10/10 Location right in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral, cafes' and restaurants. 10-15 minutes walk to the Széchenyi Chain Bridge, Elizabeth Park and Fashion Street. 10/10 Comfort and Price 10/10 Friendliness of Staff - it was a last minute booking for us and we were in a rush to catch the flight to BUD. We missed out the email from the property for the self check-in info etc because the reception closes at 8PM. The hotel staff accommodated our calls at 11PM even beyond office hours. Managed to get our room in no time and processed the formal check-in the next day.

Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel is in a perfect location—walking distance to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The view from the room was simply breathtaking. It truly has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

Easy self check in, Friendly staff at the reception. The Location of the hotel was perfect, even though we could hear people chit chatting late in the night, but it did not bother us as it was Christmas Season we enjoyed our stay right at the center of Christmas Market at the Basiilica Square, our room had the beautiful view of the Christmas Market & the St. Stephen's Basilica.Over all the hotel was comfortable

Location is amazing rooms are a bit small but fair enough compared to the budget for ,room internet was really so so good and fast enough, also staff especially TAY was really wonderful during our stay. She was always helpful and friendly and has the solutions for all questions ☺️

Bathroom is so visible maybe a little more privacy in the small room while staying with griends or family😅 also we had a few problems with the shower and wc itself but I am sure next time they will make it better …

We stayed in the panorama suite which had the most breathtaking view! The bed was comfy and the bathroom very spacious. Excellent value for money overall. Check in after hours was very clearly instructed and easy.

The bed was a bit noisy when turning over, like a metal clanging sound. There was also no plug for the bath, and there was no shower curtain or guard so it was a little difficult to shower without getting water all over the floor. The windows don’t fully keep out the street noise but that is to be expected for the location and didn’t bother us much being deep sleepers, but take ear plugs for undisturbed sleep or the basilica bells will get you up at 6am 😄!

The location was perfect! Very central. With plenty of cafeterias around. The views were beautiful. Beautiful area. The staff was great!!! Very pleasant and helpful. The receptionist Kari that we have met first day was very friendly and helpful.

There was some problem with the shower cabin in our room. After shower, the water was around shower cabin on the floor. So, there might be some insulation problem that needs to be fixed, though the maintanance man came in to see it and tried to solve it but the problem was not fixed. The staff was very helpful though and gave us some extra bath mats to absorb the water. So, the hotel needs most probably a proper plumber to take a look at it and figure out what causes the problem.

The location was excellent - we were so close to everything we wanted to see and do. We also had fabulous views of the basilica from our room. The decor was fun, the complimentary toiletries smelled great and the bed was very comfy. Also the hotel staff were really friendly and so accommodating.

There was no coffee machine in the room - we had to go to a kitchenette in the common parts to make our morning coffee which was a big negative and made the hotel feel like more of a hostel. The room would benefit from a chest of drawers for storage and some kind of shower screen or curtain. Also some privacy net curtains at the window for when the blinds are open.

The location is the strongest selling point for this hotel, it was up there with the most convenient holiday location I’ve ever had! Staff were super friendly and room was always cleaned each day even though we left later in the morning. It was SO warm in the hotel, it was welcome after the temperature outside in December!

As we were warned about the noise when booking it wasn’t so bad and we are both deep sleepers so was manageable but worth mentioning for other guests that there is thudding type club music until around 12/1AM each day. The only thing that we marked this hotel down for was the bed, it is absolutely rock solid and we were waking with aches each morning from that and the 1 thin pillow per person.

The location was brilliant, our room was kindly upgraded overlooking the Christmas markets in front of St. Stephen's Basilica cathedral. The reception team were not there on arrival as we were a late check in, however they emailed clear easy instructions on how to get into the building and access our room key. The room was big with huge windows over looking the square and heating on so lovely and warm. The reception team had also emailed me recommendations on where to eat and there are so many amazing restaurants on your doorstep of the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower head not being adjustable but that’s just being picky not the end of the world. You do hear a lot of noise from outside but this is clearly pointed out on the write ups of the property as it is central so we were aware and it didn’t stop us booking.

The location was amazing - right by the Basilica and its beautiful Christmas Market and easy access to wherever we wished to go. The Big Bus Stop No. 1 is a stone's throw away. The room was large, light and bright and very warm! It was a treat to return to after a long, cold day outdoors. The modern room in the old building works really well and it was great to have a communal area where we could access teas, coffees, water etc. There were even lots of chocolate treats on one day! The view from the room was straight onto the Basilica and overlooking the Christmas stalls in the Market. We were able to watch the magical light show pouring down the walls of the cathedral from our window. Brilliant!
