Most amazing gym in a hotel! The staff were super helpful and nice! Room service was exceptional, most fluffy pillows and comfortable bed. As always excellent choice for central city access!

we had visited last year and there was a serious issue with the hot water . The hot water would go cold all the time and they had said that this was due to the facilities being new, this year exactly the same thing happened (for all 4 days of our stay!!)

The location was incredible a 5 minute walk from everything! Right next to the Christmas markets! The staff was so kind and helpful. They did not let me lift a finger. The rooms are superb! We LOVED our atrium view. It was nice having the atrium because you felt like you could sit on your outside balcony while still being warm as it is indoors. Everything about the stay was incredible. Will 100% be staying here again!

The employees were amazing and very helpful. The spa and fitness center was also clean and enjoyable.

The Dorothea hotel was perfect during our winter trip to Budapest. The location was perfect in the middle of everything so all the sites were walkable. The room was beautiful and very relaxing to come back to after a long day of exploring. The staff was very helpful getting taxi rides to parts of the cities and early morning ride to the airport. We would definitely stay here again and will tell friends to stay here!

Just a minor comment on the elevators. We had a group of 10 travelling together who were spread out all over the hotel. It was difficult at times to get to their rooms. I understand the security aspect of the elevators but it was a minor inconvenience.

The building is so beautiful and stylish! The stuff was amazing - super kind and helpful! They made for my birthday wonderful surprise and give us the best room! I didn’t want to leave! Best place in Budapest!

Fantastic service, perfect location. Beautiful hotel. Indoor pool with sauna and steam room was used daily and most appreciated. Filtered water stations with sparkling or still water available at all times on each floor was enjoyed too. I had mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary and arrived to find a message and a wonderful mousse cake in our our suite. Another day arrived to find a selection of exquisite chocolates and a message. Breakfast was in the centre of the hotel with the roof being an enormous skylight bathing the area in natural light. The stay was for 7 nights and had impeccable service throughout. Highly recommended.

Nothing to say. Perhaps a tip for those who don't see too well without glasses is that the 'light' switch immediately on entering the suite functions as a 'do not disturb' sign for staff passing the room. Actual light switches are slightly further in.

We had 2 vestibule connected rooms and those were great. Rooms were big enough, bathrooms were very spacious. Hotel is new and very comfortable. Facilities are nice. The breakfast is in the atrium and it is very green with plants, staff were very kind. The location was amazing, right at the center. We had a very pleasant stay.

There was a problem with the DND, since we had 2 vestibule connected rooms, the door on the outside has no DND light and also the hotel didn't have DND paper sign we can put on that door. After we experienced an unpleasant accident, hotel was very kind to solve the issue. They were very nice and provided us with a paper DND sign. They communicated with us very nicely, we liked the attitude from the hotel.
