The location is excellent. Decent breakfast.

The roof top terrace and indoor pool was closed while we were there. They were taking the dome down on the roof top so unfortunate. Superior rooms are small and windows don't open much.

Everything was perfect for me during my four-night stay at Hotel President. The comfort of my bed, the cleanliness of my bedroom and bathroom and the hotel generally. My bedroom was very well-serviced and all the staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was truly amazing with a huge variety of delicious food, fruit juices and hot drinks. In addition, the hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Budapest and on the rooftop one can enjoy a stunning view of most of the City. I highly recommend Hotel President. A big 'thank you' to everyone!

The coffee and hot drinks machines at breakfast time were rather slow, although the coffee tasted fine.

Excellent and attentive staff, responsive. Very clean in the hotel, cozy and quiet. Excellent breakfast - many types of cheese, sausages and salami. Choice of vegetables, fruits, tea. Hot English breakfast, refreshing hot pastries, 5 types of bread. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the metro and 10-15 minutes from the Parliament. I recommend this hotel

It's bad that they don't put bottled water in the room. I don't recommend ordering a taxi at the hotel - it's very expensive to the airport - 39 euros.

Amazing Stay & Over everything it’s the Team here at President Hotel , Budapest who are like too good rather exceptional !! Thank you so much team for all that you did for me and my family .. my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Lily who works in Sales - she heard and understood our requirements and in 5 mins all was sorted . She ensured that kids are happy and we enjoyed each bit of our stay ..Thank you Lily for the room and guiding us . Allora and Another Lily at the reception ensured with all my transfers from station , cruise booking , hop on hop off bus , cab to and fro to Dock 7 .. they were so kind … we will always recommend all to stay here.. excellent breakfast and indeed the Roof Top Terrace is a must visit place as you can see entire Budapest in 360 degree. Prime Location: Right next to the stunning Central Bank and Treasury buildings. Just a 5-minute jaunt to the metro and 10 minutes to St. Stephen's Basilica and the Parliament. Perfect for urban explorers. Breakfast Bliss: Start your day with a breakfast that actually excites your taste buds. No bland hotel fare here. Comfort Zone: Rooms that wrap you in comfort after a day of sightseeing. You’ll feel right at home. Local Gem: A bakery nearby that’s a local favorite. Lines out the door by 7 AM. Your mission: discover what all the fuss is about. Vintage Vibes: An old elevator adds character. It’s not the fastest ride, but it’s a fun throwback.

Old-School Amenities: The spa and gym feel like a blast from the past. If you’re looking for modern facilities, you might be disappointed. Service Shortcomings: The staff didn’t quite hit the mark. The rooftop terrace café only opens in the evenings, and when I asked to access it for a quick photo, the answer was a hard no. Missed opportunity for a memorable moment.

The hotel entrance is elegant and the interior very nice. The room was very spacious, for a 3 person room, the breakfast was rich and the hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. Best of all the location of the hotel, which is near to everything.

For some reason we did not comprehend, the air-condition was in cool mode during the night and there was no access from the room to change it. They said that heating works only during day time. It was mid October and evening and morning temperatures in Budapest are mid single digits. They willingly brought us more blankets, but we believe this issue should be fixed. Not all visitors are used to chill temperatures. Moreover the windows frames need repair for better insulation.

When I arrived before the time and didn't expect to get my room I was pleasantly surprised to go straight there. All the rest of the staff I met were so professional and kind. The breakfasts were amazing and set me up for the day. I would highly recommend Hotel President.

There seem to be no fixed time to clean the rooms as the first day they came early and the next day I had to go looking for a cleaner. The bed linen didn't fit the bed. .

I was blown away after arriving. The price was very reasonable so I was expecting maybe average amenities, etc. It far exceeded my expectations. Location was perfect. Staff off the charts helpful. I am not a breakfast eater but did go down for a look. Great spread of food. Would make anyone happy to eat there. Room was comfortable and clean. Bonus the roof top bar/restaurant. Incredible views all around. I had dinner there my first night. The pork dish was delicious. I will book this hotel again.

The only thing I didn’t line was the lighting in the corridor (I stayed in the section to the left of check in)was very dim as to not wake guest but as a solo woman traveling I didn’t like it being so dark. My thought is the guest can use the wonderful black out curtains and they can install dim motion lighting.

The location was superb - very central, on a quiet, safe street within walking distance of everything, including the airport bus. The breakfast was also a highlight, catering for all tastes. We appreciated the fresh fruit, yoghurt, and salad, but a full cooked breakfast and range of breads and pastries were also available. The room was warm and quiet and the shower was great. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.

Our room was quite small, and only had a view onto an internal courtyard (though it had a nice fresco of St Stephen's basilica on the wall). Note that the kettle mentioned in the room facilities is actually part of the coffee machine; it worked fine for herbal tea once rinsed through but might not be hot enough for real tea.

Hotel is near centre, it has lovely terace with bar and wonderfull view. Breakfast small, but quality. Fitness small (there are not everything like Booking photos). You can find only benchpress, tower, stepper and belly bench there. Sauna spot you need order before you gólů on reception. Pool does not work, there are wirlpool, Place for relax is very nice, but it is in undergroung and is there hot. Parking before hotel pay in aplication Easy park, you cannot have forint (on the vikend is free of charge).

The Rooms (for booking) is situated in another building (it is conection with the main hotel). It is complex with the courtyard and it has a glass ceiling. There are not windows, whitch you can open in to street. All stay you cannot feel nature wind from window, but only from central air conditioned and there is not daily sunny.
