Small but nice room in a good position to easily reach the city center. Nice restaurants nearby. It was easy to check in and out and the owner was very responsive. The room has a small kitchen, we didn't use it but it could be really usefull. A small hairdryer and iron are available. Temperature in the room is nice also when it is really cold outside.

Overall it was ok but more attention to details can make the difference: Could be more clean, especially the bathroom. The room isn't well insulated so you can ear quite some noise from the street. Definitely time to replace mattress and pillows. We had only 3 towels (one hands and 2 body), this means that if you wash your hair, you need to borrow the towel from your partner.

The apartment was cozy yet bright, with brand-new furniture. It was spotless and equipped with everything we needed, a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, and efficient air conditioning. The neighborhood was charming, with a Penny supermarket just around the corner and our host was helpful by letting us check in earlier so that we could do some work on our laptop as well and check out an hour later as we where extremely tired from a festival we attended.

Clean room (and bathroom), it looked exactly as the photos (I stayed in room 1). Towels and sheets all clean and of good quality. Fridge was already up and running. The street was quiet, so were the other guests. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. The communication was top-notch, I got every bit of information that I needed well before arrival. :)

Since room 1 is opposite to the main apartment entrance, guests arriving/leaving can be heard somewhat loudly. Not a huge issue, but maybe the door could be soundproofed in the future. :)

Absolutely LOVED this place. Bed was comfy, location was excellent, shower was great. Not much to complain about with this, and will definitely book again the next time I am in Budapest.

The only complaint or suggestion would be to include a photo of the street door. I missed the number the first time and passed it by and it was hard to spot. Once I found it, it was fine.

I would recommend the place to everyone looking for both short and long-term stay. The room is well equipped, owners are pretty professional and very responsive. Heating works really well and that is really important in this time of the year. It gives you the feeling of a nice and cozy place. Definitely would recommend!

In our case it was no shower gel, but we had ours so it wasn't an inconvenience.

Only problem for me was that the room doesn’t get enough air. The window doesn’t open compeletely. Not a big problem tough as in july it was too hot to open the window.

It’s in the heart of the real life of Istanbul surrounded by wonderful authentic Turkish restaurants and stores. Great walking distance of most major sites. The owners were friendly considerate and helpful whenever required.

Beautifully presented clean flat with all the amenities I needed for a short stay. The AC was an absolute blessing in this hot weather. The flat is in a quiet area right next to a transport hub that can get you anywhere in Budapest. Only a half hour walk into the center of the City.

The only small issue I found was the mattress on the bed was too thin, but I just used the second duvet cover and pillows to lay on, which was fine.

The apartment is modern and has everything you need for some days in Budapest. The Train station and metro Budapest Nyugati, some stores, bars and a shopping mall are 3-5 minutes away. The Danube river can be reached after 10 minutes of walking. The City Center with the Parliament is 15-20 minutes away by foot and 7 min by bus (metro is currently under construction, but the replacement buses are really fast). Booth kitchen and bathroom offer everything you need for cooking (fridge,toaster, water boiler, ..) and everything else (iron, hair dryer, ...). The building is in really good shape and entering and leaving is all done by various keypads and codes. The communication with the administrator is done over the Booking.com Chat which is easy and fast. The administrator even managed to get our room ready to check in 1,5 hours earlier than normally, because we asked.

At the end there was a unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but this should be easily fixable. I also wish that there would be an option to store luggage in or near this great apartment, but this was not stated in the description, so this is just a suggestion.

Thw team was extremely available so the communication was very easy. The location of the flat was also ideal.
