I also work in a hotel, and I understand from the inside what kind of work it is to maintain a hotel in good conditions - and these people are doing a great job! The staff is excellent - very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - very close to the city center, a market, metro and tram stations, great places to eat (e.g. “Rustico Étterem”). The room was so nice, clean, and cozy - it had everything you might need! The hotel in general is also very cozy but spacious at the same time, and has a really stylish design (a fashion hotel indeed). Also, the breakfast was simply amazing! What we especially like in this hotel is their attention to details - starting from the Christmas decorations at the reception and your name as a greeting on the TV and ending with a wireless charging station in the table and a little coffee setup in the room. I could write more and more about our experience in this beautiful hotel, but I don’t want to spoil it too much - in short: it is the best place to stay in Budapest for such a reasonable price. The hotel location is great. The service that we got from Bendeguz was excellent!!! Thank you very much.

1. We requested the room early and we got it, which was very nice. 2. We didn't like that they didn't provide coffee capsules every day for the morning coffee. On the first day you receive them in the room and on the second day onwards you have to buy them. 3. The day before leaving the hotel, we asked to have breakfast packed because we were leaving early for the airport. The receptionist said it was impossible and we had to order 24 hours in advance. For the information of hotel visitors.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was tidy and cleaned every day of our stay. The breakfast was nice but make sure to go earlier as there are only about 10 tables and it gets full pretty quick. We loved the mini fridge at reception where you could buy cold drinks and some snacks saving us to run to a shop during the night. The location of the hotel was great with plenty of restaurants and bars around. Only 5 minute walk to Aldi and the central market hall. 10 minute walk to gellert baths. Easy to get bolt taxis to and from wherever you want to go. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The only two things we didn't like was the smell of the drains in the bathroom and the elevator was a bit slow. But other than that it was perfect for our 3 day stay.

Location is awesome, it is just walking distance from major attractions. The breakfast spread was awesome, really nice. The room was clean and spacious.

The rooms had nice Nespresso coffee machines and coffee pods but no milk pods. When I requested for milk pods at the reception they just flatly said that we don't have any milk. Same for water too, when we asked for complimentary water bottle, we were told that it will cost 2 Euros. For a hotel of this repute, it felt a bit stingy. This is the reason, I will give a 4.5 star review for this hotel.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a very central position. We had the family connecting rooms, one rooms twin beds and the other a double bed ,this room was quite large. Bathroom was great one room had a bath with overhead shower and the other walk in shower. Breakfast though not a large variety was extremely tasty, first class. Staff at breakfast were extremely efficient.Bonus also in the room you get a large bottle of water every day and Nespresso coffee.

Strange smell like drains in hotel and last day most people ended going to breakfast at the same time 09:30 so there was a wait to get a table. However do not let this put you off, it really was a lovely modern clean hotel with a very tasty breakfast.

A lovely hotel in the hustle and bustle of the city center. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from as well as daily variations. The hotel is on a lively tourist pedestrian street. The ac worked REALLY well which was welcomed after a long hot day of exploring the city.

Beds were a bit too soft. There was a sewage smell throughout the hotel (and the city itself). Coffee pods are chargeable after the first day.

Great location. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Having breakfast included was a great bonus.

Overall the hotel was great, the room was clean (had an unusual smell there was an automatic air freshener on, the smell was mostly noticeable when first entering the room) and the bathroom was a little small. For the price, newness, location and great staff the faults can be overlooked. We also received emails to download an app to complete self check in, however it gave us the wrong check in and room number etc. was also constantly sending us notifications, good thing was this was not needed as the reception is 24 hrs and reception staff were fantastic.

We booked a comfort double/ twin room and stayed on the 3rd floor. The room was good size and loved the decor and views Room cleaned and free toiletries/water given daily. Hotel is on a lovely street in a great location about 5 minutes walk to the Central Market, close to bridge over to Buda side. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Staff were really friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

If being picky we would have preferred a double duvet. We had 2 twins beds pushed together which was fine but had 2 single duvets & option to make a cup of tea.

It is a great location on the beginning of Vatchi Street, so quieter and still next to everything. Connecting rooms were big enough, warm (was very cold outside) The rooms are looking very good, the staff was also nice, and the room was pretty clean (still found hair on the blanket cover sheet)

Got a bottle of water only on the first day, need to take a closer look at the bed sheet's cleanliness and towels, Need to have better pillows (more choices) and my mattress was a little sag.
