Our stay in the hotel was a overall a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed to make it our home away from home. The bed was very large & comfortable, amenities were good, modern decor. The location is fantastic, airport bus 100E comes very close to the residence. Plenty of transport, café and food options. The staff (Beata & Csabi) were phenomenal. Friendly and efficient, they made our stay perfect! I would happily book to stay here again and recommend it anyone who would like to visit Budapest.

The only downside for us was that breakfast is delivered to our room daily in a basket, as the hotel does not have a restaurant. Breakfast contained the same items and same flavours every day which made breakfast a bit boring.

Friendly staff. Czubi at reception was wonderful and organised another room for me when the first one had minor issues. The location couldn’t really be more central and the 100 bus from the airport stopped nearby. Lots of great restaurants around. Spacious apartment. The second room had a great view of the synagogue.

Despite the aircon it was hot at night unless opened windows. Breakfast is very simple. Bed was a little hard for me and the pillows were not great. Some more toiletries would have been nice (only soap provided). All of these were acceptable given the price, staff and location.

We were accommodated in suite No. 7. The accommodation was spacious, incl. kitchenette. The hotel is practically on one of the floors of the building. This particular apartment has a frontal location to Károly Street. The room has a beautiful view of the street, which also has its negatives...

Breakfast was rather basic, always prepared in a basket in front of the room door. The location of room No. 7 in the front part of the building has a negative impact in the form of noise from the street at night. In addition, enough light enters the room from the lighting of the advertisement on the facade.

air-conditioning not working / TV not working / Lift out of order As apartment was on 1st floor (some 60 steps up from Reception) , outside temperature was 26-27 degrees and no aircon, it was unbreathable at night. Windows are directly above 3-4 lane street with cars + 2 lanes for trams. Extremely noisy.

The property is in an excellent location with many coffee shops, sites and restaurants nearby. The staff are extremely friendly, attentive and helpful! The apartment is very big and clean. There is a balcony with chairs and table for when the weather is nice. The breakfast hamper with breads, jams etc provided in the morning is very nice, it meant we didn’t need to rush in the morning to find food immediately. The staff also made an effort to include a few vegan items for one of us. The weather was very cold but the apartment was heated really well. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing to complain about except! Only minor comment is that some of the furniture is a little tired (sofa and bed frame). If you are a very very light sleeper then some occasional traffic noise may bother you, but they provided disposable earplugs on our bed stands (we didn’t need them).

We enjoyed our stay at Karoly Residences. We got a nice room with an extra bed for our 3 year old daughter. We had all we needed - cosy beds, a kitchen and a nice breakfast in a basket to start the day. It's pretty much located near a city centre, with just a few minutes walk to it. Overall it was a pleasant stay & we would definitely come back in the future.

The floor in the apartment looks like it was not vacuumed before our arrival, but it did not bother us too much (just a friendly tip for the residence, since it could be an issue for someone in the future though). They do not have a private parking, but it's understandable since the premises are in the city center. There are a few parking garages nearby though.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh, tasty options. The location was convenient, close to the city center but still peaceful and quiet. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, though there’s always room for improvement. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

While the stay was still pleasant, improvements in customer service would make it even better.

I was travelling with my two little daughters (1 year and 4 years). We enjoyed a lot the room and the location to get many sightseeing on foot. The area is very safe and convenient in terms of public transportation, restaurants, shops, grocery etc. Bed was very comfortable and large enough for three of us. There is a lift and no stairs so I did not have any problem with our stroller. Staff is so kind and helpful. They made necessary arrangements for my baby. I cooked breakfast and snacks for kids, kitchen is useful. I encourage single parent travelers and families with kids to stay here.

They may change the pan with a non-sticky one, the pillows and pillow cases.

I had a wonderful time at Karoly residences. The location is perfect, right next to the beautiful Dohany street Synagouge, the room was spacious, clean and the staff made sure to satisfy me at my needs. I have dietary restrictions, they made sure to serve gluten-free vegetarian breakfast. Everything was perfect on my stay. This is the second time I stayed at the residences and I will be definitely returning upon my next visit. If you are looking for a place to stay in Budapest, look no further! Thank you again to all the staff who made my stay excellent. P.s. I stayed in the deluxe room with the bathtub, the bed super comfortable!

Everything was great!

Location, location, location :) Just by the Astoria metro / bus/ tram station and just a walking distance from the main tourist streets of Pest. The apartment was bright and spacious, cleaned every day and really prepared for our needs. The breakfast was not big, but tasty and more than enough for our appetites, especially considering delicious late night dinners offered by nearby restaurants.

I came to Budapest with a back pain, so the mattress was a bit to soft for me, but that's obviously a highly individual factor. Other than that, nothing to complain about.
