Fantastic central location. Comfortable bed, powerful shower. Rooms very clean and serviced daily, cleaning staff friendly. Excellent reception staff service, helpful and professional - particularly Kate who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Welcoming of our infant. Able to organise airport transfer via the hotel. Good range of choice at breakfast. Very good value.

Woken on two nights due to persistent loud noise from other guests. Smell of cigarette smoke in corridors, stairways and in bedroom when window open - guest clearly seen smoking out of the window below despite it being advertised as non-smoking hotel. Breakfast area very crowded, had to ask for items to be replenished, plates cleared away from our table before we had finished.

Room was clean and well appointed. Location was excellent for metro and local cafe and restaurants. 5-8 mins walk from Boat cruise docks. Staff were always on hand, courteous and helpful, booking Thermal Baths and River Cruise for us. There was lots of choice in the buffet breakfast with plenty of options for all tastes and some day to to day variation.

I am nit picking, but we would have preferred a kettle in the room rather than the fancy coffee pod machine supplied , simply because we prefer decaffeinated tea and coffee particularly when we come back to the room after a day out sightseeing. Although to be fair we didn't ask the staff if one could be made available. There is a coffee machine which gave multiple choices in the breakfast room, decaffeinated was not available. No great problem as I carried my own little pot but a jar of Nescafe Decaff ( other brands are available) beside the machine would cater for everyone....

Excellent location in the city centre. Walking distance to most major attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was great and helpful reception and at breakfast. Amenities were adequate.

Breakfast. Sometimes when many guests arrived at the same time everything emptied and resupply was a bit slow. We would like some choices for deserts. Chocolate ones especially. At least some Nutella to use it as spread on bread. Coffee machine had no chocolate also, when you pressed chocolate you were getting hot water with milk. Pancakes maybe.

The location of the hotel was great - such a central location. It was really easy to get to from the airport (100E airport express bus). The staff were friendly. The room was clean and spacious - definitely bigger than most city hotels I've stayed in. My only niggle was that the curtains didn't fit the window properly which was slightly annoying - especially when wanting to get changed. Breakfast was slightly disappointing - I chose the hotel as many reviews said it was great but it wasn't. It had everything you needed - just not a lot of choice compared to other places I've been to. However, the hot food was never hot and the bread rolls and cake were never covered so the bread and cake that had been there since 7am had gone stale and it was difficult to find a fresh roll and I had to avoid the cake as it was always stale/hard. I'm not sure what happened to the strawberry jam - it just looked awful. Besides breakfast, everything was great. We never had to use public transport as the hotel was within walking distance to pretty much everything.

Not first time there. Every time high level accommodation. Personals are super. If you want to choose the place for explore probable the most beautiful city in Europe - this accommodation is good choice. Location at the main street of Pest, Danube, Promenade... Perfect room without noise but in the heart of the city, ideal facilities, climate control, cleaneas of the room. Breakfast was amazing.

Our room on the 4th floor was quiet and comfortable, with a view of the inner courtyard. The room had a small fridge, coffee maker and spacious wardrobe. The breakfast buffet was good with a variety of options for everyone. The staff at reception were professional and helpful. The location is excellent for sightseeing in Budapest. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The room was a little warm as the heating/cooling unit was only slightly adjustable, so we slept with the window open, which obviously let in street noise. There is only one chair in the room.

Super nice location, just next to the street with shops and restaurants and a few steps away from the river. Personnel was super nice and extremely helpful with all sightseeing trips and booking a night cruise, we also got early check in upon arrival ❤️ Excellent breakfasts!

Beds are really soft - but this is very individual, so just as a warning, not a minus :)

Situated very close to the Elisabeth Bridge, the hotel location is excellent as it's within 5 - 10 mins walking distance to shops, bars, public transport, restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff are helpful & very friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily. Very good breakfast selection provided.

Room was on the 5th floor but only had a small high walled terrace like area that acted as an alternative to a balcony. Due the height of the wall, there was no view on offer. No kettle available, only a coffee maker, so unable to make tea or other hot drinks.

Our room had a double bed at 2nd floor. The window was interior to a wide skylight. The room was clean and quite comfortable. I would like addionally an arm chair instead of a chair. The breakfast was complete, nothing was missing and it was served until 10:30. Wi-Fi was good, we used TV streaming. The place is strategic. 2 minutes walk away from Danuby river. 5 minutes walk away from central plaza. In any case you can walk to all famous sights.

Everything was fine.

The location of this hotel is the highlight. It is very well centered and close to everything even by walking only.

The room and hotel is mostly basic and therefore I could not recommend it as romantic. The breakfast felt to me as not as clean and fresh - I think it is due to the reason its a Buffet and therefore people ruin its look while service people are not dedicated to tidy its appearance 100% of the time - still, it is a good breakfast.
