Excellent location within steps of restaurants, shops, and many options for public transportation. Room was spacious, clean and quiet - didnt hear street noise or other guests in the building. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasant stay! A suggestion to make it even better would be to provide a few more basic necessities such as a sponge to wash dishes, a few more dish washing tablets (we only had 1 for a 3 night stay), dish towel and a few coffee pods for the machine. A clothes drying rack would have also been great too as there was a washing machine but nowhere to hang or dry clothes.

I like the place because it was central. We walked to nearly everywhere. Also, there were lots of places for food&drinks like restaurant, cafes, markets, etc. The other thing I liked was I got constructive responses to my questions instead of hearing sorry for an answer.

The think I didn't like was the room was introduced as if has two separate parts like one living room and a bedroom. It may be my mistake but depending on the information written about the room, I expected to have two separate spaces in the room. It was a single room separated with a half wall :). On the other hand, they changed my room upon my request, without any hesitation.

Location was perfect. Apartment was spacious very clean and comfortable. Always hot water available. Staff very quick to respond when contacted for information or help.

The checkout instructions with regard to the key fob were not included in the original email. A photo of building D and the check out box would have helped as it was round the side of the building and not really visible. From the front of the building the labelling read Check in and it was not until you went up close you could see there was a checkout box. Written instructions for the appliances ie hob and washing machine would have helped. We would have liked to recycle our plastic rather than put it into the waste if we had known where.

Great value for money. Central location, close to attractions, steps away from St Istvan Basilica and shopping street. In close proximity you can find many nice places to eat. We stayed in the studio. It was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette. Beds are comfortable and I really liked that there was not just one pillow per person.

The place is not a real hotel, even though it stays so on Booking. There is no physical reception, and the rooms and apartments are spread all around the building. It was hard to find the room on the first day. You get your digital key for the app on your phone but 2 out of 4 days it was not working well and it took us a lot of time to enter the room, the app was crushing while trying to unlock the door. It really bothered me being on vacation, that I had to be sure that my phone is charged as there is no physical reception, so you could not just ask for another key.

Lovely modern apartment in a brilliant location of the center! Near to the apartment you can find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and small shops for last min shopping including water or milk for kids! Also you can discover city by walking or take hop on hop off bus from basilica stop which is around 8-10mins walking!

The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't reception...however we experienced some issues with the wifi when we arrived around 8 pm. I emailed them, and they fixed the issue really quickly. We had internet the next noon.

I recently stayed at the Vagabond Penthouse apartment in Budapest and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is very well-located in the city center, making it convenient to explore all the main attractions. The secure parking was a great plus, and the check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The highlight was the large terrace, which provided a fantastic space to relax. Additionally, having two toilets and two bathrooms was very convenient for our group. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend it.

Great location, nice spacious bathroom and room. Plenty of storage space and a fridge, and great air conditioning!

We asked a few times for things like clean towels and more toilet paper which we didn’t get in the end. I was supposed to get a code for the Dropbox key via email prior to arrival which I didn’t so I had to wait at reception for a while once I arrived, however these were minor things and it was overall a very good hotel and I would recommend staying here.

The location was better than we expected. The room was very clean and the washing pods were a nice touch. Lots of storage. The bed was very comfortable and i liked the option of having a bath instead of a shower. The instructions were easy to follow and made the check in easy. The communication from the hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

There is a few of things but it didn't stop us enjoying our stay. It is more of my personal preference that would have enhanced the stay. With this it would have been 5 stars all the way. A full length mirror would have been nice. A welcome book giving us a bit of inside local knowledge, as there is not reception to ask. The small window in the living area could do with a blind as it woke us up occasionally. Lastly the balcony was OK but not big enough to sit out if i wanted to. Again this is more a personal preference i would definitely come back if i was in Budapest again.

1.Strict in check out maximum at 11 AM ,,I request 1 hr more but they refuse and ask to pay for that. 2.No daily cleaning for the apartment . 3.No view

The location. The best shower ever.

1) I wasn't allowed to check in a min prior to check in time. Yes i know that is the policy. But i have stayed in many hotels and inspite of the policy they have checked me in early which is a big deal for travellers like me who come on a 5 to 6 hour flight. 2) Too many instructions to follow prior to check in. Once i have made my booking via booking.com that should be it. But nope.
