The location of the hotel is perfect, lots of bars and restaurants close by and the Basilica which is fantastic can be seen up close from the rooftop of the hotel. Our room was a great size, the bathroom was lovely and it was very quiet. Breakfast at the hotel was good, a lot of choice of hot and cold food. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. A great bonus is the complementary wine and cheese offered between 4 and 6pm every day, this was a great way to start the evening. The spa was lovely, small but very quiet and a great hot tub.

The only thing that could have been better was the coffee.

This hotel is fabulous. The decor is one of the nicest we have seen. The piano floor the piano itself ,glass celling and furnishings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast range is very good. Skybar is great and we got a seat in it every night no problem. We didn't eat in the skybar, so cannot comment on the food. Location of hotel is perfect for travel and all of the tourist attractions. We could easily return to the hotel at any time The afternoon free wine and cheese offering was great also. We got a free upgrade to suite 4023 which made our trip special , it was beautiful. Especially as we were travelling with our 18 year old son and staying for 5 nights. We had plenty of space and amenities . The hotel overall was so clean and the rooms in our suite smelt brand new. We didn't use the spa facilities.

The only tiny thing is no socket at bedside table and just at breakfast the use of tea bags instead of a teapot but these are only immaterial compared to everything else in the hotel.

The property is in an excellent location, it’s right beside St Stephen’s Basilica but is set inn a quiet street that can only be accessed by authorised vehicles. The hotel is beautiful which you can see from the moment you walk in. You’re always greeted by friendly door staff and the hotel lobby area is welcoming. The room was beautiful as was the spa and downstairs bar area. The views from SkyNote bar are breathtaking. The breakfast is very good and the staff are most attentive. You get complementary wine and cheese between 4-6 daily which was an extra special touch. I have to say the hotel staff are some of the best I’ve ever come across in my travels. They are all so warm and friendly, they go above and beyond to help. They honestly made our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the Aria or recommend to anyone going to Budapest.

Everything! Every single detail was thought over and perfected. The room was amazing, we were upgraded for free probably due to the off-season timing of our trip which was very generous, the staff are so nice and professional, the breakfast is amazing - both the bouffe and orders. The spa is breathtaking - it was the highlight of every day to relax after a long day of walking, enjoying the jacuzzi, steam room and hot sauna. Then relaxing with the music always playing. The hotel music theme was very enjoyable, the cheese and wine from 16:00-18:00 is amazing - the live music is very nice and the wines and tasty cheeses are really great. The skybar is beautiful especially at night when the entire city is lit up, great food and cocktails. Seriously the best hotel I've ever been too, and I am so greatful for the experience. For anyone that is thinking if to book it or not - do it. You won't regret.

Fabulous location - central to everything we were interested in seeing. View from the rooftop bar was fabulous. Room was beautifully appointed with great amenities. Very comfortable. Free wine and snacks between 4 and 5pm was an absolute treat while live music played! Breakfast was freshly cooked from menu and service was great.

Terrace view was quite ordinary - expected better but very happy with our stay regardless.

Our stay was cut short due to electricity outage at Heathrow. We arrived a day late and the staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We loved the musical theme of the property…we stayed in Stravinsky…a beautiful room with everything that you could need. The hotel is located very close to St Stephen’s basilica on a road that has a retractable bollard which one of the taxi’s we used found challenging! From the airport we took the 100E bus and it’s only a 5 minute walk from Deak Tér where the bus terminates. There was a complimentary wine and cheese event at about 5-00pm with singer accompanied by piano…excellent. Breakfast was very good. When we return to Budapest I will definitely stay at the Aria again

This is my 3rd time I choose this hotel I feel comfortable with Rooms they are spacious, facilities of hotels , Spa, bar, restaurant and breakfast are good. And most important the staff is the face of this hotel.

2 Staff members (male wearing white shirts) during breakfast at approximately 9:15 26-12- in the morning before I check out I was at breakfast. It’s better to get other staff members who are more professional. They talk too much about own private matters too each other. I don’t want to hear during my breakfast unfortunately I observe waited if they are realizing there behaviors. They are representing the hotel at a different class. I am glad I’m not responsible for what I observe, this question asked me what I didn’t like about the property. I don’t like what I experience.

We loved everything here: the vibe when you walk in, the musical theme that plays throughout, and the welcoming staff not just at the front desk but in the restaurant for breakfast, Matthew and Jason looked after us each morning, and they were great, the staff on the rooftop, remembering your drinks and getting them for you, everything about this place was great and is a definite 5-star hotel, close to some great restaurants including bestia which was also awesome!! I short would 100% stay here again if in Budapest. A note on Budapest itself was its a beautiful, clean and well looked after city that really surprised me, we were only here to start a river cruise but would visit for sure.

What a fantastic hotel! Conveniently located 30 seconds walk from St Stephens Basilica and within easy reach of the Danube river and the Elizabeth Bridge. The staff are exceptional and really looked after us. Nothing was too much for them. We even requested firmer pillows which were delivered promptly. The hotel itself is stunning and musically themed. We loved chilling out in the late afternoon after a hard days sightseeing with a glass of wine, cheese and live music - a perfect way to get setup for an evening out. Breakfast was also great. An intimate boutiquey experience with a personal touch unlike the big corporate chains. The High Note SkyBar was also great to have as part of the hotel but do remember to book ahead.

Lauren made checkin seamless and was very helpful as I needed to order flowers to take to a relative, as Sunday the florists are closed . The reception desk team were so helpful with the car parking etc. Jason and all the waiters were very attentive and made us feel very welcomed. The spa was a delight to enjoy each day of our stay! Excellent located !
