The location is second to none, right across the bridge from Gelert spa, 5 min away from Vaci street, and almost everything important for sightseeing is walking distance. Side view of the apartment is of the river and statue on Gellert hill. The apartment is quite clean, and it was easy to check in and out. You have multiple pillows for each bed, and they are different type, so it can be comfy for all. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances. 2 toilets are a plus, especially when you are traveling with a group of people. We also used the luggage service at the reception upon our check out, that was also convenient too.

Attention to detail is lacking. We were given less than 6 towels all together for a group of 3 adults. You have Nespresso machine, but no Nespresso pods. No sugar, salt, tea, or basically anything in the kitchen. No shower gel. There is no toilet brush in the toilet. No tea towels or cloth of any kind. Basically the only things you do get are toilet paper and hair dryer. Also, heating is also being done only by AC, and it is an apartment on 2 floors. So while it is not warm enough in the living room/ dining room/ kitchen area, in the sleeping area on the floor you will be boiling/ choking from dry air.

Location was brilliant for access to city centre and thermal pools. Multiple options for grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops close to the apartment.

This apartment was really nice, slight minor things was that the mattresses are hard. The heating is via an air-conditioning unit, which there is only one for the open plan area and takes along time to heat the apartment. Other than that, the place is really nice.

Lovely clean and well presented property. Perfect for our needs as a family of 4 (with two teens). Perfect location. Close to trams, buses, restaurants, cafes, supplies and the sights.

Maybe a few more supplies like dishwasher tablets, cloths and a mat for the bathroom floors. Otherwise, 10/10.

Very clean and the layout was great for the family. Very close to the Market Hall and Gellert Spa - ideal location to explore Budapest. Hosts very responsive to any email queries we had.

Little better equipped kitchen i.e. no tea towels or baking tray. Only one 3 seater sofa for an apartment that sleeps 6 but there were dining chairs.

Great location, lovely little flat, our son loved the mezzanine bedroom, very comfortable.

Nothing really, but we were fine to walk up two floors - there is no lift. Would have liked a few more towels (hand towels). It would have been good to know exactly what was provided and what not (for example it had paper kitchen towels but no cloth kitchen towels, there was washing up liquid/sponge but no ‘starter pack’ of tea/coffee/milk… )

Apartment was excellent , great location, Aldi and Tesco close by. We walked everywhere except for the baths.. would definitely stay here again

Only thing is that it would have been good if there had been tea towels to dry the dishes and a chopping board to cut food on.

- The location was perfect, close to thermal bath and city centre. - The apartment was big and so comfortable. - Very well equipped with all the goods - Beautiful - Beds were perfect - I will come back to the apartment if I go back to Budapest

- The room upstairs was great but when you turn the light off the electricity did not work. So we could not turn on the side lamp or charge the phone. - Towels were small - The cleaner came at 10 and we were sopposed to be allowed up to 11 - pillows very flat.

The apartment was really clean and organized offering a good condition to enjoy our vacation.

Great location, close to the river and the Metro. Really good and clear instructions about how to get in using pin code entry. Comfortable and convenient accommodation which I would use again.

The second bed was on a mezzanine level with low ceiling, which may be difficult for a tall person.

Shower in one room was leaking…just a little fix.
