It’s a small boutique hotel, about 10 rooms located on the first floor on a nice residence building. The room is spacious and well design. Best location ever: Just 1 minute from Vaci, minutes walk from public transportation, or from the Danube. Everything is in walking distance. Dozens of restaurants and shops. The room was extremely nice and comfortable, overlooking the street but yet very quiet. Just note - It’s not an hotel with hotel services. Note that because of the configuration of the room , there is no real separation between the bed and the bath. No problem for couples, but might bothersome for just friends. For us it was a superb place. No reason why to take a nearby DLX hotel. Extremely recommended !!

Missing facilities : even to fill water, some fresh juice or so

The location is amazing. We realised too late how close the train stations and bus stops are and we just walked everywhere which is still really doable. The bed was comfortable and big that we fit (family of 3) in it. My son didn’t even use his bed.

The water in the shower flows over just a little when you’re using it.

Best location ! It cannot get more central than that. The room was huge with all new furniture and modern design , the staff was welcoming and helpful ! AC worked perfectly , bed was comfortable , curtains were thick for a full darkness in the room for those who early morning light bothers them while sleeping. I highly recommend this hotel !

The entrance to the building is a little old but don’t let it bother you , the inside is just gorgeous ! Also there was hair on the bathroom floor but I’m sure it’s just a humanly mistake , I’m sure that if I asked the staff to clean it they would , but I cleaned it myself . Besides that the room was perfectly clean !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The room was beautifully decorated with a cozy and stylish touch, making it feel very inviting. The bed was comfortable, and overall, the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The location was also a major highlight – central and convenient for exploring the city.

The only small downside was the size of the room. While it was well-designed and comfortable, it felt a bit compact, which might not be ideal for a longer stay. For a short visit, though, it was perfectly fine.

Things that were great: location, size of room, cleanliness, kindness of staff. I'm a tour director/cruise director on European river cruises. (I've been to Budapest MANY times during my 10 years on the Danube River.) I was between tours, and needed a convenient place to stay close to the official tour hotel I needed to move into after my stay at the Loft. I chose this hotel due to its location, close to my tour hotel. That being said, if you are new to visiting Budapest, this is a GREAT location - it's just off of Vaci Utca, which is the primary pedestrian shopping street. You're also close to all the great restaurants on Oktober 6 Street, and Sas Street. You can easily walk to the Danube, visit the Basilika, the Dohany Synagogue, the famous Covered Market - it's all conveniently located within walking distance to Loft Budapest.

What was bad: HORRIBLE lighting to do makeup at the mirror. It's the main reason why I can't give this place top excellent marks. I tried to jerry-rig a solution by bringing the desk lamp over to the sink area to provide more lighting, but that really didn't help, it just created even more weird shadows that made makeup application almost impossible. It was really bad. If you're someone who doesn't wear makeup, then this won't matter to you, but for me, it was a HUGE flaw in the design of the room. The property could just invest a small amount into some good lighting, OR a light-up makeup mirror in the room.

Good Hotel for stay. One of the best location at City centre. We arrived from airport at Deak ferenc tér and from there it took 5 mins by walk for us. Everything you can think of. It is just a walk around. Restaurants , Metro station , Bus stops, etc. Rooms are very nice and cozzy. I don't know about food service they have or not. But having several options around we never thought of it. And the person at reception was always ready for help. Overall, We had a good stay🙂

The property was amazing! I genuinely could not have enjoyed my stay more, the room was gorgeous, location was amazing and the staff were so friendly. I had realised we forgot to print our train tickets so I contacted the hotel and they had them printed in advance of our arrival, I had also enquired about checking in early as our flight landed at 11:30 am. I then landed to a message from them telling us our room was ready for us to check in whenever suited! Could not recommend enough

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The location is perfect. Its right next to fashion street were all the main shops are. When we arrived, the keycard was at reception waiting for us! No waiting around. We picked it up and went straight to our room! The hotel was very clean and modern! Towels and shower gel were provided. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were a little flat for my liking, but it wasn't an issue as I slept well. Hotel staff were friendly. While there, we went to a spa and visited the light museum. There are loads of things to do while visiting budapest! But we loved just walking around and visiting the little shops on the back streets. This was a great little trip, and I can't wait to go back.

We loved everything.

The place was exactly like in the pictures, comfortable bed, AC unit, super clean. On top of it, the staff was super accommodating & friendly (allowed for early check-in & late check-out). The surrounding area is rather quiet at night and full of restaurants and shops you can visit during the day. If you are thinking for a place to stay, this is definitely the perfect option.

I was surprised in a good way when I entered the room. I did not expect the size to be as roomy as it was. The room's layout was well done with a partial wall separating the bed and the bathroom. The location was also perfect! It was central and within a short distance of the river, Deák Ference Square, Vörösmarty Square & Chain Bridge.

The wifi was dodgy! It kept dropping and was inconsistent. I had to try all the hotel's available network. It is so important these days that the wifi is strong and functioning as people rely on searching for information and to be connected socially.
