Absolutely Perfect Stay! Our stay at Budapest Center Residence was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and outstanding service. The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, providing both comfort and style. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Budapest, making it easy to explore the city's top attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living area and comfortable beds. The attention to detail truly made our stay exceptional. We highly recommend Budapest Center Residence to anyone visiting Budapest. It’s a perfect choice for couples, families, or groups looking for a fantastic place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

The apartment is very spacious. We traveled with a baby and we could let her sleep early on the entrance floor and have the second floor for ourselves. The location was really good. It was our first time to Budapest and we didn't know the city before, and I'm very glad we choose this street. While it can get busy, we heard absolutely no noise from the street. There are several grocery stores next to the apartment and a variety of restaurants which is great. We didn't use any public transportation at all because so many things were walking distance, even with a stroller (but it was also a relatively short stay).

I think it would be better if the keys were kept in a smart locker and I didn't need to pick them from a business next door. The process was quick and easy but we were with a lot of bags and a young baby and it would be better if I could avoid this extra step (But it was not such a big deal).

The most convenient part for me was the lockbox so you can still access the key to your room if you check in late and the information on how to use it was very clear. The room was clean and very comfortable with a washing machine (no dryer) and fridge in the room if needed, the property is a 5-10 minute walk from Elizabeth square so very easy to get around. Although you are located in the party district with the positioning of the apartments and the fact they are on the top floor of the building you barely hear any noise. And there are several security doors before you can even get to the stairs/elevator so no worries about unwelcome guests lingering outside the rooms. The fact the apartment is split into two floors will give you some privacy if you're traveling with friends.

I really don't have any faults about the room I would say the rooms were very warm but that's just my personal preference and nothing opening the balcony door didn't solve. The stairs between the rooms are a bit steep so be careful if you've just got home from one of the many bars in the area.

Lovely little apartment right in the centre of Budapest, on a bustling street next to lots of local amenities and transport systems. Our original hotel cancelled due to flooding and we found this accomodation last minute so we didn't expect much but it completely exceeded expectations. It was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, we were allowed to leave our bags when checking in early and communication from the staff was excellent. They even provided a city map upon arrival to make getting about very easy.

The hot water took a little while to warm up but that wasn't a big issue. It is also on the top floor so if you don't like heights (like me) the journey back to the room was a little nerve wracking.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. It had all the facilities needed for a few days away. The balcony was an added bonus we think it’s always nice to have a little private outside space. The location is amazing everything is within walking distance and despite the apartment being on a bustling street in such a central location the apartment was quiet and relaxing. Communication with the owner was really good, he even sent us a video on how to access the apartment as we arrived in the evening after the reception was closed. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family and we will definitely stay again when we return to Budapest.

The location of the apartment is certainly advantageous, offering easy access to a diverse selection of dining options, shops and the Christmas markets! Despite the area's bustling nature, the apartment maintains a tranquil atmosphere. The apartment is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four adults, and the small balcony enhances the overall appeal of the space. We found the communication with the hotel reception to be clear and effective. The check-in process was well-organized, and Jànos provided us with valuable insights regarding both the apartment and the surrounding area. Additionally, transportation to the airport was thoughtfully arranged for us, which was particularly helpful given our early flight.

I loved everything about this property. It is in a prime location close to all the bars, restaurants and sights. It was spotlessly clean, had a lovely cute lounge area and kitchenette and the bed was super comfy. I loved the little balcony area, as it was high up near the roof it was the perfect suntrap. The check in process was quick and efficient and the host Janos was very helpful with a map and information about the area.

If I had to pick on something very small it would be that the toilet was downstairs from the bed so when I needed to go in the night I had to go down a very steep spiral staircase which wasn't easy in the middle of the night when you're half asleep but obviously this is just a design fault.

Well located within easy access of metro/trams and main city attractions, with many bars, restaurants, and shops immediately outside, while still being very quiet inside. Communication and support from the manager Janic was excellent and helpful throughout. Really nice balcony with small table and chairs outside bedroom on top floor.

Although well equipped, kitchen space was limited as was cutlery and crockery (only seemed to be 3 of everything). Shower room with handbasin off first floor bedroom was very small, and the only toilet with handbasin was on ground floor off lounge/kitchen which could be an issue, with awkward narrow winding stairs. Also, proposed payment method was unorthodox (proposing part via 3rd party link 7 days before and balance in cash on arrival). Once sorted out and agreeing 100% card payment through link in advance, no further issue, but be aware.

Great location, great staff, nice apartment. Janos was super nice and helpful. He went out of his way to help us; even called some restaurants to make reservations for us. The apartment was clean, pleasant and welcoming. There was a cute kitchenette with a refrigerator, kettle, coffee and tea for us. The balcony was beautiful as well. The location was ideal; walking distance to lots of attractions, restaurants and bars.

The top floor only had a shower and no toilet and the bottom floor had a toilet with no shower which was a little inconvenient but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Fantastic stay. The location is perfect, the apartment is right in the city centre. There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants to choose from on the Király street which was very handy. The apartment itself was great, spacious, very clean and it had everything what we needed. János, the host, was super nice and helpful. We left with him our bags on the day of checkout as our flight was in the evening. We were asked if we want to use a toilet or get changed when we collected them before our flight home and given a key to other vacant apartment to do do so. Couldn't recommend enough!
