What a beautiful hotel to come and relax to after walking around the beautiful city. The service from the ladies working here was above and beyond meeting every request and need. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and spacious and the cleanliness is amazing. Not a single thing was out of place it was refreshing to stay somewhere where you can see the care and effort that goes into giving the guests a seamless experience from breakfast to bed.

Everything!!! My husband and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely **Sabina**, who made our check-in experience delightful. She offered us complimentary drinks, and we chose the hot chocolate with marshmallows on top – it was absolutely perfect for the cold weather outside. Sitting in the elegant boutique lobby, sipping our hot drinks, set the tone for our entire stay. Our room was on the first floor, and it was stunning. Spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly convenient, it exceeded our expectations. It was by far the cleanest room we've ever stayed in – everything was spotless and shining, truly remarkable on a global scale. I also want to highlight the wonderful **Ann** at reception. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She gave us excellent advice on which Christmas markets to visit, marked them on a map for us, and was always there to assist with anything we needed, whether for the room or breakfast. Every receptionist we encountered was professional and kind, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We had such a fantastic stay that if we visit this city again, I would definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended!

While we had no issue, it’s worth noting for others. The food was fresh and tasty, though the seating is limited as it’s arranged around the boutique lobby with only a few tables. It’s a good idea to book a table in advance to ensure availability.

Small boutique style, lovely design decor. Exceptional room overlooking park, very spacious with high ceilings, super comfy bed. One of the best hotel rooms we've stayed in, its really very special. Great buffet breakfast. Outstanding staff on site with stellar recommendations for restaurants and activities, high quality service! Great location, on a quiet street but only a block from busy streets. Would definitely return and definitely recommend for a stay in Budapest.

I liked everything

The staff are absolutely brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they all do everything they can to make your stay perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding and towels are very good quality. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Although only a continental breakfast is available, there is a good choice and well-presented food. The hotel is in a great location, as it’s a less busy area but in a good location for getting to all the attractions.

Unfortunately there is some substantial building work taking place in the property adjoining the hotel. I know it’s totally outside the control of the hotel, but it did take the shine off our otherwise brilliant experience. The hotel staff moved us to different rooms but the noise was still as bad. We were woken up between 6am and 7:15am every morning by the noise of the crane working above the hotel, and by the builders. One day we were able to get back to sleep, but the other days the noise went on for too long so we couldn’t get back to sleep. This is such a shame as the hotel is brilliant other than this. They did tell us that the working pattern of the builders is very unpredictable during the week, but they don’t work at weekends.

The service, the service, the service. In particular, Sara. I simply can't thank you enough for how special you made our stay. From the call after booking, to the Whatsapps to plan the roses, flowers and prosecco for my partner. To helping us with a cork for the prosecco, food while we worked from our room, cleaning when we weren't there, offering transfers etc etc. You greeted us with such warmth and you clearly cared so much about making our stay special; and you really really did. I particularly liked it when you showed me, with such pride, how you'd prepared a room for other guests. You clearly take so much pride in your work. It truly was one of the very best hotel stays we've ever had. (And we travel a lot for work!)

Honestly, this is the first time I'd ever give a perfect score to a hotel.

Everything. We really didn’t want to leave. From the warm welcome from Sara to the balcony overlooking the park it was perfect.

Breakfast was a small affair. Extensive choice and good quality food but it was very “busy”. A bit of a squash when there were guests choosing their food plus with 3 members of staff. It did put us off having breakfast for a couple of mornings. If you want a stress free breakfast I suggest going down as soon as breakfast begins at 7am. Just sometimes you don’t want to have to get up early when you are on holidays.

Our room was comfortable, well appointed and uniquely furnished. We stayed in RM13, a Deluxe room. I would say it is the smaller deluxe room as there are larger ones available. The bedding was luxurious, soft with a very high thread count, very nice to sleep in. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, no hot food, more continental. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is extremely clean. Adjacent to a lovely park yet very central, walkable location. Many reasturants within walking distance.

We stayed in Early April 2024, and right next door is a renovation. The house being renovated has only just been gutted, so a long way to go. Mostly the renovation didn't impact us, however one morning (8am) the jackhammering was so loud we had to leave the room. Although I am aware that the owners and staff are not responsible for the adjoining renovation, it would be appreciated that the hotel advice customers on their website.

We enjoyed the uniqueness of the building layout and interior design. Particularly noticeable was the attention to detail in the decor, the exceptionally high level of customer service and the overall sense of well being and customer worth this generates in the guests.

Can’t think of anything!

The staff were so great, friendly, attentive and helpful. This epitomizes a boutique hotel, you feel so welcome, comfortable and relaxed, a second home. On top of that the location is unbeatable, on a park, and close to everything. Other areas of town may have nice hotels, but the neighborhoods are not so great. Can’t beat this hotel in any category!
