Clean, modern property in an excellent location on Andrassy Avenue on the edge of the Jewish Quarter and a short metro ride away from City Park and Heroes Square, the State Opera, and the House of Terror museum. Unexpectedly quiet and restful given its location on a busy street; excellent soundproofed windows. New mattresses provide excellent support for a restful sleep. Buffet breakfast is the best we ever had in all our travels. Friendly, accommodating staff speaks and understands English.

While there are some acceptable restaurants close on Andrassy Avenue, it would have been nice to have a few more for a better choice close to the hotel when the weather isn’t optimal. However, the Jewish Quarter—which is being gentrified—is very close and boasts a growing number of eateries and bars of different types.

We spent 4 nights, 3 Days I. hotel Moments. The hotel is centrally located. Close to the Opera House and public transportation. It is beautifully designed (we booked a signature room, newly updated) The room was spacious and comfortable, with great soundproof windows, A/C which works very well. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Very nice and efficient 24-hour front desk. There is a coffee/tea 24 hours in a lobby. In addition, there is an espresso coffee machine in the room.

if you have mobility issues you might have problems using the bathroom. There is NO separate shower. Only extremely high bathtub. In addition, the shower head is attached to the side wall and positioned very low. There is no way you can stand under the shower. You will need to hold the shower in one hand. It might be inconvenient. It did not bother us much but might be an issue for some people. There is NO space in the nightstands; they are stylish but very small.

Everything about this property was exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable which allowed for a good nights sleep. The breakfast was of a high standard and most enjoyable. The location was ideal for touring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. After checking out and arriving at the airport my partner realised that his car keys and house keys had been left in the hotel room. The hotel alerted us that they had the keys. They offered a courier service to ship the keys and the keys arrived promptly by express delivery. We are very satisfied with the service provided.

Fantastic location, close to bus and metro. Very easy to take the little metro to the Hero Square or walk to the basilica. Many good and affordable restaurants within a short walking distance. We had a room on the (busy) street side but the sound insulation is great, so we were never bothered by traffic. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and we had a room with a bath. We could not gear any neighbors. Good choice of breakfast, many warm dishes to choose from, next to the usual choice of cold plate meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, yogurt, jams etc. Let’s not forget the glass of sparkling wine you help yourself to at breakfast. The lobby is a cozy seating area where guests can enjoy a choice of coffee and tea (or a handful of peanuts). We love this hotel.

Everything was just great! The brakefast, the lobby, hot and cold drinks available at anytime, Room was big and very comfortable bed, Shower. We really loved the electric sunblock and cover from both sides of the window. The service and the staff was very smiley, nice & welcoming. The location could not be any better! 5 minutes walk from the Vaci and near by markets, change atm's and restaurants. We'll sure recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Budapest and for sure will return to this hotel in my next visit in hungry.

There isn't something like this. Every little thing was great in this hotel.

The location was ideal for exploring the city; St. Stephen’s was within 3 walking minutes and the hop on/hop off bus stop. The hotel was very clean and well maintained; the reception staff (especially Berta) was super friendly and professional; the breakfast buffet included a large variety of fresh bread, etc as well as cooked food and freshly squeezed juice. The lounge was a good place to relax with a cup of tea. Our room on the 4th floor was large and comfortable with a strong shower. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is situated on the beautiful Andrassy Avenue, conveniently close to Elizabeth Square and just a short walk from the metro and bus stations. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a friendly reception. The staff remained attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the lobby, where complimentary tea and coffee were available all day. Our room was lovely, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of both cold and hot dishes

The hotel was very nice, quiet, and in an excellent location. The staff were very polite and did their jobs well. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the lobby were much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, with something new offered every morning.

What I didn't like – Guests were not greeted at the entrance to the breakfast area to check room numbers and confirm if breakfast was included. Had I known there was no control over breakfast access, I might not have added it to my reservation, as it seemed that anyone could enjoy it. However, I do appreciate your trust in all hotel guests.

We loved staying here. It is a beautiful hotel, well located and the reception staff could not be more helpful….they are a credit to the hotel. Our room was lovely with morning sunshine and no noise of traffic. Reception area to relax in and help yourself to tea/coffee …. enjoyed great pianist on one occasion. Good breakfast with lots of choice and delicious food at restaurant.

Could be better choice of breakfast cereals….some muesli/ granola type cereals would be nice.

Feels very luxe from the moment you walk in. Friendly staff greet you at all times. Tasteful decor throughout, coffee/tea station in the lobby is very handy when you get back from a day out exploring the city. We liked the mix of original architectural features and modern retro furniture. The location is excellent, so close to a main square and public transport hub. Very clean hotel and great thorough cleaning by the chamber maids every morning. Book this place you won't regret it

Very minor comments that didn't ruin our stay but are worth mentioning. The beds are slightly on the firm side and the pillows are a bit too soft. The breakfast was great during the start of the week. As we got towards the weekend the hotel filled up and breakfast seemed a bit hectic and the staff were struggling to keep up with refilling items and clearing and resetting tables. The hotel is having some internal renovations at the moment, it would have been good to have known this before booking.com took payment before we arrived, as the floor we were staying on was affected.
