We were a couple and 3 children. Room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated just like in the pictures. The room has a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. In the lobby there was an electric plate, pots, extinguishers to take to the room and cook as needed. In addition to that, the lobby also has a laundry room with all the many materials to wash and clothes can be washed free of charge. Staff was very kind! The location of the apartment is in a great place! In a central street with many restaurants. Close to the metro and the big market (200 meters), a supermarket is also close, about 800 meters. Including close to the city's attractions. We liked very much.

Internet quality. Internet was very weak!!!! Please improve!!

The location was perfect. Most things were within walking distance and you are a 10 minute walk from the Airport bus transfer drop off. It's set back slightly with a large gate on to a busy pedestrian only street. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, chimney cake shops near by. 5 minute walk to main market and river side. It is a tourist area but friendly and not too in your face. Prices are higher here but everything is very convenient. Room was very comfortable and clean. Had kettle, fridge and small sink. Aldi on lower level of main market if you want to buy milk, sandwiches etc. cheaply. 5 mins away. Super comfy bed and the best power shower ever! Staff were friendly and helpful. Main desk is manned most of the day but not evening but you can call. There was a washing machine, microwave, toaster, small hot plate, and coffee machine in a communal area free to use. Can't express how good location was for the price. Room and ensuite bathroom was very modern and up to date, well decorated and looked after.

The apartments are part of a large, beautiful old building set around a courtyard. While apartments are super modern the building has very thin walls and noise echos around the courtyard. People were not deliberately noisy but you can hear people in the landings and courtyard. Hotel are aware and ask people to be extra quiet between 8pm and 8am. Not a big problem as you'll probably be up and out in this amazing city, just don't expect a long lie in!

Everything we needed was there. Clean and pleasant. Nice and central. Cozy too. Great coffee machine! I liked how you had to go through an outside gate with a buzzer to get you in. It made it feel more secure.

The view from our room wasn't great, but it didn't really matter as we were out most of the time. It wasn't very spacious, but again it didn't really matters as we were out most of the time. I fell both the size and view were OK for the price though. No shower screen meant the bathroom got a bit soaked every time we took a shower.

Our stay in the room was simply wonderful! The place was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, close to shops and restaurants, which made it very convenient for us. The hosts were extremely welcoming and willing to help us with any question we had. Little touches like fresh towels and basic cleaning products made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family!

The room had 2 tvs but the menu was in Hungarian so we could not function it Also the wi fi was not functioning as fast as it should be -at least in our room

Amazing location, amazing stuff, beautiful room, everything was amazing and we loved it so much. The design of the room was wonderful, always clean and warm and spacious. We really loved every minute. Thank you to the stuff!

We truly loved everything and the price was also great! The only thing we thought could be better - it would be perfect if they had an elevator, it was a bit of a struggle to take down the stairs or suitcases. But other than that it was really a perfect place. I would recommend it to anyone.

Everything went well, room was extremely clean and its standard has exceeded our expectations. There was a mini fridge, in which we could cool our beverages, there was also a cool mini projector, which had many VOD apps installed and we could watch our favourite TV shows every night. I find the location in a perfect balance between "touristy" and "quiet". The hotel is located at Vači street, which is probably one of the most interesting streets in Budapest, yet in our room the only things we heard were the birds chirping and wind blowing leafs outside.

Can't think about anything to be honest. Maybe there could be a simple divider installed between shower and the rest of bathroom space, because we had a lot of water on the floor each time we showered, but other than that everything was a blast.

Good location to get the metro or bus to attractions and quiet at night. Food options and massage places and a local Aldi were fab! Also lovely breakfast spot double shot round the corner. Comfy bed and good shower. Very small tv in the lounge (we like to watch in the evening) which staff managed to get Netflix working on for us.

A couple of broken things but that got fixed by staff really quickly. It was hard to regulate the temperature as electric heaters meant all on or all off.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the location couldn't be better—right in the center of Budapest with everything within easy reach. The proximity to major attractions and public transport made exploring the city a breeze. I will definitely return to Budapest and choose this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

When we first arrived we were skeptical because of the location, it didn’t have a hotel front; it’s an apartment complex. But as soon as we entered the room we were amazed, the room was huge and so cozy; lots of space for the kids to play. We had access to a small kitchen in the room which made easier to warm baby food anytime. We checked in with Victoria and she was very friendly and helpful. Location is good and child friendly with lots of playgrounds in the area.

Wi-Fi was very slow

We absolutely loved the location, design, accessibility to the apartment. The staff is great, extremely lovely and kind, always at service and really helpful. I would definitely recommend staying there! We came to Budapest by car and since we slept in the old town, we left the car in Pollack Mihaly Teri Melygarazs (Muzeum krt. 14-16) which is located only a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. The weekend ticket from Friday 18h to Monday 8h costs only 4.000Ft (cca 10 EUR) and you can enter and exit as many times as you need during that period.
