The hotel is in a perfect location, in the city center. The apartment was clean and spacious, very comfortable. We had a big apartment with a separate kitchen, a living room and a bathtub. It was a very nice apartment.

No dark curtains on the windows so there's a lot of light early in the morning, bring your eye cover with you. They change towels every two days, but that's all they do, no floor cleaning, no sheet changing or organizing the bed, no ashtray emptying, no dishes washing.

The apartment is very well located in the city centre. We spent few days in a two bedrooms apartment. We were two families by three persons. The apartment was spacous enough for six people, equipped with two bathrooms, two toilets and two balcons. There was safficient equipment in the kitchen for standard usage. Living room and one of the bedrooms were equipped with an air-conditioner. We used a parking place in a garage too, one night for a discounted price 25€. I appreciate that they agreed to let our car in the garage even few hours after our check out.

The only unpleasant thing was the noise. Surprisingly, it wasn’t the noise from the street—that was very well insulated. The issue was the service carts being moved through the inner atrium hallways every morning. The sound of the wheels on the floor was unexpectedly loud and woke us up each day. For those who get up early, this may not be an issue, but if you want to sleep in a bit longer, the noise is quite disturbing.

Location is as central as it gets, amenities all there and the terrace was pretty nice. Staff members responsive and easy to reach. Cleaning every 2 days is also a big plus. For the price you really can't ask for much more.

Whilst we didn't struggle to cook for the 4 of us, a bit more utensils for cooking would be nice. The noise from our fellow neighbours (when they are out on their terrace) can really echo around the building, especially with windows open. They have a policy that the A/C is disabled during 'winter season' but Budapest reached almost 30 degrees Celsius during our stay in April/May. The apartment was still ok with windows open but the city is only going to get hotter earlier in the year, maybe the policy needs to be revised.

The location is amazing and he mattresses are very comfortable. The little balcony is very handy. It was great that they cleaned the apartment every two days.

The bathtub and its curtain is a bit old-fashioned and needs to be renovated for a more modern and sustainable shower. The cutlery was a bit scarce and the washing machine didn't work properly, the soap wasn't dissolved and the clothes would be soaking wet after the washing.

Location is good, room was basic and good for somewhere if you're not planning on staying in the room for long, which we weren't. There was a dishwasher and washing machine, however, we didn't use these. I was also able to arrange a transfer back to the airport through reception.

When we got to the apartment, I had no idea where to go as there's just a door with an elevator. I then had to call the number on the booking and was told to go to a room, which is where the reception was. I just think this could've been signposted better so that I didn't need to spend time wondering what I was doing. Once I was in the room/reception it was fine.

The standard studio was small, with just three standard beds, so we changed to a superior size, with a bigger living room and bedroom covered behind the wall. The flat is in the building area, with many apartments for rent and situated in a place with many restaurants and bars and also very close to the museums, historical buildings etc. 10 minutes walk to Donau river, 2 minutes walk from the tram—amazing place in Budapest. Apartman is in a crowded place, but it was calm during the night because the main window and balcony are constructed inside the buildings, not to the street. I value a small washing machine in the apartment and kitchen; it offers enough cutlery and equipment. The communication with the receptionist was smooth and nice. They were helpful. We will get to this house again in the future. Thank you

Not sure if its the issue with Booking app but it should be a part to show guidance on how to get to the parking spot building (garage), however the communication was nice with receptionist who were willing to wait for us in a front of the building to guide us to the garage.

The biggest advantage of this property is that is situated in the city center and you can get easily everywhere. The apartment is also pretty big and another advantage is the balcony which is perfect for spending time if the weather allows. The check-in may seem a little bit complicated at the beginning, but the girl at the front desk helped us and provided us with a very detailed explanation showing us how to accommodate ourselves. Very important: this property has a parking slot which is great if traveling by car!

The apartment is clean, but not very modern and I would have liked to have something small as ‘welcome gift’ with some basics (like water, tea, coffee, a small package of biscuits.. etc) like I used to encounter to other properties.

The location was perfect. We could easily reach it from the airport by public transportation. It was very close to public transportation points. In this way, we were able to reach many places easily and had time to visit more places. Additionally, due to its convenient location, it was possible to reach many places on foot. Communication after booking was very good. They informed us about everything. The cleanliness of the room was good. Everything you might need was available in the room. We were very pleased. Thank you.

It would be nice if there were slippers used in hotels in the rooms.

- directly in city center (all public transport within few minutes walk) - HUGE apartment, we are family with 4 kids :-) and we did not have to use the extra beds in living room - two bathroom with two toilets - did not expect that but it was very helpful - easy accessible with pram - parking directly under the complex - 20 meters from lift. Suitable also for bigger cars (we have VW Sharan) - balcony (we did not use it but when someone smokes...) - radiators in every room that could be turned off - staff very helpful and speaks good English - super quiet

- bed mattress somehow hard but that is a Hotel standard - most of the available TV canals were coded - room accessible from "outside" with relatively low railing so we had to be careful with kids - that dishwasher could be replaced, it sounded like chainsaw :-D

Convenient for a family. Location was walking distance of pretty much everything. Why sit in a hotel room at night when yoh can have a whole flat to share with family. OK you don't get breakfast like a hotel, but you're out doing your own thing anyway. And the groceries are cheap enough.

My only done side to the place was that the bed was like a rock, both wife and I didn't get a whole lot of sleep from that.
