From the moment we booked our stay at this hotel, the staff was very kind to us. Offering us a great upgrade deal, spacious room with a stunning design! It all looked new, clean, and modern! The receptionists were amazing, always kind and willing to help us with any questions! And the people in charge of cleaning the rooms made sure that every day the room was top notch clean! If we ever decide to visit Budapest again, this hotel will be on top of the list to consider! Thank you for an amazing week spent in a beautiful city!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both taxis and public transport. Despite being so central, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, the rooms were spotless, and the boutique style gives it a warm, homely feel. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is ideal for a short work trip or a quiet couple’s getaway. Breakfast is served at a nearby hotel with stunning views, which was a nice touch—but it’s not a buffet, just one meal and one drink, so that might surprise some guests. The food itself was excellent. Note that there’s no bar or lounge on-site, which would have added to the experience. Overall, a peaceful and stylish place for adults, but probably less suited for families with children.

The room was fantastic - spacious, a good layout, nice furniture. I loved the floor to ceiling black out drapes - very elegant and practical. I loved the electronic panel to select the mood lighting and control the air conditioning. It was very simple to use. I loved that I could open the window and that the air conditioning automatically switched off when the window was open. Also the shower was the best I have ever used in a hotel.

The bed was lovely and big but not quite as comfortable as some in other hotels. Perhaps there can be more of a choice of different types of pillows? Also, I am used to there being complimentary milk and biscuits. There weren't any. This is minor, there was a shop around the corner where we could buy these things.

The hotel is pretty new and stylish. The furniture in the room are of high quality (e.g., Kartell sink) and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast is served on the terrace restaurant of their twin hotel 200m from the Hotel Gin, and it's very delicious.

The only remark is that the room cleaning service was coming in the early afternoon, when people are also supposed to rest on vacation :) It might be our fault since there was a button to request cleaning that we didn't pressed. Maybe the cleaning service check rooms that requested it during the first cleaning round after breakfast? If so, this should be clarified on the arrival.

It was close to the metro, tram and bus lines so it was quick to get around. It was was within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a pharmacy. The room was comfortable and nicely designed. They were able to store my bags when I arrived before check in and after check out so that I could explore the city more.

The room was a bit hot so the aircon needed to be on at all times. This was during a heatwave. No milk was provided for the coffee machine. Other than that i dont really have any complaints. I had a lovely stay and the staff were very helpful. It was a very nice room.

I recently booked 17 rooms at this hotel for a business trip, and every one of my colleagues commented on how impressed they were with both the rooms and the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond in helping us arrange tours and transfers. The hotel’s location was ideal—central yet very peaceful. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. Also, the breakfast at their sister property, Hotel Rum, was absolutely fantastic!

The property was really clean and really modern, touch pads for the lights, blinds etc. everyday when we left we clicked the cleaning button outside the room and when we came back the room had been cleaned which was really nice. The staff were really helpful, our flight into Budapest was super early so we couldn’t check in but we left our bags behind the desk. I asked if they could call me if the room became available earlier than 3pm, and whilst we were out exploring they called me at 1:20pm to say it was ready! upon arriving and leaving the hotel everyday we always got a Hello! they were super helpful.

the property was around a 20/25 minute walk into the main centre of budapest. however, there are plenty of bars/restaurants on the way into the city which was really convenient.

Needed a nice place to stay that was convenient to the airport shuttle bus for a quick 1 night stopover in Budapest. This hotel met and even exceeded expectations as the lobby and room were beautiful. It was very modern but still comfortable and I only wish we were able to stay longer as location & hotel were amazing. Great value for money if you are traveling with a significant other and would like more of a 'lux' hotel experience without breaking the bank.

Not sure if there was AC in the room or it was just a fan but it didn't get too cold. As we're used to living in Europe without AC wasn't a big deal but just was worth noting!

beautiful boutique hotel. location close to center. superior room designed very spacious and pleasant.

everything is charged extra. bottle of water, coffee from the machine in the lobby, every extra hour for late check out.. the breakfast in the rum hotel (3 minutes walk) is minimal. one coffee, one juice and a specific plate with egg. every additional coffee or change to an omelette- additional charge! the beds are hard but you can ask for a topping.

This hotel is perfect for female solo travelers. It is centrally located, with most landmarks within walking distance. All public transport options, including trams, buses, and the metro, are just seconds away from the hotel. There is also a grocery shop and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is extremely comfortable and equipped with air conditioning. Overall, it was an amazing stay.
