This hotel exceeded all expectations. The location is ideal with everything you need just a short walk away. Hotel operates smoothly and the rooms are spotless with pleasant fresh scents. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring great sleep. Our room faced courtyard making it wonderfully quiet and perfect for restful sleep. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options to suit even the pickiest of eaters. They also serve excellent coffee. Hotel provides on-site parking, which, although charged separately, is very convenient and secure. The staff is wonderful, friendly and always ready to help. I will definitely be staying here again!

Breakfast: The breakfast is absolutely exceptional. I want to give a big shoutout for the hard working kitchen and waitress staff(!). The foods were diverse, fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend to have breakfast here. Room: It was very clean and the smell was really nice all the time.

Front staff: The young lady at the front desk didn’t know that I can speak Hungarian. When we arrived and wanted to check-in, she was on the phone with somebody. As soon as she saw us, she made a little nasty comment about us in Hungarian tho I did not mention it to her. It wasn’t an extremely mean comment, I just believe such things should never happen. Give some respect to the customers. Room: We got our room on the 1st floor, right above the entrance, which made the room quite noisy during daytime. We could hear all the conversation from the street. But since at night is was very quiet, we didn’t mind it at all.

Perfect location to explore Budapest, cozy and super clean rooms, rich breakfast.. we couldn't choose better place to stay in! I would like to thank Mr. Ferenc at the reception, who was super helpfull, bcs we arrived on National day and didn't know what places are open/closed etc. He even offered to bring our postcards the other day to post office. Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect.

Stay at Roombach was just fantastic! And can be easily the best in our whole trip! From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted by very friendly and warm reception. And every morning, every night without fail the staff will greet us with a very nice smile and greetings. Really brighten up our days! Good start to every morning! Location is also great, near the train station, airport bus. Really very accessible.

Staff are really kind and even prepared us breakfast earlier than usual before our flight. Good breakfast selection. Perfect location. Many restaurants to choose from nearby. Walked everywhere on the first day and second day we went to further places with the public transport, literally 3 mins walk from the hotel. This is a perfect stay for a 2 day trip.

A kettle would have been nice to have. Rooms are small but good for a 2 day trip.

We arrived at the hotel around 7am after a very long trip. Even the official check in time is 2pm they manage for giving us a room in advance with no extra charge. Staff made our day!!! We will come back!

Everything was fine

Rooms were good, location was perfect. But that's not all. Due to a stupid accident I broke my leg and had to have surgery here. The way the staff offered help is indescribable. They took care of everything and took great care of my wife while I was in hospital. Every day they asked how I was and if there was anything they could do. We are regular travellers and have stayed in many hotels but the friendliness and the way they take care of their guests here is something we have never experienced anywhere else. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to all the staff here, I will never forget this and will therefore recommend this hotel to everyone. I hope to come back in better circumstances to explore this beautiful city further. Thank you for everything.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, excellent location. It was within walking distance of the airport bus stop, the tram stop and the metro and there were many good restaurants nearby. There was a busy bar at the corner of the street but that didn't bother us at all. Staff were polite and helpful, check in and check out were quick. There were plenty of breakfast options. You can order tea and coffee at reception, and borrow a kettle. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Budapest.

You have to pay to get a kettle and tea and coffee in the room, €10. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice. The bathroom in the room had a glass door that didn't seal in anyway, so you could hear what was happening

Fantastic location. It was very close to the bus stop to and from the airport. The Trams and Metro were also less than 5 minutes away. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, with a safe and a mini fridge included. Our Shower worked well and the hotel staff were friendly. I was even sent a card on my Birthday, along with some cans of non alcoholic drinks, which were much appreciated. The toaster at the Restaurant didn't work very well though and I was a bit underwhelmed, with the Breakfast options. Overall, the Hotel was great value for money and if I came back to Budapest, I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect location right on the Jewish Quarter which is home to many restaurants, cafes and the famous ruin bars. The centre and river are about 10 mins walk away. Staff are great - very friendly, fluent in English, really helpful and able to support you during your stay. They welcomed our group with bottles of fizz and talked to us about the area. The rooms are fairly standard but for the price, more than good enough. Bathrooms were clean and modern. The hotel offers breakfast, but there are really great cafes very nearby (including a coffee place right next door) so we decided to try the local places instead.

The twin rooms were quite small - so for two people it's a bit cramped, but the superior rooms with sofa bed have plenty of space for three people.
