroom.

Good location, rooms are nice. There is a public parking in near by streets and in front of the hotel which is free on the weekends.

There is no info that private parking (garage) is 30€ per day on the booking page, we got that information before arrival when we asked for the parking slot.

Reception tried to sell us turistic bus Hop on Hop off tickets double amount of the official price! Check in from 14.00 check out untill 10 o'clock next day - less than 24h if you want to stay longer (let's say untill 14.00 ) you must pay 👎

The size of the apartment was very good for our family of 5. Having separate rooms for everyone was an important plus. The location is very convenient and within walking distance to the center. Having a balcony was great. With some refurbishment, the place can turn into a fantastic accomodation.

There should be 1 large 1 small towel for everyone. There was 1(one) dishwasher tablet only ! No paper towel, coffee machines glass container was missing. Upstairs bathroom missing shower base. When you take a shower all the floor gets wet and you have to mop the floor all the time. In general, I would like to suggest the managers of this apartment to stay as guests for a few days and understand the conditions there. The trivial things that seem to be creating cost savings are actually damaging the whole experience.

I always stay here when I sleep over in Budapest. firstly, the size of the rooms, and the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine (in the bathroom). The street is full of places to eat and of course entertainment venues. It is just a 5 minute walk to the National Opera House, and a 10 Minute walk to Vaci Ut (Famous shopping street). The actual hotel is modern, all Comfy furniture and well equipped kitchen. Good towels, and bedding, Quiet rooms, with double glazed windows. Large elevator and parking underground (must pay per day).

Nothing. As I said earlier, I always stay here. I would say that it is cheaper to book direct, rather than through booking . Also there is a 100EU deposit, but this is a typical thing in Europe.

I initially thought I had booked a B&B, but upon arrival, I discovered that it was actually a well-managed vacation-style apartment hotel in Budapest’s 5th district—perfectly located in a lively yet quiet area. The facilities were excellent, the room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, with fresh bedding, two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. The front desk is staffed 24/7, making luggage storage convenient at any time. It's close to the bar street, a 15-minute walk to the famous New York Café, and not far from the 100E airport shuttle. A taxi to the airport costs around €30. Highly recommended!
