The hotel is extremely beautiful and it almost look like a museum or cathedral. Since we arrived, the personnel was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room looks nice and comfy but a little bit noisy. The dinner to the hotel restaurant was delicious. Our waiter made well thought recommendations and guided us through the dining experience. It is definitely one of the restaurants you should try but make your your reserve a table well in advance. The hotel is located in the heart of Pest, very close to Saint Stephen Cathedral and Christmas markets. This was a plus for us because we loved walking in the city and to its many tourist attractions. We would definitely return to this wonderful hotel next time we visit Budapest.

The room was a little bit noisy for our taste. Moreover, the breakfast is mediocre. Usually, you need to wait a long time until your food arrives. Regarding the food, the poached eggs were terrible. On the bright side, you can always have something from the buffet.

Great hotel. Location is perfect, building is beautiful. Room was upgraded from standard to premium - very spacious, clean and comfortable, has all necessary and useful features (like the automatic night lights). Thermostat was working effectively to warm up the room. Staff is helpful, just ask. Was having reservations on breakfast due to some reviews, but in the end booked breakfast for all nights and did not regret it - it’s quite good and has a decent variety which worked for me. Enjoyed my stay a lot.

Beautiful hotel and great location close to all the sightseeing spots and Christmas markets. Staff were friendly and helpful, deluxe room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious, especially eggs to order.

The fact that people not staying at the hotel get to sit for breakfast, lunch etc in the main area and as hotel guests are offered tables sat in the doorway. This is not acceptable.

The location was perfect for sightseeing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is magnificent and our room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The breakfasts were delicious.

The concierges were excellent, friendly and well informed. However I would have liked to have been offered more upmarket tours. We did a Danube evening cruise and it was so badly managed by the tour operator. There were no controls in place and we were crushed at the boarding gate which was a very scary experience. None of the headphones worked so we didn't know what buildings we were looking at. The windows were so dirty we couldn't take proper photos.

My stay at the Párisi Udvar Hotel Budapest was simply exceptional. The service provided by the staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a luxurious touch that enhanced the overall experience. The lobby, with its stunning architecture and intricate design, was breathtaking — it’s a true masterpiece that transports you back in time. One of my favorite spots was the breakfast area; it felt serene and upscale, providing the perfect start to each day with a fantastic selection of delicious food.

Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't enjoy about this property. Everything met or exceeded my expectation.

Location, service, staff, the room. Overall, it was a great stay.

The dinner on New Year's Eve was the only thing we were higly disappointed with. Basically, we waited with bread on the table for more than half an hour (even olive oil was not served with it). Small starter, which was not tasty, followed by a small soup (basically hot water) and then the small main course. We waited too long in between for too small portions without any taste and left hungry. The room service, which we got a few times, was much more tasty, which is a shame. Besides the taste, a New Year's Eve table should resemble the feeling of abundance and joy. The table basically represented scarcity. Guests pay a premimum for that night, making it even more unpleasant.

We arrived for a brief honeymoon, all the communication and my requests before we arrived were answered quickly and efficiently. They kindly left us a small gift in our room to celebrate. My wife had 2 Spa treatments, she said they were fantastic, great staff and beautifully clean and comfortable. The hotel is spectacular, the main hall, restaurant area is most obvious, but we enjoyed the rooms, corridors and staircases too. The room was spotless, large and comfortable, the bathroom, shower perfect. Breakfast was great, wide selction, good quality, coffee, juices were excellent. I can only recommend this place for the special occasion. Every member of staff we met were professional, friendly, calm and happy, especially the valet parking and reception staff. There is nothing we could fault.

Everything was simply perfect

The hotel is beautiful. I originally booked this location because of the viral videos floating around on the internet. The venue was really a bit smaller than expected but was overall very pleasant. They accommodated my request for flowers and a taxis. Very pleasant staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast was okay, nothing extraordinary. Food from the restaurant was very good quality. Location is great as well - a short distance to the market and other landmarks.

A bit pricey

Spectacular hotel in a great location - all sites within walking distance- also very near to the docks for river cruises/ parliament building etc. Daniel was an excellent host on reception. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of people walk in off the street just to have a coffee and take photos etc, however the nice seats in main lobby are often full for residents actually staying in the hotel and residents are asked to sit behind the bar area and not in the lobby, should be a few tables kept aside for residents in main lobby!
