Small boutique hotel. Despite the fact that I took the simplest room, it was specious enough. I had place to put my languages. The bed was very comfy, the facilities in the room are new. My room was cleaned every day. I had a room in the 4th floor with nice roof windows to the decorated building next street which gave me the feeling of being in Paris :-) The stuff was very nice and helpful tried to answer any of my requests. Even though there are no coffee or tea in the room, there is free coffee machine in the lobby 24/7 with even a to go cups which was very convenient and fun to go out to the cold streets with a hot tea in my hands ... Breakfast was great and had large variety of fresh pastry, fresh bread, vegetables, fruits, eggs and bacon, yogurt, fresh juice and coffee machine. Breakfast hours are longer through weekend till 11 am. The location of the hotel is in a quite street very close to the Parliament and to transportation to any part of the city. Within 10 min walk, you can arrive to an area with lots of restaurants and cafe.

Wow, what can I say. My cousin had recent got divorced which I stated in the request, to our surprise they had written the cutest hand written note and brought us a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate. This hotel is one to remember, location is perfect 5 minute walk to parliament and all transport links. Staff delivered perfect customer service. My cousin got very ill second day into our travel and we spent all our time at the hotel. I don’t even feel like I missed out as the hotel was so accommodating, concierge always filling our request even medical requests. I really recommend this hotel, the amenities in the hotel is amazing for the price it is.

There should be more vegan / vegetarian options for breakfast. There was a large selection of meat and cheese. We only ate the breakfast on the first day.

Small boutique hotel in a quite street close to the parllament. There is a great pablic transportation close by to any part of the city. It is my second time in this hotel. My first visit was a month ago, In my first visit. I stayed in a room of the 6th floor and now came with the family and had 2 rooms with conecting door. I felt there is diffrences in rooms maintanance between the 6th floor and the 3rd. In the 3rd rooms, the room design felt a little old becase of the curtens design and there were little tears on the wallpaper in the rooms and on the holeways that caused probably from people carring their bags. However, it gave the feeling of old. On the 6th floor I didn"t feel it. Layout of the connecting rooms: The 2 connecting rooms has a small hole with a main door and than a split to 2 diffrent rooms with a seperate door to each. It was easy to close the main door and leave the 2 other doors open and move between the rooms. One room had a queen bad which was super comfy, and the room was very specious. The other room had 3 single beds but it felt smaller and had less space in comparison to the parents room. The stuff in the hotel is super friendly and helpful for any request. Breakfast is great having a large variety of fresh food including fresh vegetabales. There is a free coffee machine in the lobby for tea and coffee even with to go cups as there is no coffee facilities in th rooms. I would come here again as I find the hotel very suitable for my needs :-) but not pampering.

Hotel with great location: close to the Parliament building, metro, bus stops. City attractions are within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful interior of the hotel, very stylish and comfortable. The room has all the amenities, perfect cleanliness, good cosmetics and toiletries, fresh towels. The room has a minibar with a good selection of drinks. We really liked that guest can drink delicious coffee or tea 24/7 absolutely free in special zone with comfortable sofa and chairs. We would like to express special gratitude to the hotel team, especially the Front Office staff. Professionals in their field! Definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in Budapest!

The reception staff are wonderfully polite and helpful. The breakfast staff are efficient and fast.

This was my second stay, the first being in 2019. This time the room was much smaller and without a bath, and I remember the beds being much more comfortable. In 2019 the wellness area was open, although the jacuzzi was cold and unusable, I had hoped this time it would be better, but sadly it was closed, with no indication of this upon booking. Yet the jacuzzi was one of the reasons I booked.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating — they even let us check in before noon. Our room was spacious, clean, and came with a small fridge, which was really convenient. We also loved the unlimited tea and coffee available in the lobby. Late check-out until 12 PM was a nice bonus. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the historical centre and the Parliament.

Excellent location,a walk away from all the tourist attractions. Bus and tram stops are also near by.The rooms were clean,spacious and with all the amenities i could need. I had the opportunity to visit during christmas and the staff was polite, always avaliable and helpful even in the midst of high season. Absolutely value for money.My stay in the city was elevated and I will definitely be staying there again.

The area the hotel was in was good, nice walking distance to all the major attractions. The breakfast was really good, and the service at the reception was good and polite and helpfull.

The wifi didn't work, and the spa area was under renovation/maintenance so it was not open, which was too bad. As we had booked a hotel specifically with a spa.

Super clean, nice size room with comfortable beds and I’m super picky! Bathroom was nice size with everything you need. Nice bar area inside the hotel with limited choices open until 11 but great for a quick beer or glass of wine to finish off the day. Drink area with coffee, tea, water and juices open all day was a nice touch. Walking distance to variety of restaurants and bars, the hop on hop off is an 8 minute walk, river cruises (evening must do) is a 15 minute walk and Main Christmas Market is 15 minute walk. Metro stop near Byte coffee shop 8 minute walk connects to main train station. Taxi from airport to hotel was 10,000 HUF (30 euros) and was easier to navigate than bus,trams,etc. Very friendly staff who provided terrific recommendations for everything we asked about. Quiet location on a side street felt safe walking at night. Did not try or see breakfast offerings was offered for 15 euros.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel overall. Comfortable room and bed, lovely big bathroom. Friendly and efficient check in and we appreciated the 24 hour hot drinks station.

The hot food breakfast items were served cold. Food items were placed in cold containers with no signage explaining that the hot cupboard was faulty. Staff should have found a better way to serve the hot breakfast items. We paid €15 each for cereals and pastries as the hot food items were inedible when served cold as if straight from the fridge with no attempt at heating them up.
