Our stay at TG Hotel Suites was amazing and I would definitely come back! Our lovely suite was beautifully furnished, warm, cozy and exceptionally clean. Staying here was a highlight of our stay in Budapest, with the suite being in a central location with the most beautiful view of the gorgeous St Stephen's Basilica just down the street. I was shocked by how our room looked just like the images (Iron Suite) all for an amazing price, as we travelled during off-peak January. For such a great price, we did not have high expectations but in fact, our expectations were exceeded! We really appreciated that the heating was always on, the TV had Netflix and Youtube, the Wifi connection was very strong, etc. It really felt like a home which is exactly what we needed after early mornings and long days of exploring the city. The ladies at the reception desk were very helpful and accommodating too. One particular receptionist was very sweet and let us check in 2 hours early, she was very kind and friendly. Thank you TG Hotel Suites for your hospitality and our lovely room, we had a fantastic stay with you and this is our top recommendation for somewhere to stay in Budapest honestly!!

I have nothing negative to say, everything was great! It wasn't a problem for me but you can hear the bathroom fan during the night. Solo travellers should know that the window view is inner courtyard.

We *really* enjoyed our Budapest vacation staying at TG hotel, which lasted a full week with our 2 kids. TG really hit all our checkboxes, so for us it was certainly the right choice. As a family visiting this city, unless you're after fancy or really cheap, you should definitely short-list it. First and foremost - LOCATION: the street is very vibrant, packed with excellent restaurants, and right at the center of the city. Our "comfy" apartment was well equipped, comfortable for a family of 4 (neither big nor small), modern and everything seemed quite new. The room is smart-controlled (including drapes) - which is nice. Very good breakfast (Three Corners hotel nearby). Helpful staff. Desk is only manned 9-5, but it was a none-issue. They helped with luggage storage upon checkout, as our flight left at 11pm. We had no prior experience with booking an apartment, without a 24h desk, but really that was not needed. The room is locked with a code, which they email you before your arrival, and that's all you need to check-in.

A few caveats, even though we found none of them to be an issue - but to be fair they should be listed. Temperature control is central to the building (you can turn it off, but I think only for a while..); we visited on April, and when outside temp was at 18-20c the room felt somewhat too hot. There was no tub, and bathroom was quite compact (the shower cabin itself is spacious though). In the weekend there was noise / music from outside at late evening, even though our apt did not face the main street.

The room is huge, a lot of closet space, smart room features, coded check in and apartment access. The location is amazing and a short walk distance to basically everything. Good sound isolation Overall a very good experience. Don't mind the didn't like section, just some nit-picks

Old pipes and plumbing cause some bad smell which can "leak" outside the bathroom. This issue is somewhat mediated by automatic air fresheners placed around the room. Not much to do about it as the receptionist said and we believed her. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking, the pillows a bit too loose? Soft? We visited during February, the weather was very cold as expected and the AC heating did the job rightfully to keep us warm but it dried us out pretty much every night, opening the window somehow helped but as expected caused some noise.

I would highly recommend it without hesitation: - The Grand apartment is spacious, modern and well equipped. - Very centrally located, around the corner from St. Stephen's Basilica and a short walk from Chain Bridge, the Parliament and other monuments and squares. - Newly refurbished with high tech systems and controls (maybe too many passcodes on various door entrances) but decent in terms of safety and security. - Very comfortable bed and big sofa - Great value for money

- Air conditioning/heating was not working properly at all times - could be slightly cleaner but not too bad in general condition - early check-out time - reception hours are limited

Fantastic apartment in center of the action and yet well insulated so not too much outside noise. Remote controlled blinds and curtains. Great size living room and bedroom. Stylishly decorated. Fantastic location - walking distance to all the new city locations. Washer, dish washer, coffee maker, etc. available.

The staff could use some training. Seemed like they had no real interest in helping. There were 3 coffee pods for 3 people for 2 days! When we asked for more there was a lot of hesitation. Shower was lukewarm - when we mentioned it we were told there are lot of people staying there so the water will be lukewarm so no real interest in fixing issues. No one available after work hours if you need help, which we thought was a bit unusual.

The location is perfectly central, just between the Saint Stephen Cathedral and the Chain Bridge (both representative landmarks). The room faces the atrium (inner courtyard), so there is no street noise. Although it is located on the mezzanine, there is an elevator. The room is large. Besides the bed, you have a dining table, a sofa and a very well equipped kitchen. Kitchenware: all that you need, all new. Cleanliness: impeccable! Communication with the host is easy, and all details help your arrival and check-in. The breakfast offered in a neighbouring restaurant (50 meters away) is of great taste, giving a good choice of local sweets and cold cuts.

This hotel's location is very good, you go down into a busy street with restaurants and bristros; it's very close to the Cathedral and to a few supermarkets and you can go on foot to places like Vaci Street, the Parliament and other places of interest. It's very easy to enter the hotel, using a password to open the doors. There is a small kitchen in the room, with a big refrigerator and an oven. The room was very clean and staff was helpful when we asked for more toilet paper and a place to keep our luggage after the check out and before our train was due.

The shower box could be a little bit bigger, but nothing to be worried about.

A lot of space, very functional, great location!

To open the door for the room you need to dial a six number key. The number is on your phone and in email. If you loose your phone or the battery is empty, you don’t have a opportunity to get somehow the number because the reception works only from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Maybe it will be a good idea, to have a 24 hours emergency phone number on the door outside!

A little tricky to enter on day one. It was evening time and quiet dark. But institutions were good

The location was fantastic for exploring Budapest by foot - very close to St Stephen's Basilica. The air conditioning was very effective and lovely to come back to on a hot summer's day in Budapest. The bed was very comfortable, and it was great just having door codes to use for both the building and apartment doors, rather than having to remember to bring keys with you when you left. The hosts were very helpful, letting me leave my luggage in the office until my room was ready to check in to.

The lighting was a little dark in the room, and there is only a bed to sit and relax on, but other than that, it was a perfect little stay.
