The apartment is locates in a very central place near to everything, metros, shops, the river and public transport. It is 10 mina walk to bus 100E which heads directly to the airport. It was clean, heated and comfortable with safety codes

i was obliged to extend my stay with an additional night and in my extra night booking i was shown the same apartment pictures which turned afore that i was another apartment. For which i was forced to check out at 11:00 and check in again in the new one at 15:00 which was a bit annoying for me since i was traveling with a child and i asked the properly to let me stay in the same apartment but they refused saying that it was already booked. other than that everything was perfect

Superbly appointed flat, exceptionally clean and massive. Great location for shops, restaurants and transport. Comfortable lounge and bed. Massive bathroom. Tons of hot water and room always very hot. Great place as a base. Ideal self catering with oven, kettle and large fridge freezer. Loved the place, area and flat.

Bad These are suggested ways to make the stay even better; No way to control heat which meant, we had to have the window open. No action to issues raised during our stay Inc no tv and blocked sink. No welcome pack detailing the area and promoting the city which was disappointing. Minimal amount of consumables provided (toilet rolls, shower gel, tea towel) so be prepared to go to Lidl nearby.

Great location and lots of space.

Right across from a loud bar (just be mindful- we understand we are in the city but it was extremely loud at night) Front desk check in girls kept saying “check your email” front desk service could provide more …service seeing as they know the area. Check in is at a different location than actual apartment so plan accordingly so you are not dragging luggage back and forth. Fan in bathroom was not working properly and was extremely loud. Bath towels were extremely dingy. Bedding was crisp and clean.

The apartment is really close to the city center so you can get on foot pretty fast to most of the attractions. Also there are tram station and metro station really close so you can move around city really easy. Close by you can find many restaurants, bars, shops of all kind, supermarkets, city's great market hall. The Danube is 10 minutes walk away from the location. The apartment was very clean and with the mailed instructions we could enter really easy. Bad was really confortable.

The only thing wich we didn't like was the TV wich didn't work at all. Other then that we can't complain about anything.

Comfy memory foam beds, nice apartment, great location to walk to the CENTRAL MARKET (8 minutes) and walk over the bridge next to that to get to the Gellert Thermal Bath House (probably 14 minutes total walking) ROOM was REALLY WARM ALSO. Liked staying here, sadly only getting 3 toilet paper rolls for a 5 nights stay was kind of a bummer since I had to go out and get more toilet paper and the front door is a PAIN to learn how to close if someone doesn't tell you.....RAISE THE DOOR HANDLE ALL THE WAY UP and let go AND then ROTATE THE KEY ALL THE WAY TO THE LEFT ONCE = YOUR DOOR IS NOW LOCKED.

Only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 nights stay? I had to pay $3 to go out and buy extra toilet paper. WIFI especially if staying in room 11 is ON & OFF. Had to stay closer to the door to get a better signal. * HOW TO LOCK YOUR FRONT DOOR WHEN LEAVING....NO JOKE.....THIS PISSED ME OFF..........RAISE THE DOOR HANDLE ALL THE WAY UP and let go AND then ROTATE THE KEY ALL THE WAY TO THE LEFT ONCE = YOUR DOOR IS NOW LOCKED. Never in my life traveling have I seen a door where you have to raise the HANDLE UP and then rotate the key to the left once to lock the door.

I’m honestly surprised—these apartments are amazing! I’ve stayed in Budapest many times before, and this is by far the best place I’ve been. Beautiful renovation, air conditioning, and a super convenient location—absolutely top-notch. At first, we had a really unpleasant check-in situation, but the incredible staff went above and beyond to resolve everything. I’m truly impressed! Initially, I was very frustrated, but thanks to the amazing team, I ended up absolutely loving my stay.

Nothing

The apartment was located in a strategic spot in the Pest side allowing us to move with ease and several points of interest. It was very spacious with two bathrooms and well-heated. The balcony and the view to a cute street gave us parisian vibes :) Would definitely recommend it! We also appreciate the free service of keeping our luggage after checkout.

The only thing I can comment on is that the number of towels could be higher. For 2 people and 4 nights there were 3 towels. I think at least 4 would be more appropriate :)

Location was 10/10. Close to lots of restaurants and the souvenir shops nearby much cheaper then in main areas. Lidl very close. Apartment is big and so much wardrobe space. Sofa was comfy. Kitchen facilities very good. Very quiet location except one morning. Pillows are to die for

The bed is two singles together but you can hardly tell except my sisters mattress was very hard and caused her a lot of pain when she woke up. She had to sleep on the sofa. Check in instructions. Unless you get in the lift, you do not know that they call the first floor a 1/2.

The apartment is really close to the city center (shopping district), there was also a bus station nearby which was very convenient to get anywhere. Customer service was very kind and helpful when we called them for the lock of the door. The iron, ironing board, hair dryer and washing machine were very useful!

The lock of the door has a specific mechanism to get it open/closed, at first it was complicated and we had to call the customer service team to get in. Also, the apartment we checked into was different from the pictures shown, that was a little disappointing. The shower had no curtains, so the floor tends to get wet every time you use it. They provided only 1 towel per person, there was no face towel provided. The kitchen had no kitchen towel (to clean and dry), that could’ve been handy :(. It could’ve been nice to have more than 3 rolls of toilet paper since we were staying for 6 days. The dining chairs were kind of wobbly, they didn’t seem so steady.

The location was amazing! We were within walking distance to all the main attractions and the city was very safe for two girls, even late at night. The apartment is in a large building and is easy to find as long as you use the lift (there is a 1/2 floor before the first floor!). The apartment itself was huge and had everything we needed for the few days we were there. Overall a great stay!

The Aircon in the room wasn’t the best as it got quite warm sometimes.
