I couldn’t be happier with our stay at this hotel in Budapest! As someone who previously worked in tourism and hotels, I’m usually very picky when it comes to cleanliness — and I have to say, I was truly impressed. Everything was spotless, fresh, and so well maintained, which made me feel immediately comfortable. The room was not only cozy but also fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Even though we didn’t request anything extra, I could clearly see that the staff would happily assist with any additional needs. Speaking of the staff — they were absolutely wonderful. Bianka, Petra, and Domokos were especially kind and helpful, but in general, every person we met was warm, professional, and always ready with a smile. The hotel has everything: rich breakfast in the dining hall, room service, wellness facilities, luggage storage, and secure parking. The location is also perfect, right in the center of Budapest, so you can reach the main sights easily on foot. Overall, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. With its cleanliness, service, facilities, and perfect location, it’s a true gem in Budapest. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I originally booked a Superior Double Room, but it felt a bit small for the category. I decided to upgrade to an Executive Double Room, and it was definitely the right choice — much more spacious and comfortable. The staff at reception were also very helpful and accommodating, which made the experience even better.

During my stay, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly, causing confusion as guests were forced to evacuate via the stairs. There was no staff guidance or communication during the incident, which made the situation more unsettling. The next morning, when I asked at reception, I was simply told it had been a false alarm and received a brief apology. It felt as though, had I not asked, no explanation would have been offered at all. I believe this lack of proactive communication and formal acknowledgment was a serious shortcoming in customer service. That said, aside from this incident, the service I received at reception was generally courteous and helpful.

Where do I start?? The Location is Perfect! one door takes you to the dead center of the city, the other door opens up to the greatest view of the Danube and river walks. The Free Parking was originally the deciding factor since the parking in Budapest is pricy BUT: We travel with two dogs and this is one of the friendliest hotels in ANY city to dogs! Keeping in mind that our dogs are retired service dogs *So they behave better than most people...) they were free to roam and were treated with kindness by both the staff and the guests... The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is also generous and reasonably priced. All in all, we see no reason to ever book another hotel when visiting Budapest!

We only stayed for two days so didn't visit the wellness center. Next time!

Great stay overall! The parking was clean, convenient and easy to access. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the warm days. The room itself was comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby—it was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

If I had to mention one small point, the sheets could have been a bit cleaner, as I noticed a few hairs. However, this was a minor issue and didn’t take away from an otherwise very nice experience.

We were absolutely thrilled with this hotel. The staff was very polite, always available for our questions and helped us very much with their useful advice. Breakfast was great, with a lot of food to choose from. Beside this, you also get free coffee from the machine in the lobby, and a coffee machine in your room (also free of charge, you can make tea also). This hotel has its own underground garage that is free of charge for its guests and a top of it all, the location of the hotel is next to the Erzebeth bridge and all of the sights are within a walking distance. We will definitely visit this hotel again!

The location is excellent, right next to the Danube River and within walking distance of all the must see spots. The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious, bright, and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. A big plus was the free parking garage. The private garage is safe and convenient, giving extra peace of mind during our trip. We also appreciated the thoughtful details. There was a coffee machine in the lobby available for guests, and our room also had its own coffee machine. Complimentary products and small amenities were provided, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and pleasant. Overall, this hotel combines a perfect location with comfort, attention to detail, and great service. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay again.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The check in was smooth and pleasant. I was asking for directions where to go about, restaurants recommendations and helps on booking, Domokos and Kira were very helpful and responsive. They get backs to you on time and very patience too. On my last 2 nights, my throat was not feeling well and I was asking them can they provide me some salt so that I can gargled and they get me the salt from the restaurant. The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance to the Central Market and the city center. Also, the hotel provides free coffee, tea and water at the lobby with a very comfortable reading area. The Hotels surrounded by good restaurants too.

The hotel was in a great location, with most attractions within 30mins walk, or you could take the tram, bus or taxi if you prefer. We walked as we saw more of the city that way. The coffee lounge was available 24hours a day and great for a sit down, and the coffee / tea was free, this was a most welcome benefit. All the staff were friendly and took time to say hello along with a smile. Reception answered all our questions and organised our airport transfer for us and they were happy to look after our luggage on our last day. The staff in the adjacent tapas restaurant were friendly. All facilities worked well, there were ample sockets and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.n The airport transfer took around 40mins, direct to and from the airport for around 40 euro. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

There was nothing to dislike, the hotel was well located for bars, cafe's and restaurant, and a Chimney Cake store and souvenir shops very close by.

The stay at the hotel was excellent, offering great value for money. I highly appreciate the excellent location of the hotel, situated in close proximity to the Danube. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cosy. The breakfast was in line with a four-star hotel, with a particularly wide selection of savoury dishes. However, there was a lack of traditional or homemade pastries among the sweet options. The restaurant space felt somewhat cramped, and during peak breakfast hours, it was fully occupied.

The air conditioning/ventilation system was quite noisy and remained in operation even at night, with no option to turn it off completely (even after switching off the air conditioning in the room, there was still a persistent humming sound). The room lacked a kettle for making tea. Although a coffee machine and a selection of teas were provided, a kettle was missing. It would be beneficial to have a pillow menu, where guests could select their preferred pillow by marking it on a card and leaving it on the bed. Better soundproofing of rooms near the elevators would be appreciated, as the noise from the elevators was disturbing at night. In the future, upgrading the in-room TV to include services like Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+ would be a welcome improvement.

We loved the hotel, yet were shocked by how much we disliked the room we booked. On the positive: Excellent location right at the center on the Danube. Beautiful lobby decor, 24/7 tea& coffee service. Welcome drinks at the bar. Excellent Breakfast. Amazing service by all staff members: management, reception as well as restaurant. Late check out available for a fee. We loved the pricey executive room we upgraded to. With lots of light, space and a comfortable bathroom. Somehow the over beige design wasn't depressing with the day light and the view.

Did not like the modern , clean, " French balcony " beige room Never have I had such a bad vibe to a room. Inner courtyard view ,no sky on lower floors, a little bit of sky on higher floors. Since night was prepaid, and we needed to extend to another night, I went into an unusual negotiation with the nice and polite manager, which led to an agreement on a nice executive room for an additional fee. For the total I paid for 2 nights I could probably book a big room with a view at another high rated hotel, without that ordeal.
