Great location. 10 minutes walk from the city center. There are lots of bars and cafes and restaurants in the area too. Modern place to stay.

We had to meet the owner so he'd hand over the keys to us. The location on booking and google maps is not CORRECT. It's 2 streets away from where Booking is showing it. When we told the owner about it, he was like 'nah'. It was as if he knew and didn't do anything about it. And then he got irritated because we couldn't meet him on time. Not pleasant to be blamed for something you are not responsible for....... The room is also very small. There's barely any space to put your bags and move. However, it's very modern.

The location was close to almost every attraction in the city. The apartment was very clean and you had all the necessary supplies.

The wi-fi doesn't really work

Nice clean room, pleasant to stay at. Our apartment had a window facing a street, so it was nice to relax on the comfortable bed and feel the Budapest atmosphere. If you don't want to open the window, there's an air conditioner. The small kitchen has all the necessary equipment. The bathroom is new and really tidy. The building itself is quite old, but we love such vintage vibe that is so typical of Budapest. We'd read some comments saying that the apartment is located on a different street rather than stated on Booking. It's true, but the correct address is really not so far from the stated one + the correct address is sent in a message from Booking several days before moving in, so there's time to prepare and look at the map. The apartment building is located on a street with nice cafes, there's also a beautiful synagogue and Levantine restaurants close by. If you arrive by the 100E bus from the airport, it is convenient to get off at the Astoria stop and walk approx. 7-10 minutes to the apartment.

Travellers with luggage should consider that there is no elevator, the apartment is on the second floor. Also no lighting in the hallway at evening/night. At night the sounds from the street may be quite loud. One side of the mattress in our room had a 'deepening', so the person on that side rolled over to that deepening sometimes. For some people the kitchen may be too small. But in general these things did not spoil our travel at all.

The office is close-by and you can put your luggage both before check-in and after check-out which comes in very handy as a tourist! Also the person who handed me the room key was really friendly and helpful. Finally, I asked them to add some valentines decoration and they did just that and my date really liked it (Wine bottle, Balloons, Valentines decoration, etc.)

I did not like that the check out was at 10am sharp and it would have been way better if it was regular check out time!

Perfect location, safe and secure building, clean and cosy apartment, warm and welcoming staff. Would 100% recommend this apartment and company and I would definitely stay again.

Late check in fee was annoying; I would have preferred self check in with a lockbox after hours. Mattress was a little firmer than I am used to but I slept very well so it wasn’t that bad!! Building work on weekday mornings started at 8pm so earplugs recommended.

A charming room nestled in the heart of Budapest. The space appears to have been recently renovated. Its location is absolutely superb, surrounded by a vibrant scene of bars, restaurants, and clubs. Furthermore, it offers excellent connectivity to the airport, with the E100 bus stop conveniently nearby.

Good location, good price and it was clean

While trying to use a kettle power went off, so if you thinking of bringing iron just don’t pack it. Also there was a little struggle to find the place

Very good location and staffs were very helpful.The location was not accurate instead go to location 1075 Budapest, Károly körút 5, Hungary. This would be right infront of the gate. The staff was kind to guide me when I called them up.

The water gets clogged in the bathroom. Takes a while in the shower for water to drain.

It was a cozy and clean room near the Christmas Market. You don't need more if you're just passing through.

I would have liked everything to be digitalized, to be able to pick up the keys from a locker myself. Furthermore, on Booking is not specified the correct address, it was sent another one from e-mail; it is near the specified address, but could be edited.

Great position, near Astoria. The apartment is located in a shabby building but the room is very nice, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is small but it has got everything, induction plate and pot included (but we didn't use them).

The bed and the pillows are uncomfortable. During our stay (7 nights) towels and bed clothes haven't being changed but we didn't ask for them. And the same happened with toilet paper and cleaning.
