Lovely, clean room in a brilliant location, just along from St Stephen’s Basilica and within walking distance of most attractions. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and a convenience store right across the road. We booked this property last minute after arriving in Budapest and not being given the apartment we had booked through Booking.com. The man on reception was lovely and explained all the facilities and to contact him if we needed anything. After a long day travelling and the chaos of getting the wrong apartment for my disability, this hotel exceeded my expectations and allowed me to have a much needed rest. We stayed for 7 days and had no issues at all.

Perhaps more storage for clothing but most people don’t stay as long as we do.

Amazing hotel! Perfect location and great breakfast (even gluten free/free from options!). We absolutely loved it! One thing to note is that the shower and bedroom is all in one (separated by an opaque curtain) which may not be suitable for some. Also the room was VERY HOT at night and the pillows were quite thin, although the staff were lovely and probably would’ve provided more if I’d have asked! From previous reviews I can see that they don’t put the air con on ‘in the winter’…. I was there in the spring so I suppose it’s a fine line and the rooms were uncomfortably hot at night.

Great location with a clean and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and obliged us with extra towels and pillows when we asked. Modern room with a great shower and the electronic shutters on the windows were great for blocking out the light! We were grateful for the midday checkout as well as breakfast available to 11am on the weekends. Additionally Cookie Beacon or Blueberry brunch right beside the hotel offer great alternatives.

The room lacked any additional amenities that would of made our stay more comfortable e.g. a fridge, kettle, robes but we understood these might not be included for the price. We were awoken both mornings by cleaners banging the hoover around the halls and adjoining rooms. The breakfast had a very limited selection.

Reception staff - Hajni, David and Lina. They were very nice, kind and professional. They deserve a lot and their employer is truly lucky to have such professionals working for them. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. Also the breakfast was great.

That i had to pay a deposit for a room that i had already paid the full price for. It was strange for the guests to clear their own cups and plates from the tables during breakfast.

The room we had was a triple. It was not very big, but the bathroom was adequate. There was no hot water kettle. There was no closet space. The pillows were very flat and the bed was somewhat hard. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was excellent, with both hot and cold foods. It was same every day. There was no lounge area except the breakfast area. Our friends had a double and the shower area was not enclosed, so you could be seen showering if you walked into a part of the room. It is right in the middle of town, and an excellent location

The pillows are very flat and the room is tiny

Pro: -Location - you get out of the hotel and into the center of the city -Parking underground garage (25Euro/24h) -Access from the garage to the hotel via direct elevator -Room was mostly clean -Room was quiet -Staff was very friendly -Breakfast was good, with slights variations each day

Cons: -One of the 2 bed sheets was stained from the get go -Parking garage does not have EV charging so you are forced to look elsewhere -Under the bed the cleaning was less then spectacular -Room service was not an option due to low staffing -The hotel's restaurant only server burgers and pre-packaged pizza after breakfast

Excellent location within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and landmarks. We caught the express bus from airport and hotel was under a 10 minute walk from bus stop. Room was large and we had a balcony which was a nice surprise. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is ok but a few improvements are needed. Bread should be sliced so that multiple guests aren’t handling the same loaf (unhygienic). Better quality and more options of fresh fruit should be offered. The rooms were generally clean but need a good deep clean to ensure things like stains on walls and dirty / dusty skirting boards are cleaned.

Nice modern design of rooms and common areas. Great location close to St Stephan’s Church and other main attractions of city center. Good breakfast buffet with lot of choice. Good shower.

The toilet in our room was smelly because of smoking, we reported but it was not solved. They said it was a common problem. We also asked for extra pillows, because the ones provided were very uncomfortable. We got extra some extra, and they said it was a common complaint… It would benefit the hotel to solve such issues more proactively.

I’ve been to this hotel for the 3rd time and I enjoyed it. They improved the breakfast so much. :) I like the location the best. The room was ready so they made check in earlier for us.

The stuff is very slow like extra slow, we spend like 40 mins at the reception… firstly we wanted just ask about a parking place but there was a line so we waited 20 mins in a que and the man told us he needs all the ID cards righ now… and we told him we wanted to park so we went to parking place and then we had to wait the line again and they were changing shifts and it was just very annoying. I dont understand why there is just one receptionist for such a big hotel. Nonsense. I work as a receptionist as well and I’ve never seen such a slow progress..
