It's not far from the parliament if you would like to walk its 20 mins walk to the centre, Train station and trams are few blocks away.

The breakfast was boring, Housekeeping is a total disaster. We stayed one week and never the beds were done properly also missing toiletries. The hotel standards are of a 3 star Hotel!

Location, very central to everywhere we wanted to go and near a Hop on/ off Bus stop. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff made sure non dairy milk was available for breakfast and prepared porridge for me. Room size was reasonable. Excellent value for money.

Room temperature. The room was much too warm. The heating /AC control was off, but despite turning on and switching to cool and pushing the temp right down, I couldn't lower it. Therefore, it was uncomfortable to sleep. Also, the vent in the bathroom didn't activate. To be fair, I didn't get round to mentioning it to the staff, so maybe they could have adjusted it.

We have stayed in Marmara hotel for fourth-fifth time now, and enjoyed the stay - clean cozy room, good breakfast, polite staff, and this time the room was even quieter than in previous years (no noise at all). The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, close to Parliament building, metro station, shops, and the city center can be reached by foot in a nice 10-15 min walk. We enjoy returning to it for past few years.

We noticed it was slightly cooler in room than in previous years (maybe thermostat wasn't working properly?).

Picked this hotel because of the easy acces with public transportation , Online check in made the actual check in superfast . Asked for a quit room on a higher level and they did . It's a four star but not the kind you can't walk in as a backpacker ;-) Great coffee at breakfast ! Coffee , always important :-)

The breakfast has it all and is more than okey but the bread is inedible . Some kind of bake off rolls that haven't seen the oven and aren't baked at all ! The other option is fabric toastbread :-(

This hotel’s central location and excellent transport links are its strongest suits, making it ideal for business travelers or those with unpretending expectations. The room is compact yet functional. Available pictures show room and location honestly / correctly. Breakfast buffet offers solids to start filled into the day. Nestled in a district of government and business buildings, the area radiates efficiency. It’s practical, unpretentious, and perfectly adequate for the spontaneous drop-in traveler.

Junior suite was very comfortable. The two rooms were suitable size for the two of us and entertaining our friends. The lighting in the lounge was a little dark at first but got used to it. If you’re English speaking and want to watch TV bring a firestick or similar as only Sky News. The breakfast was a little basic, ours was included with the room but I doubt I’d have been happy if I had paid 15 euro for it. There are plenty of breakfast cafes about which our friends made use of instead.

Very convenient location. The hop on hop off route is close by - 5 minute walk.

The Hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful (especially the lady manager), breakfast was good. The location is perfect for a few days giving easy access to all the major areas of the city and close to the train station. There are good restaurant options in very close easy walking distance.

Try and do your own laundry if you need to the cost of the laundry service is way too much - my ONLY complant about an otherwise perfect hotel choice for a stay in a brilliant clean vibrant city

The room was very clean and comfortable, with pleasant music playing in the hallway. The hotel is centrally located and a bit busy, but you couldn't hear any of the city noise in the room. The breakfast area looks good and the selection is excellent.

The standard double room is very comfortable for one person, but if there were two of us we would have chosen a higher category room. The lights are very bright, a softer mood light is preferred in the evenings. The central location is great, but there are few good restaurants in the immediate area.

I did stay at his hotel many times over the last two decades. It always provided a decent service for a decent price. A welcome back note and a block of chocolates on my bed were a very nice gesture from the Hotel management. About 4 days before checking in they send the guest an email offering online check-in, great service which speeds up the checkin process as all they do on your arrival is an ID scan, get a signature on a hard copy of your online check-in form and hand over the room keys. Great Hotel location, short stroll to metro, trams, buses, trains, shops, cafes and dining. Hotel staff are highly professional and helpful. Breakfast room staff need a separate mention, they were literally run off their feet daily in the second half of the 3 hours long breakfast time but always provided a great service with a smile. During my latest stay I requested a change of rooms due to a plumbing issue in the bathroom. Not only did I get another room, I also got a free upgrade to a room with a terrace which was a rather nice touch.

The property was situated in a really good place for transport access and was within walking distance of many attractions should you like walking. The hotel was clean and staff were extremely helpful. There was a bar at the entrance. The rooms were a good size, comfortable, clean and had toiletries, coffee and a mini bar. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. On-site parking available at an extra cost. Breakfast was excellent.

My brothers room bathroom was a big problem as he couldn’t use the sink because every time he turned it on water leaked out onto the floor! He rang reception to report it and they said he couldn’t change rooms as the hotel was fully booked and they couldn’t mend it! No refund was offered for this inconvenience which would have been polite manners, so spoilt the stay as they had to use our room for cleaning teeth etc.
