The property is right in the heart of the city making it very accessible to public transportation, sights and shops. Room is a good size, beds are comfortable making it very easy to sleep especially with black out curtains. TV has English news channels. Easy check-in and friendly staff. Strong wifi connection.

They only provide you with one bottle of water for your stay. They do not provide full set of toiletries- shampoo and bath wash is the same, no body lotion. Pillows are quite poor quality, you can feel the cotton fibres.

This hotel offers a decent variety of breakfast foods, including three hot dishes like scrambled eggs and vegetarian options, along with a range of cold items and different coffee choices. Its central location puts you right in the middle of the city, close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. If you're looking to buy paprika or capsicum powder as a souvenir, skip the tourist shops and check out local supermarkets for better prices. The hotel has good internet connection. The lobby is small and located on the first floor, but you won't need to spend much time there anyway.

Rooms a bit small but this is expected given the prime location.

honestly all things very good but I have a little advice because my mom forgot some jewelry in the bathroom, and since our flight was late, they looked after our belongings until late (after we had already checked out). The problem is that my mom realized late that she had forgotten her jewelry, but they also didn’t make any effort to let us know something had been left behind. We came back around 9:00 PM, and I imagine by that time, the rooms were already prepared for someone to claim them the next day, but they didn’t say anything.

The position of the hotel was perfect. We were in the inner city so some of the main tourists spots (like the Danube River) was walking distance. There were also restaurants and bus stops that were very easily reachable from the hotel. The staff were so so friendly, polite, kind and very welcoming indeed we felt really welcomed. We needed a taxi on our check-out and they arranged it for us. Also, we had a problem with our tv and they provided to fix it the next day. We also liked being able to fix the air conditioning and set the degrees to our liking when we wanted to. Everything was perfect! The view from our room overlooked into the main street which was impeccable! Our stay was memorable. We enjoyed it. We will surely be back!

The location is a very great, and convenient location to every viewpoint.

We stay for 5 days on the 3rd floor, there is only heating equipment in the room, and we could only open windows for fresh and cool air. After we open the windows, we could hear some noise, just like people who were drunk and yelling at the midnight, sometimes we even smell from people who enjoy marijuana just at the front door of this hotel. After that, around after 5 am in the morning, very loud unloading voice from the underground driveway just in front of this hotel. This hotel faces two directions, we are facing the underground driveway, maybe the other one facing the street would be better. You have to decide whether to wake up from the noise or the heat, all good except these.

The bed was confortable…the room was clean, every day came the housekeepers, friendly stuff.

We had nr 311 room, the toilet was broken, it was always leaking and the light in the bathroom was always blinking.The price of breakefast is a bit too high..

Location was great within walking distance of most of sights. Spacious room with comfortable bed was clean if somewhat incoherently furnished.

Airconditioning in common areas was freezing. Breakfast was the same every day and therefore slightly disappointing, coffee from the machine terrible. The housekeeping is organised so that rooms are cleaned sometime between noon and 2pm so don't count on peaceful midday nap.

The hotel's location is excellent, allowing easy access to various attractions by walking or taking public transportation. The surrounding area has convenient dining options. However, the hotel's facade is relatively small, making it a bit challenging to locate. The bathroom is quite compact, and after taking a shower, the water tends to accumulate on the floor. Additionally, there's limited space around the sink for toiletries. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall convenience and accessibility of the hotel make it a worthwhile choice for travelers."

Location, style and affordability of the hotel. The staff were lovely and the shower in the room was amazing! Air conditioning in the room was of great quality and cooled down the room very quickly. The room can get quite warm without it. The hotel room is very well soundproofed.

The breakfast is not worth the money. Scrambled eggs were lovely, but anything beyond the eggs could be bought much cheaper in local restaurants/shops. Beds were too hard with very little support and pillows were too soft/chunky. One of us ended up using the decorative cushion to sleep on.

the room had a spa bath which was really lovely. everything was very clean. the location of the hotel was good, all public transport could be accessed by 10 minute walk in all directions and there was enough dining locations close by. breakfast only had a small option for hot food choices but it was tasty.

i expected the beds to be comfier given the 4 stars for the hotel. the shower has a bad design and either has very low pressure or too much from the handheld which doesn’t stay in place and gets water all over the bathroom.
