Our stay in the hotel was a overall a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed to make it our home away from home. The bed was very large & comfortable, amenities were good, modern decor. The location is fantastic, airport bus 100E comes very close to the residence. Plenty of transport, café and food options. The staff (Beata & Csabi) were phenomenal. Friendly and efficient, they made our stay perfect! I would happily book to stay here again and recommend it anyone who would like to visit Budapest.

The only downside for us was that breakfast is delivered to our room daily in a basket, as the hotel does not have a restaurant. Breakfast contained the same items and same flavours every day which made breakfast a bit boring.

Friendly staff. Czubi at reception was wonderful and organised another room for me when the first one had minor issues. The location couldn’t really be more central and the 100 bus from the airport stopped nearby. Lots of great restaurants around. Spacious apartment. The second room had a great view of the synagogue.

Despite the aircon it was hot at night unless opened windows. Breakfast is very simple. Bed was a little hard for me and the pillows were not great. Some more toiletries would have been nice (only soap provided). All of these were acceptable given the price, staff and location.

We were accommodated in suite No. 7. The accommodation was spacious, incl. kitchenette. The hotel is practically on one of the floors of the building. This particular apartment has a frontal location to Károly Street. The room has a beautiful view of the street, which also has its negatives...

Breakfast was rather basic, always prepared in a basket in front of the room door. The location of room No. 7 in the front part of the building has a negative impact in the form of noise from the street at night. In addition, enough light enters the room from the lighting of the advertisement on the facade.

air-conditioning not working / TV not working / Lift out of order As apartment was on 1st floor (some 60 steps up from Reception) , outside temperature was 26-27 degrees and no aircon, it was unbreathable at night. Windows are directly above 3-4 lane street with cars + 2 lanes for trams. Extremely noisy.

Excellent location — very central in terms of tourist attractions, entertainment, and dining. The staff helped with everything: they answered our questions, assisted with tickets for attractions and tours, and even provided extra towels so we could visit one of the many spas in the city. The breakfast was great value for money. We don’t usually include it, but once we tried it, we ended up ordering it every day. The only downside was the noise from sirens at night — either police or ambulances — but that’s nothing unusual in any big city. Despite that, we were able to sleep well every night, so it didn’t really affect our stay. It was more than compensated by the helpfulness of the staff and the hotel’s location.

the upholstery on some of the chairs in the room was very stained. They might be permanent marks, but the chairs should really be reupholstered or replaced, as they take away from the overall impression of the room.

The property is in an excellent location with many coffee shops, sites and restaurants nearby. The staff are extremely friendly, attentive and helpful! The apartment is very big and clean. There is a balcony with chairs and table for when the weather is nice. The breakfast hamper with breads, jams etc provided in the morning is very nice, it meant we didn’t need to rush in the morning to find food immediately. The staff also made an effort to include a few vegan items for one of us. The weather was very cold but the apartment was heated really well. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing to complain about except! Only minor comment is that some of the furniture is a little tired (sofa and bed frame). If you are a very very light sleeper then some occasional traffic noise may bother you, but they provided disposable earplugs on our bed stands (we didn’t need them).

We enjoyed our stay at Karoly Residences. We got a nice room with an extra bed for our 3 year old daughter. We had all we needed - cosy beds, a kitchen and a nice breakfast in a basket to start the day. It's pretty much located near a city centre, with just a few minutes walk to it. Overall it was a pleasant stay & we would definitely come back in the future.

The floor in the apartment looks like it was not vacuumed before our arrival, but it did not bother us too much (just a friendly tip for the residence, since it could be an issue for someone in the future though). They do not have a private parking, but it's understandable since the premises are in the city center. There are a few parking garages nearby though.

The location was easily accessible from any point of the city, which was a big advantage, especially for a first time visitor. There is not a single aspect to point as negative, since the staff was very friendly and communicative, which made us feel comfortable and less anxious. The space was very clean, and very modern, which came as a surprise for the value for money paid.

There isn’t anything negative to say. Perhaps, the only small problem was the noise from the outside, which was coming in through the windows.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh, tasty options. The location was convenient, close to the city center but still peaceful and quiet. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, though there’s always room for improvement. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

We took our 3 month old baby on his first holiday to Budapest. The staff at Karoly Corner couldn’t have been more helpful. They provided us with lots of essential baby items on arrival and even had a cot in our apartment. The staff sorted our transfers from the airport and provided a baby seat. I couldn’t recommend Karoly Corner enough! The staff were brilliant and the apartment was beautiful. A fab location to top it off.
