Location is perfect. The room was exceptionally clean. The apartment is quite large and well stocked (plates, cups, microwave ect). The staff was great and friendly - we were even able to check in at 10 am which we really appreciated.There's an option to get two twin beds which is very convenient. The ambulances driving by (they are quite loud in Budapest) bothered me a bit, but honestly the windows block most of the noise and the location is worth it - would definitely stay there again. Overall the hotel has really exceeded our expectations

Great location, close to everything we wanted and needed. The staff is very friendly and willing to help, available 24/7. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you don't look for something fancy, but something functional and a great value for money- this is the place for you.

Great location, lots of sights within walking distance. Room was spacious and like a studio apartment with all the essentials that you need. Hotel is on the main road, but didn't hear any noise with the windows shut. Air conditioned rooms. Restaurant attached do the best breakfast, brunch. Goats cheese bagel is amazing.

The bed was 2 single beds pushed together to make the double bed so not as comfortable as a double or king-size bed. Curtain didn't cover the whole window so only for show, but there were blinds.

Location is perfect! Walking distance from most attractions . Nice food places near and Super near metro! Apartment had everything you need! Staff are very friendly. Great value for money

We are super happy with our choice to stay at Florin apart hotel. Perfect central location, we could walk to most of the attractions. Yes, it is on a busy street, but this didn’t bother us. We were a group of 10 and stayed at two identical deluxe three bedroom apartments. These are located on the top floor, the view is beautiful. The apartments are cleaned every day, they are maisonettes, there is a combined toilet-bathroom on second level and separate toilet and separate bathroom on the first level. The living room and terrace are on the first level, while bedrooms are on the second, which is very convenient for large groups. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Thank you, Florin, for being the base of our great stay at Budapest! We all loved it!

Central location.

On busy road so noisy at night. Full curtains would be good in the bedroom as metal shutters alone don’t make room dark enough. No TV in bedrooms. Bathroom could do with modernising.

It's a great place, well situated for the airport bus, metro, supermarkets, shops and river. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent . The apartment was very comfortable with a good sized separate kitchen, dining table and sofa. The bedroom was also a good size with adequate clothes storage. The room was always warm and cozy, vital when staying in January!

The apartment faced the road and although we were on the 6th floor there was a lot of road and tram noise almost continuously during the night. I think the windows could do with some extra soundproofing.

Excellent apartment. We travelled as a family of four and everything was excellent. The location is just perfect as the apartment is located in the middle of Pest and just behind the Jewish Quarter which is the most lovely of the city, fulls of bars and restaurants and some nice parks. The apartment is newly renovated included all furniture ( IKEA), beds are very comfortable, kitchen is small ( 2 cooking plates) but equipped of everything your family needs for a short stay, clean big bathroom with a window and great shower. Drinkable tap water is found in the apartment and there is a water disperser at the reception as well. Reception working 24/7. Included a daily cleaning service at the apartment. If you have a late flight after check-out, there are several huge lockers with code FREE OF CHARGE at the basement floor of the hotel for your use after check-out. In each locker we could easily accommodated 2 cabin bags and there was some space let for 2 backpacks as well. We didn’t use it, but there was also laundry service at the top floor, but I don’t have any direct experience with it.

The only minus is that the apartment is noisy as it is located in the middle of the city centre, and I suspect, very close to a firefighters station, meaning sirens sounds at night. As a minor comment, a dishwasher would have been appreciated in the apartment.

The attention to detail in cleanliness made a significant difference in my experience, and I look forward to returning in the future!
