Staff are extremely helpful and informative. I arrive very late at night in budapest, property's staff maintain well communication, helping in finding / arranging airport transportation and wait us at the drop off spot before taxi arrive in town. This make us feel very safe in our first night (2 a.m.) experience in new country.

Nothing, we expect that we arrive late (2 a.m.) and we may find some inconvenience of travel / safety / check in. But staff and also driver are friendly and communicative before we arrived this make everything extremely safer and reassure us. Thank you!

I picked up the keys from the reception desk nearby the property (this was well communicated in advance). The lady at the reception was lovely - we asked for a quiet room so she allocated us a room not facing the main street which was great. The rooms are in the actual apartment building - the flat converted into multiple units. The room was new, freshly renovated and nice and clean.

The guests slamming the doors in the corridor in the middle of the night. The corridor is literally outside of the room door so we got woken up a few times, I would recommend ear plugs. Someone slammed the main door of the apartment entrance at 4am and the bed literally shook. Not much the hosts could do though, inconsiderate people will be inconsiderate.

The location was great, it was really easy to travel around the whole city, because there were Bus, metro and Tram stations in about 100 meters from the house. really easy to navigate

There was a screaming woman just a floor below us, who kept on screaming the whole day. I understand that she might have had a medical condition but it was really unbearable to listen to her cries all day long.

1. The room has all the facilities you need. 2. The location is great. Near 100E bus from and to the airport 3. The room was clean 4. They respond almost immediately to every comment or request you make on Booking.com (Thank you Kaity) 5. The little kitchen is equiped with: toaster, pan, heating element, microwave, etc.

1. The room is located on the 1st floor so you need to use the stairs and carry your luggage 2. You have to go 500m (8 minutes) to another address in order to get the key to the room and pay for the room.

The place was last minute booking. It was clean and exceptionally well located, near the river, the hop on hop off bus and many great eating places. Clean, tidy and everything I needed. My only problem was that the air condition unit stopped working. This made sleeping in the hot weather impossible.

Better air conditioning

Location was excellent, within easy reach of the main areas of the city, great places to eat near by. Friendly people and amazing buildings and architecture, brilliant walks all around the city and along the Danube.The room was equipped with all required, hairdryer, microwave, hotplate, toaster and air-conditioning. Very clean with comfortable beds and chairs.

The walls are very thin and the sound travelled easily, which was difficult with noisy neighbours! My other personal concern was lack of smoke alarms in the rooms and building. An iron would have been beneficial as there were some very nice places to our sensibilities that required a smarter appearance.

- perfect location in the city center, near Danube river, tourist attractions, shopping streets and several public transport options very close (5min walk to Dear Ferenc ter with the airport bus 100E 👍 perfect when you need to leave at 3am!) - well sized apartment with small kitchen that was equipped with a hot plate, toaster, water kettle, microwave, sink and fridge - everything you need really - very comfortable beds 🥰👌 we slept great! - very fast and well cooling aircon - room card system + doorcode worked well and we felt very secure

- the bathroom hat a constant wet smell that the air vent couldn't erase (no window either) - some pictures on the wall of the room were randomly missing and the screws were showing - it just looked weird and a little run down - only a few hooks in the bathroom, no drying rack or towel heater - was difficult to dry the towels - no shelf or any surface to put your toiletries but the sink

Great location, comfy bed, great air con, very quick replies even in the evening when we had questions. Also supplied washing up liquid and sponge which isn't common for apartments.

We got slightly confused using the directions to our property after picking up keys. They were on a piece of paper and didn't take us there - we ended up having to stop in a hotel to get directions.

Perfect location with access to restaurants, bars, shopping, public transport, and all the sights. All the facilities we needed.

Lights above the bed didn't work, but there were plenty of others.

The lady at the front desk was very nice, helpful, and clear with the instructions on how to access the property. It was also great and super convenient that we could leave the luggage at the front desk after the check in.

The building where we stayed at was "loud": you could hear the steps of everyone going in and out of the apartments, the doors opening and closing, and people when they were talking That was a bit annoying at night. Also, the pillows were way too hard and big for us.
