I originally booked a Superior Double Room, but it felt a bit small for the category. I decided to upgrade to an Executive Double Room, and it was definitely the right choice — much more spacious and comfortable. The staff at reception were also very helpful and accommodating, which made the experience even better.

During my stay, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly, causing confusion as guests were forced to evacuate via the stairs. There was no staff guidance or communication during the incident, which made the situation more unsettling. The next morning, when I asked at reception, I was simply told it had been a false alarm and received a brief apology. It felt as though, had I not asked, no explanation would have been offered at all. I believe this lack of proactive communication and formal acknowledgment was a serious shortcoming in customer service. That said, aside from this incident, the service I received at reception was generally courteous and helpful.

We were absolutely thrilled with this hotel. The staff was very polite, always available for our questions and helped us very much with their useful advice. Breakfast was great, with a lot of food to choose from. Beside this, you also get free coffee from the machine in the lobby, and a coffee machine in your room (also free of charge, you can make tea also). This hotel has its own underground garage that is free of charge for its guests and a top of it all, the location of the hotel is next to the Erzebeth bridge and all of the sights are within a walking distance. We will definitely visit this hotel again!

Nothing to say for this section, everything was perfect for us.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The check in was smooth and pleasant. I was asking for directions where to go about, restaurants recommendations and helps on booking, Domokos and Kira were very helpful and responsive. They get backs to you on time and very patience too. On my last 2 nights, my throat was not feeling well and I was asking them can they provide me some salt so that I can gargled and they get me the salt from the restaurant. The location of the hotel is great, within walking distance to the Central Market and the city center. Also, the hotel provides free coffee, tea and water at the lobby with a very comfortable reading area. The Hotels surrounded by good restaurants too.

The hotel was in a great location, with most attractions within 30mins walk, or you could take the tram, bus or taxi if you prefer. We walked as we saw more of the city that way. The coffee lounge was available 24hours a day and great for a sit down, and the coffee / tea was free, this was a most welcome benefit. All the staff were friendly and took time to say hello along with a smile. Reception answered all our questions and organised our airport transfer for us and they were happy to look after our luggage on our last day. The staff in the adjacent tapas restaurant were friendly. All facilities worked well, there were ample sockets and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.n The airport transfer took around 40mins, direct to and from the airport for around 40 euro. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

There was nothing to dislike, the hotel was well located for bars, cafe's and restaurant, and a Chimney Cake store and souvenir shops very close by.

The stay at the hotel was excellent, offering great value for money. I highly appreciate the excellent location of the hotel, situated in close proximity to the Danube. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cosy. The breakfast was in line with a four-star hotel, with a particularly wide selection of savoury dishes. However, there was a lack of traditional or homemade pastries among the sweet options. The restaurant space felt somewhat cramped, and during peak breakfast hours, it was fully occupied.

The air conditioning/ventilation system was quite noisy and remained in operation even at night, with no option to turn it off completely (even after switching off the air conditioning in the room, there was still a persistent humming sound). The room lacked a kettle for making tea. Although a coffee machine and a selection of teas were provided, a kettle was missing. It would be beneficial to have a pillow menu, where guests could select their preferred pillow by marking it on a card and leaving it on the bed. Better soundproofing of rooms near the elevators would be appreciated, as the noise from the elevators was disturbing at night. In the future, upgrading the in-room TV to include services like Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+ would be a welcome improvement.

We loved the hotel, yet were shocked by how much we disliked the room we booked. On the positive: Excellent location right at the center on the Danube. Beautiful lobby decor, 24/7 tea& coffee service. Welcome drinks at the bar. Excellent Breakfast. Amazing service by all staff members: management, reception as well as restaurant. Late check out available for a fee. We loved the pricey executive room we upgraded to. With lots of light, space and a comfortable bathroom. Somehow the over beige design wasn't depressing with the day light and the view.

Did not like the modern , clean, " French balcony " beige room Never have I had such a bad vibe to a room. Inner courtyard view ,no sky on lower floors, a little bit of sky on higher floors. Since night was prepaid, and we needed to extend to another night, I went into an unusual negotiation with the nice and polite manager, which led to an agreement on a nice executive room for an additional fee. For the total I paid for 2 nights I could probably book a big room with a view at another high rated hotel, without that ordeal.

We stayed at the hotel during January. The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately 100 shekels (the hotel does not offer airport shuttle service). The hotel is in a perfect location, situated on the Danube, surrounded by all possible attractions within walking distance or a short public transportation ride. The hotel is pleasantly and modernly designed (not unique, but nice). There is a 24-hour front desk with courteous reception. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures, very comfortable in size and clean. The room includes a bed, a desk, a coffee corner, a space for hanging clothes and some storage, a bathroom with a shower, and a tiny balcony facing the building's inner courtyard (I assume a room with a river view would be nicer if available). Breakfast was excellent, offering vegetables, cold cuts, cheeses, bread, pastries, juices, pancakes, and more. Very fair price. In short, highly recommended.

We stayed at a "Superior Twin room" during January 2025. The room was quiet and lovely, spotless clean, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellant. The aircondition can be controlled and there is a door that leads to a small balcony which was great because we could leave a crack open at night and enjoyed the fresh air. There is a coffee machine and capsules in the room. When we arrived a complementry small bottle of wine and a box of chocolate were waiting for us together with a personal welcome card that warm our heart. In the lobby there is a sitting area with a TV and a coffee machine that can make all kinds of coffee and tea, free of charge and available for the guests 24/7. Also a fresh water machine (hot and cold). The lobby itself is beautiful and comfortable to sit at. The breakfast is served at the "Tapas Fino" restaurant located near the entrace of the hotel (from the inside) and is delicious. We enjoyed it very much. But on top all of that the staff is the best thing about the hotel. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and met them all and they are all so nice and kind and so ready to assist with anything. They are just awesom and make you fill so good. The location of the hotel is just perfect. Next to the Danube river. Close to every attraction and to the city center. Almost everything is accessible by foot. There is also a public transportation just outside the hotel. To sum it up, we had an amazing stay at the hotel and we definitely stay there again in our next visit to Budapest and highly recommend everyone to do so as well.

We stayed at the "Superior Double with French balcony" room in January 2025. As for the room, it was clean, cozy, and warm all the time, which was excellent as the weather was cold. We didn't encounter any problems with noise at all. The room had an espresso machine. In the lobby there was also a coffee machine, which was free to use at any time, which could make most (if not all) types of coffee, and a water machine with fresh water where we could refill our bottles. The room had a very small balcony with a view in the courtyard of the hotel, which was okay for us, as we did not go for the view while choosing the room. Also, smoking was not allowed even in the balcony, yet there was an ashtray right in front of the hotel's entrance. The personnel were very friendly and polite; they were willing to assist us in anything we wanted and provide us with recommendations whenever we needed them. As for the location, it was the best choice we could have made. The hotel is located in front of the Danube, in between two of the bridges. It is extremely close to the city center. It is also close to transportation, though all the attractions are accessible by foot. Overall, we had an amazing stay at the hotel, and we left completely satisfied. We highly recommend it.

We recently stayed at Hotel Vision Budapest and were thoroughly impressed. The location was unbeatable, providing easy access to the city’s key attractions. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the addition of a coffee machine in it was a thoughtful touch that added to our comfort. One of the standout features was the hotel’s beverage corner, which not only offered everything needed for a coffee, tea, or a quick drink but also included a small seating area to enjoy it. This made it a cozy spot to relax before heading out or unwind after a day of sightseeing. It was a thoughtful, complementary feature that significantly enhanced our experience.
