The location was perfect for us, a quiet street very near a gorgeous pedestrianised street full of restaurants (Vaci Utca) , and then just round the corner from travel connections and a short stroll to the river. Our family room was huge, and ideal for three adults. The room was well equiped with water, and a fridge. The shower was small, but amazingly powerful! The bathrrom was very well equiped. The breakfast was amazing - lots of choice, and friendly service. There is no staffed bar or restaurant, but this suited us as we wanted to eat out and explore different restaurants.

The separate bedroom was rather warm when we arrived, and we struggled to get it to cool down. But, we managed! And the bathroom (and shower) were on the smaller side, but were well equiped, with new & clean fittings.

Great location, good choices at the breakfast buffet (loved the changing pastry selection). Great thing that the hotel is trying to stay green and they offer you the choice of not getting your room cleaned (except the trash bin empty and the floor sweep) for a free soft drink for their bar.

The mattress is hard as rock. The feeling is that you are sleeping on the floor and on top of a duvet. The thing with air conditioning was a bummer - you can't control the temperature and when you turn is on , only hot air comes out. We opened the window for some air but then you can't close the shades so you are forced to wake up at sunrise

The location was great for sight seeing and there are plenty of good restaurants/bars nearby. The room was spacious and l liked that you were given a glass bottle of filtered water in your room which you could fill up as much as you wanted to. Reception staff were friendly and ordering a taxi was simple and quick. It was great that breakfast was from 7-11 so you could have an early or later start to your day. Also as well as in your room there are free coffee/tea facilities on the mezzanine floor with a seating/music area. The hotel provides a suitcase storage room so on check out at 11am you can take advantage of this and explore more until it is time for you to get your bag/case for your return journey home.

The only thing l feel could be improved on is having more breakfast vegetarian options. For example for the hot food section vegetarian sausages, mushrooms, and beans. Also there was only one option for milk which was not labelled. Please could you offer different milks, oat, soy etc Thank you.

Less than 5 minutes walk from Airport Bus (100E) drop-off point at Kalvin Place. Note pick-up point by Airport Bus (Euro 6) is on a different street nearby. Very frequent. 30 minutes to airport. Took a taxi (Euro 31-20minutes) as flight was late. Wanted to get there before reception closes at 10:00pm. Otherwise inform reception the day before. They will send you code to enter hotel and lock-box code to access key. Best breakfast by far offered by any European city hotel. So many different varieties and good quality food & fresh fruits. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Quiet as not on main-road. Air-conditioned. Lock-safe, bar fridge, TV, electric jug, coffee & tea in the room. Can leave your bags if late departure flight. Use small lobby with free coffee & tea. Many restaurants within 3-5 minutes walk. Close to all historical sights, metro, trams and buses.

Perhaps advice customer when they can expect hotel door code and lock-box code to be shared. For example saying information will be shared 12 hours before or 6 hours before check-in time. Otherwise no complaints.

It was clean and everything well maintained. Breakfast was reasonable good. Very friendly staff. Depending on the needs, it is also in a pretty good location. A good restaurant is nearby, just like the bus stop to the airport, or the ungerground line.

I think it is a nice touch to have a glass wall to the shower. However you see straight to the toilet too. If you are not comfortable that your companion watches you doing your business, than you might want to figure it out how to deal with that part. On the opposite side of the narrow street there might be windows as well. I closed the shades....

The location was perfect for walking through the center of Budapest and with very fast access to the airport express. Varied breakfast, with good options both cold (cheeses, cold meats, fruits and vegetables, sweets) and hot (omelet, bacon, sausages and delicious meatballs with vegetables - I don't remember the name). The staff is kind and with a big smile, which makes you feel good early in the morning. Here I have a special mention and thanks to those who prepared the packed breakfast for us for the last day - it exceeded our expectations, it was delicious and perfect to eat at the airport (I have attached pictures, minus the juice that was drunk before security) There are nice people at the reception, who prepared a surprise for my husband - "bubbles" on ice. Good pillows and hygienic products. Attention to the needs of tourists, small but very nice gestures (on Valentine's Day we found a sweet little surprise in the room), cleanliness and comfort will bring us back on our next visit to Budapest

This is a great hotel in a great location - perfect for exploring Budapest! The breakfast buffet was delicious - the bread was amazing! The selection wasn't huge, but there was still plenty of choice and everything seemed to be good quality and fresh. There were all the usual continental breakfast items - bread, cheese, meat, salad, yogurt etc, and also some hot food which included sausages, bacon, beans, hash browns, and scrambled egg. The cloudy apple juice was wonderful. I really enjoyed the little cakes and croissants too :) The bedroom was great - spacious, clean, and comfortable. We liked that there was free tea and coffee available at all times on the first floor - the machine is in a quiet lounge area which is a nice place to sit and relax. There were also takeaway cups to use if you were wanting to take your drink out with you :) If we returned to Budapest we'd definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff! Also they prepared the room and check-in us at the morning for free, at about 10, because we arrived from Prague on night train (I wrote it through booking a day before). The room was clean, soundproof, although somewhat small. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of options, including hot ones. Location is perfectly close to the city center. We were staying here for the second time (two years ago) and it's still great!

Yogurt in cans on a breakfast tasted as non-natural (Danone and Zott) - poor quality.

Great location near airport bus stop & tram lines also very close to the river so a great base for walking round the city. Superb breakfast with a great choice of quality foods. The phone app was useful to unlock the room as I invariably manage to leave the room card in the room at some point! Second visit here and would book again.

For me, the mattress was slightly hard, I still slept ok though.

The hotel was close to all amenities for sightseeing, was very clean and modern. The breakfast was fantastic, great choice. The staff were very friendly, and communication via email was great. Room cleaned every day, lovely sized room. Left us a little bottle of fizz and a note as we were celebrating our silver wedding anniversary while there.

If I had to be picky, and it's being very picky, the shower was a bit of the squeezy side but was very powerful, so not really a negative at all...
