The property was in such a great position, with everything just a short walk away. The room had recently been renovated. It was very comfortable. This is not a hotel so do not expect a reception desk, you are sent a code to access the key to your room. There is a lift to access upper floors and take your suitcases up. There was tea making facility in the room but no cutlery and only 2 cups. Hopefully the owner will remedy this. I would definitely book this place again

The entrance hall smells like a urinal, hopefully this will be remedied in the near future. Whilst there was a kettle and cups there was no cutlery, tea towel or other crockery. Sadly this made breakfast difficult.

The accommodation was in a fantastic area, you just walk a few meters and you're right in the inner city, filled with restaurants and bars, all in walking distance. Our room was facing the street but it was surprisingly very quiet because of the noise-protecting windows. Infront of the window was a large commercial see-through poster but because we were gone most of the time during the day, it didn't bother us too much. For guests that are staying in their room for longer durations I would recommend to get a larger suite or ask about the view specifically. Another huge was plus was the air conditioning, which was also super easy to use. Very important to us, the room was clean and hygienic as well as the bathroom. The check-in and check-out was also super easy and the host was super friendly and quickly avaibable. It was also nice to have another contact person in the lobby, for more direct questions about transportation for example. Overall, we had a really nice stay and enjoyed our time in Budapest!

Room cleaning was good, only after the second room cleaning, the floor and face towels were missing. Equipment: It would have been nice to have a few bigger cups and a small set of dishes in general.

i want to start by saying that it was an amazing trip and I would recommend anyone this location for a Budapest trip/city break. The location is perfect, extremely close to the main tourist attractions + bars & restaurants. The owner is super friendly and the self checkin/checkout worked great. The room was clean and newly furnished. Breakfast was good, enough variety and fresh food.

These are very minor dislikes: - the place does not have parking, you have to use the ciry parking lots which are not that expensive but just as a warning. -the rooms look a bit bigger in the pictures but still very good. -the coffee was a bit too weak for me, but that being said...i am an addict. Other than these,, everything was perfect!

This is the perfect location to stay in Budapest – everything is incredibly close by. Right below the apartment there’s a metro station, as well as tram and bus stops, which made getting around super convenient. One thing I didn’t see mentioned in other reviews is that we took the airport bus, and the second stop (out of just three!) was literally right outside the apartment – amazing in terms of accessibility! The room wasn’t the cleanest, but we were overall satisfied. The staff was very kind and even stored our luggage after check-out since our flight was later in the day. The only negative part of our stay was that we didn’t have hot water for three consecutive nights. I reported it to the host, who said they’d fix it, but unfortunately, it never got resolved – we had to take cold showers for three days. Aside from that, the stay was fantastic. The apartment was beautiful and stylish, and the location couldn’t be better, honestly. There were also plenty of nice food places right next to us. I would definitely recommend staying here without hesitation, and if I ever visit Budapest again, I’d absolutely choose this apartment again.

This is an apartment hotel in a busy neighborhood in Budapest. I love this kind of hotel but some people might not. The room was large enough and was comfortable with nice bathrooms. There's a common area on the 2nd floor you can use to hang out in (quietly). The location was in an interesting neighborhood - you'll get a taste of what it might be to live in Budapest.

The process for checking in is quite complex. You get an Whatsapp message with a series of codes you must use to unlock a series of lockboxes to retrieve keys. They provide support and even a video since it's quite confusing. I talked with a few other folks staying at the hotel and even one couple who were stuck at the door and totally confused. Be aware that this is not a normal hotel with a lobby and reception. You'll need to follow the instructions sent to you to the letter. There's a hotel right on the corner with the same name - that's not the place... it's a few doors down.

Quiet, clean.

Instructions unclear while arriving. I received the instructions on how to enter the building and find the key to my room via WhatsApp but it was automated messages. You need to update your AI systems, we were searching for our room key for a very long time and I had to call you and get charged for internal calls which made me and my family upset. The room looked more comfortable in the pictures, not that the room wasn't comfortable but I wouldn't pay the same amount for the room I got.

The room was phenomenal. Very clean, extremely comfortable, spacious, good wifi, hot water in the bathroom 24 hours, powerful heater (for winter), and good air conditioner (for summer I guess). There’s a good sized tv, kettle, fridge, and extra pillows. The location was ideal, I don’t think I could find better - metro station about 15 steps away, bus stop right at the door, many different services right around the property. It’s on a Main Street, so you have a sense of safety, but the room was very quiet. Above all, the staff and host were extremely nice, helpful, and friendly. They provided the best tips for exploring Budapest, and extremely easy self check-in instructions. They were also available for any support through live chat. I gave it a 10 because it exceeded my expectations and was one of the best stays I had in years.

We had a fantastic stay! The host went above and beyond, reaching out before our trip with all the necessary details and checking in during our stay to ensure everything was perfect. The reception team was incredibly kind and always available to help. They even had a happy hour on Friday offering free drinks, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself was spotless, and we could arrange cleaning whenever we needed, which was so convenient. The breakfast was offered from the cafe next to the apartments and it had everything. Using the codes to access the apartments was really easy, we never had a problem. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better—right by the metro and close to everything. Highly recommend!

I received instructions for my arrival way before my check-in time, was even allowed to check in little early on request. The representative Eyal had been very accomodating, did suggest a good places to visit as well. Was always active on message to help me out if any issue The location was central, get a day or two travel card and travel away! The staff was very friendly, specially Maria who is usally at reception, ensured that I can work in peace and there werent any problems. They had a small happy hour as well which was a nice break from outside walk I agree the entrance didn't look luxary but you need to ignore that, it doesnt matter at all! A lot of eating options all around the hotel, for breakfast lunch dinner etc Highly recommended

Can't complain, everything went good

I recently stayed at this wonderful place, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with the metro line and a bus stop that provides direct access from the airport, making arrival and departure very convenient with no transfers. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Despite our early arrival, they allowed us to keep our bags until check-in time. The check-in process was smooth they had a well descriptive procedure you cant miss, and their recommendations for local spots were fantastic, leading us to some truly memorable experiences. The accommodation itself was exactly as described, warm, cozy, and with a lovely street view. It was well-aerated and comfortable what you see in the picture is exactly what you get One of the highlights was the staff’s exceptional customer service, even after we checked out. They arranged to send back items we accidentally left behind, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Budapest.
