The hotel was stunning. It took our breath away every time we walked to our room. The location was perfect, on the best section of the most beautiful street, just like being on a movie set. The breakfast was so good I looked forward to it each night, including as many mimosas as you like! We stayed in a corner superior room and it was huge. I loved the wardrobes that were lit from within, making me feel like I was getting my clothes from a luxury boutique. Staff were ridiculously helpful and good-natured. Always looked very happy to see us and help out with all our little requests.

The design room we reserved is lovely - but at first we were given one on the 1st floor and suffered from some noise from the beautiful Andrassy avenue it looks on to. We also asked for a double bed and were given one made of 2 mattresses. The next day all of this was solved by the lovely staff - we were given a room on the 4th floor and an added cover to the mattress - and spent another wonderful 4 nights in this exquisite and lovely hotel!

The moment I stepped into Hotel Moment, I felt the warm and modern vibe. The staff were friendly and always greeted us. The location was perfect—just a short walk to St. Stephen’s, the Opera House, river cruise, and even that scenic roller coaster with an amazing view! Our room was beautiful, cozy, and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was also nice—just missing a towel bar, but no big deal. I loved the lounge area where you could relax with free coffee or tea after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices: breads, cheeses, eggs, bacon, meats, and a self-serve fresh juice station. Everything was delicious.

Clean, modern property in an excellent location on Andrassy Avenue on the edge of the Jewish Quarter and a short metro ride away from City Park and Heroes Square, the State Opera, and the House of Terror museum. Unexpectedly quiet and restful given its location on a busy street; excellent soundproofed windows. New mattresses provide excellent support for a restful sleep. Buffet breakfast is the best we ever had in all our travels. Friendly, accommodating staff speaks and understands English.

While there are some acceptable restaurants close on Andrassy Avenue, it would have been nice to have a few more for a better choice close to the hotel when the weather isn’t optimal. However, the Jewish Quarter—which is being gentrified—is very close and boasts a growing number of eateries and bars of different types.

Initially, the staff offered us an upgrade with 15 euros per night to 5th floor room which was actually smaller than our actual booked room. And the view from the 5th floor room was not great either. We reverted back to our original room - would recommend people to avoid taking these top floor upgrades here, or at least check the rooms before saying yes to such offers.

We spent 4 nights, 3 Days I. hotel Moments. The hotel is centrally located. Close to the Opera House and public transportation. It is beautifully designed (we booked a signature room, newly updated) The room was spacious and comfortable, with great soundproof windows, A/C which works very well. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Very nice and efficient 24-hour front desk. There is a coffee/tea 24 hours in a lobby. In addition, there is an espresso coffee machine in the room.

if you have mobility issues you might have problems using the bathroom. There is NO separate shower. Only extremely high bathtub. In addition, the shower head is attached to the side wall and positioned very low. There is no way you can stand under the shower. You will need to hold the shower in one hand. It might be inconvenient. It did not bother us much but might be an issue for some people. There is NO space in the nightstands; they are stylish but very small.

Everything about this property was exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable which allowed for a good nights sleep. The breakfast was of a high standard and most enjoyable. The location was ideal for touring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. After checking out and arriving at the airport my partner realised that his car keys and house keys had been left in the hotel room. The hotel alerted us that they had the keys. They offered a courier service to ship the keys and the keys arrived promptly by express delivery. We are very satisfied with the service provided.

Fantastic location, close to bus and metro. Very easy to take the little metro to the Hero Square or walk to the basilica. Many good and affordable restaurants within a short walking distance. We had a room on the (busy) street side but the sound insulation is great, so we were never bothered by traffic. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and we had a room with a bath. We could not gear any neighbors. Good choice of breakfast, many warm dishes to choose from, next to the usual choice of cold plate meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, yogurt, jams etc. Let’s not forget the glass of sparkling wine you help yourself to at breakfast. The lobby is a cozy seating area where guests can enjoy a choice of coffee and tea (or a handful of peanuts). We love this hotel.

The hotel is well located few minuets walking from the Vaci Utca, Opera, Jewish quarter. Our room was big and very comfort. The stuff was very friendly and supportive with any question/help.

Pillows - Although I have received more pillows as requested, the pillows are very soft so you need to order some more to well support if you are not used to that. Beside that the bed is excellent.
