Nice modern hotel in central Budapest so a great location. Booked a normal room but was given a suite which was lovely so no complaints from me. Parking on site was easy (once you know how!) and the rate is pretty standard for city centre hotels - but it's a continual source of annoyance to me that no instructions for parking at any hotel are ever provided in the information. So, here are the instructions for this hotel: You have to park before you check in (as there is nowhere to stop just for check in purposes). The entrance to the underground car park is at the rear of the hotel on a different street. The address for your sat nav is 8 Realtanoda Street (without sat nav and assuming hotel entrance is on your right, turn right down the side street immediately after the hotel, and then turn right again). You will see the blue parking sign on your right as you enter this one way street. There was also an illuminated indicator alongside it which I assumed to be the number of available spaces. It is quite a tight turn in and then a barrier with a control panel to the left. The control panel is not very clear and it implied (to me anyway) that you needed to insert a credit card - you don't! All you have to do is press the button and a ticket will appear. Take the ticket and the barrier rises. Drive down and park your car in any free space (most of the spaces were of a decent size). Look for the large blue sign in the centre of the garage for 'Hotel Entrance'. Take the lift or stairs up one floor to ground level where you will find reception. Present the ticket to the receptionist who will take payment and then validate it and return it, which you then use to exit / enter the car park during the period of your stay. Hope this proves helpful to some fellow travellers...

No smoking area The noise you hear in the room from the bathroom when somebody take’s a shower (if you’re not accommodating alone) Parking is at nr 10, not at nr 6-8 as they say on other comments (and where i’ve parked), the reception informed me that it’s ok to leave my car on the right shoulder of the road because there is no need for taxes (showed them photo with the car parked), but when i’ve got back to the car i got a fine that cost ~27€, and after that they’ve told me where the parking is (another 23€). So, i’ve paid an extra ~50€… maybe you should visit Romania where parking is free from hotel in 70% of cases …

The location is great. The room is clean and cozy with a huge comfortable bed.

The tub didn't get drained fast enough so during the shower the water would accumulate and you have to pause for a couple of minutes before continuing to shower. It was not only our problem as my friend who was in another room had the same problem

We arrived like 4 hours prior to check in time, but they were so kind and found us a room available and checked us in at 10:30 am 🙏🏼

Staff services and the location of the hotel are super great. We were recommended by the reception staff for dining options and sightseeing direction. Very helpful and informative to us as this is our first time at Budapest.

Clean room and great location

The reception doesn’t answer the phone and not tell the truth when asked for a service, second reception guy helped me and he was surprised why the other one lied to me

Wi-Fi wasn't great inside the room, it worked but you need to move close to the door to get it going first, I meant to inform staff but forgot that the sockets by the bed wasn't working.

I was able to check in an hour early for free since my room was ready. The hotel has a very convenient location close to the city center. If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend requesting a "quiet" room in advance, as the hotel is located on a big avenue with heavy traffic. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are much quieter and ensure a more peaceful stay. The room had everything I needed, different amenities were available upon request. Some of the furniture was slightly "worn out", but that wasn't a big issue for me. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious – I slept like a baby! The reception staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a positive experience, and the quality matches (or even exceeds) the price. Best wishes!

One thing to note is that the soundproofing wasn't very effective. It seemed like there was a child in some of the neighboring rooms who often cried, and the noise was quite noticeable. In this particular trip it wasn’t a major issue for me, but if you are traveling for work, it may be difficult to fully relax after a long working day.

Hotel was comfortable ,clean and friendly

Lifts were insufficient for amount of people. Use of stairs was discouraged, sometimes by a locked door...to a fire escape! I paid for breakfast for me and my son on arrival as there was a deal. Breakfast itself was fine. However, on one occasion we were told we hadn't paid. I had to show my on line nan statement to 1st floor restaurant staff THEN again to reception staff. My bank shows transactions only in sterling so staff seemed unhappy, yet we had paid. This felt unnecessary. Rooms and beds are comfy, everything worked as it should. Some other guests had hig rooms and suites, all of which looked great. But our standard room was fine too. Staff were smiley, helpful and kind. Overall, this is a nice place despite those minor gripes.
