Everything about the hotel was 10/10, such as location, quality and cleanliness of room, check in and check out procedures etc.

The only thing I wasn't so happy with was that the check in staff said my room number out loud to me. While it's not a huge concern of mine I think the staff should be more respectful of privacy and security and not saying the number out loud in case someone over hears.

Really good location - the airport express bus stop is metres away. Great location to reach all the best spots. The bed was very comfy.

The access to the room was over a bridge which involved going up in a lift then walking across a bridge then getting another lift which was annoying. The hotel is used by lots of airlines so at times the main desk was so busy with cabin crew it was hard to speak to someone without waiting a long time. The room was Ok but the bed wasn’t made very well when the cleaning crew came in.

On arrival we were told our room was upgraded and the breakfast package so made us even happier, breakfast always plenty of choice and for everyone. With our upgraded breakfast package we could order eggs weather you wanted them fried poached etc. Room was always clean and tidy and room service cleaned daily if you wanted. Location was excellent right in the centre of Budapest, so many places to see, lots of bars(cafes) for refreshments as it was very warm. and within easy walking distance of main sights of interest.

We really can not think of anything negative to say.

We had a 'privilege room' which came with a more 'exclusive' breakfast. While the assortment was rather standard, there was asome prosecco, but what we enjoyed the most, was that it was more private and calm. Nu rushing or waiting to get breakfast. Barely any noise. And because the 'privilege breakfast' was located on the bridge, there was a nice view.

While our room was on the 7th floor, noise from the street came through. There was rather a lot of traffic, so it would've been nicer if the room was better isolated

I had one of the Privilege Rooms, having water and coffee machine in the room. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I had the entrance to the Breakfast area just in front of my door.

No iron for clothes in the room. Since this is a 4* Hotel, Iron for clothes should be in each room. I asked to provide me one and they refused. I went to a special room to have an iron. I was a bit disappointed by the fact that my mini bar fridge was empty. Maybe was a mistake, but still, a bit odd.

We were upgraded to Privileged for free which basically offered a separate breakfast room where one could order their own breakfast and eat on the bridge over the street. The location is great, next to the underground. They also offered to keep my luggage in a safe room after checkout as we had an evening flight. A link with a cab service to the airport was also very convenient.

The room was small but cozy and sufficient.

The room was large and had a nice modern design. The location is very central. Only locations at the Danube River are better. The breakfast was in line with the breakfast of most European hotels. We got what we expected. The personnel are very good.

The internet is a bit slow if you don't register for the loyalty program of the hotel chain. The hotel shall find another way to motivate people to register.

Location and Breakfast.

Hotel should install some sort of AC, fan or some sort of an air flow control system other than the Heating System. We stayed in the hotel while the weather was cold and rainy at some nights but the AC only works as a heater during these times. We were sweating and our baby had terrible sleeping. Out of the three nights or so we had a one night of good sleep because it was actually windy outside so we opened the window and ofcourse no heater otherwise it would be very uncomfortable.

The strengths of the hotel were mainly its position, very easy to get from the airport, and close to the main point of interests of the city. The room was really confortable and noisy-free. Good value for money!

Everything was ok, probably in a superior room bathrobe and slippers would be a plus! The room was small but good for short a staying in budapest.

Very nice design hotel. Perfect location right in the downtown. The room was perfectly utilized despite not big size - however nothing was missing. AC was running well and was quite silent. The bed was very spacious with very comfortable mattress. Excellent breakfast!

A bit higher price . No more complaints!
