Great property right in the center of town. It's possible to walk to most of the nearby attractions, and if not - then you can use the public transport that's right below the hotel (metro and buses). There is a supermarket right across the street and a pharmacy below the hotel. The staff is exceptionally kind and I would like to take a moment to thank Bella and Gregory for their kind, wonderful service. Bella helped me when my account was hacked, helping me take the right steps to fix the problem. Gregory was there nearly every evening to give me tips on where to go and helped me find a new suitcase when I needed one. Thank you! Also, this is one of the few places that give you both a kettle and a mini fridge - perfect for winter nights when you just want a cup of tea, or coffee. The room is a good size for a solo traveller, and is exactly as described. I would love to come here again.

The hotel is gorgeous! I had to spent most of my vacation time in the room and I enjoyed every minute spent here. Great fashionable design, mixing Victorian style and jungle wildness. The historical building and the elevator especially are adorable! Very good lighting (it’s important to me), huge windows with a city view. The front desk staff is exceptional, they know the city by heart, give many precious advices and also you don’t have to worry about bookings and reservations — they can arrange almost everything on the reception. As a former front desk clerk myself I want to give special thanks to Gregory and Erika (hope it’s a right spelling) who made me feel at home and as a valuable guest. Location is perfect, cleaning is flawless. I will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to my friends.

The property is very central, clean and friendly :) the only thing i can say is, that on the email, you told us that you will replenish the coffee however we had to ask for it. Its not a complain, its just something we noticed, but when we asked you replaced immediately with no hesitation or questions asked. Maybe it was forgotten, which we understand :) also the pillows since they are made from feathers they tent to flatten, however its a personal preference

On the whole, Its location, the design, the service, the staff and the environment its just amazing! Super super well done and keep it up. You will see us again for sure!

They don't provide parking but is understandable, because is in the heart of Budapest, we arrived on sunday so it was free but monday at 8:00 we needed to pay for a few hours, the hungarian sistem is bulls**t because we can't pay with card at the parking meter, even if we download the app, it was pretty hard to get some coins and it doesn't accept bancnotes so we didn't t affort to park the car as long as we needed

This place is great. 10 min walk from bus stop to/from the airport. Was able to walk to The Citadel, Buda Castle, Fishermans Bastion, Matthias Church and St. Stephen's Basilica from here. Staff are incredible.

I honestly have no complaints. The location was perfect for me and it was so easy to get to/from the airport. The staff of the hotel are so, so so friendly. They provide recommendations, help answer questions and helped book a ticket for the bath and a Danube cruise. It's in a safe neighborhood that is easy to remember/find even if your phone/gps dies while you're out exploring.

It’s absolutely stunning, the building, the elevator the rooms.. after a week of staying in hostels I treated myself for my birthday and I was so happy with everything. It also had the little luxury touches like the welcome champagne and a nespresso machine and fridge.

The only negative would be that I couldn’t get the tv to work, it wouldn’t connect. But I didn’t plan on watching much tv anyway so wasn’t an issue

Great hotel, very nicely decorated with new and modern interiors. It has all the amenties you need including hair dryer, coffee machine, smart TV with apps & internet etc. Beds comfortable, air conditioning very effective, bathroom is clean and shower was very good. Good water pressure and stable temperature. The customer service of the staff is excellent, they are very pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

this is a hidden gem in Budapest location is perfect for all site seeing around the city with restaurants and shops on your doorstep Bella the receptionist is so wonderful and helpful, nothing is a bother the rooms are clean and tidy with a great bathroom and shower, flat screen smart tv good air conditioning,which is a must in summer I will definitely be back

The decor is beautiful and well thought through. Gives a luxury feel. The staff were lovely and very welcoming.

I wasn’t keen on the entrance and the stairs area. It’s out of their control but there were homeless people right at the entrance on many occasions and it was quite uncomfortable trying to get past them. The lighting in the room was fine until it was time to do my make up, then I struggled, would advise to bring a ring light of some sort.

Very nice boutique hotel inside an historical building. Very secure, the entrance to the building accessible only via code.The elevator is real something 😃 Lidl is just across the street, which is very comfortable. There is tea maker and coffee machine in the room. Close to the White Bridge. Definitely recommended.
