I want to sincerely thank your hotel for the warm hospitality. Everything was really great. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was cleaned every day, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English, which made communication very easy. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was fresh, tasty, and a perfect way to start the day. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and made my stay even more pleasant. I’m especially grateful to the ladies at the reception for their kindness and for letting me leave my luggage for the day after check-out. And finally, thank you to this beautiful city for its charm and atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to come back.

The room was clean and beds very comfortable. The breakfast was superb - one of the best I have had with regards to variety , taste , choice. The hotel was extremely well located - close to the Trams and metro and also the big Market and within walking distance to the bridge and other tourist attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had requested an early check in - but that was not possible. Bit annoying as one is tired and as it was so hot - a shower would have been welcome. But the hotel was full - or so they said. I had also requested a take away breakfast as we were leaving very early on departure day and again - that was promised but we never received it.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Dead centre of the city but still one street away from the main road and thus in a very quiet location. It's within walking distance to the metro station Kalvin ter (direct line from the airport and/or bus station). As it's in the centre of the city it's within walking distance of everything so you don't need to worry about transportation. The main market, grocery store and other restaurants are all within 200m of the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and helps with all wishes. The breakfast is exceptional with a huge variety of dishes, fruits, drinks etc., anything you can wish for. The hotel rooms are very nice, cosy, and spacious and have a mini fridge (which comes especially handy during the summertime :) I definitely recommend the hotel and will stay there again if my travel takes me to Budapest again.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like.

I really liked the hotel. It's very good located. It is a quiet place in the middle of the city. The metro and tram stops are just a 2-minute walk away. The Danube bank and the bridge over the Danube are close by, and Gellért Baths are a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. The girls at the reception are very nice and friendly.

I was really dissapointed with the man at the reception who proceed with the check-out. He did not know his arithmetic well. I had to point this out to him twice. I paid in cash. I paid 4,500 forints for drinks at the bar. I gave him a 10,000 forint note and received 4,000 change. 10,000 - 4,500 = 4,000? Then I paid 223.28 euros for my stay. I gave him 230 euros and did not receive change. I had to ask. He returned 5 euros. He also gave me a hotel account statement only after my request.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were excellent – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Cleanliness clearly takes top priority at this hotel, and it shows. Everything was spotless and organized, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. We even saw the housekeeping staff working, and it was clear how dedicated and hardworking they were – truly appreciated!

The only thing that felt average was the breakfast, which was a bit limited. Still, it included all the basics needed for a satisfying meal.

Fantastic location right near the central market. Really safe area as a female travelling alone. Room was clean and very comfortable. Great bathroom for hotel at this price.

The cooling didn’t work in my room. Despite it being fairly cold outside, my room was constantly hot. I asked the reception staff and they were no help at all. Seemed disinterested and just told me to open a window however the street noise was very loud once opened. The room is also quite small. Fine for someone travelling alone but I don’t think it would work for a couple

Beautifully designed hotel, parking is available, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and they offer a lot of services. The location is great for exploring the city. Overall a positive experience.

Rooms are on the smaller side and cleanness could be better (dust and hair from former visitors fell into the crevices of the bed so when the cleaners tuck the sheets into the bed and you pull it out, dust comes out, but everything else was perfectly clean so I'm sure it is just a coincidence). Sound proofing is poor - you can hear everything from the streets and the halls but it isn't unusual for the location.

A very good hotel, cozy, clean, modern looking, and stylish. Very helpful personnel, special thanks for the early check-in (an hour before the official check-in time). The room was quite spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a good working desk. Special thanks for big bottles of drinking water and the coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was good, and the small bar downstairs was very nice. Love the location - close to the main pedestrian street, the river, and many nice places for tourists, and easy to find, with good access for a taxi. Good wifi quality, too. Only the best impressions, and definitely recommend the place.

Maybe a bigger choice of food for the room service, but this is not a must. Everything was very good!

The hotel is very centrally located. Easy to reach everything. The Danube is also just around the corner. The hotel was bigger than expected. It also offers a bar, which was nice in the evening for a nightcap. The room was nice, but unfortunately not much space for luggage. With two luggages it is a bit narrow in the room. The room was good equipped - there was also a tea kettle and a coffee machine. Coffee and tea was restored every day. There was one breakfast included in the price. However, that was not very transparent while booking. So, it was a bit confusing when we arrived. The breakfast was nice and offered something for everyone. I recommend this hotel and would certainly come back.

The breakfast room is not very big. During breakfast rush hour (after 9 a.m.) and during weekends it tends to be a bit crowded. We managed to find a place everytime. However, for a hotel with 7 floors, the breakfast room could be bigger. The room scent on the floor in front of the room was a bit strong and pungent. That was not very nice.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The location was perfect for accessing local attractions, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the rooms were clean and well-appointed. We booked three rooms for a family stay, they kindly provided rooms next to each other. Overall, I highly recommend it! Thank you for a memorable stay, will definitely stay here again next time.

Personally, I found everything to be perfect. However, since it was a family stay, I believe the breakfast variety for kids could be improved. Just a suggestion, It would be great to have different types of porridge and options for those who eat halal food.
