- Central location - Spacious and well-maintained apartment - Fully equipped kitchen - Extremely helpful staff - Closet with plenty of hangers and shelves - Absolutely quiet during day and night. I have stayed in dozens of apartments in Europe. This is easily in my top three.

The hotel - rooms to rent was in an extremely good location close to the metro, tram, supermarkets and restaurants. The room was fully equipped with comfortable spaces, very warm and clean. The staff was very kind and especially a receptionist I don't remember his name, he had a little long hair, he gave us a lot of information about the city, he booked a cruise for us and in general he was very helpful. I highly recommend it and I will prefer it again because Budapest was a dreamy cit...

I cant say something...maybe the price for the breakfast is 18€ per person...

I liked the cleanliness and amenities. It was very spacious and convenient in terms of proximity to restaurants, shops and bars. The property is in the heart of the city center, it allows for easy commute both on foot and on public transportation.

The hall that my room was on had no lights and remained dark all through my stay. I had to report to the front desk staff on my check out day. The lack of proper lighting in the hallway poses a safety concern.

Almost everything: the staff, the clean, the facilities

On the night of September 15, around 00:10, there was a man who knocked on all the doors of the apartments on the floor (including ours of course), rang the bells, for many minutes, woke us up from sleep and caused us great stress and fear. I called to report this immediately to reception and a reception representative on your behalf said he sent a security person. We have not received an update on what happened. We expected to feel safe when there are security personnel and the gate of the compound and the entrance to the building are locked, as a result throughout the vacation we went to bed feeling insecure.

location, staff, apartment was wonderful, we upgraded to the deluxe apartment and it was worth it. easy access to public transportation, and Uber, lots of food options felt very safe and will always recommend to families visiting Budapest

I didn't like that after I booked this apartment hotel through booking I found out that booking directly through the 7seasons would have saved me about 230 euro. I contacted booking and they were not able to price match.

(1) Great location, close to Deak Ferenc Ter, a major transport hub. Many sites and shops are within walking distance, such as the basilica, the suspension bridge, the synagogue, Prima, Spar, and dm. There is also a restaurant named Havec almost next to the hotel. (2) The bathroom is large and includes a washing machine. The washing machine looked clean, and I used it after cleaning it again with disinfectant powder bought from dm. (3) The room was quiet (not facing the street) (4) We have a baby, and the hotel provided a cot, a baby bathtub, a baby toilet, and some toys. (5) A full set of kitchenware was available, and we cooked food for the baby.

(1) The air conditioning was not working. The air conditioner had obviously never been cleaned, as there was a thick layer of dust on the mesh screen. Even after cleaning the screen, it still did not work—I think there was little refrigerant left. Fortunately, it was cool at night, so I could open the window to bring down the room temperature. (2) The microwave did not work either.

We liked everything. The location is just perfect. On the foot step there are so many good places to eat, the Prime grocery (with normal prices and good choice), river just 5 minutes to walk, the same is St.Stephen's church and Shopping street. Walking 20 min and you are by the Parliament house. But what is very important - the place was quit in the evening! The terrace was very comfort as the temperature was +26 and we used that to drink some vine in the evening :) For the baby we had not only promised baby cot but also the special spoon, plate and the potty, that' s was very nice :)))) Thai massage in the same building also was good!

LOCATION and CHILD FRIENDLY Quiet in hyper centre (although we can hear some sirens in the background). It's our second time staying with 7 seasons after 8 years and the first time I was very impressed how accommodating they were to children, and again, they did not disappoint. Beyond the standard baby cot, they provide high chair, eating utensils for kids, potty, baby bathtub for free and I could rent a very good stroller for a fee. As we spent over Christmas the offer to mount a Christmas Tree in our apartment for 30 eur was also so much appreciated, adding a real holiday spirit to our stay. We were also surprised this time with a beautiful view to the dome of St. Stephen's Basilica. Our 3 bedroom apartment was quite big. Every other day cleaning was appreciated too. Towels were always changed and trash removed. Washing machine inside the flat was great!

Not something obvious to improve but thought the layout of the flat and particularly of the bedrooms was quite quirky with wasted spaces and then lack of space elsewhere. One of the bedrooms was just a bit bigger than the bed. Still had one small side table but no wardrobe. The furniture and decoration is somewhat on the budget side, still comfortable enough beds and pillows. We had breakfast one day in the restaurant and thought was not really worth the money without a big selection of food, was still good enough and great to have the option.

Excellent location! Decent management company. Great staff. The apartment is large and comfortable. Good air conditioning. Wooden double-glazed windows with tilt-and-turn mechanism. Quiet, the birds are singing. Sometimes there is noise from people relaxing in the yard, but it's short-lived. Mostly - quiet. The kitchen has a full set of dishes and appliances (Ikea), a wonderful welcome set (coffee/tea green, black, fruit). Modern building with an elevator, in closed area. Nearby is a very good restaurant, mini-market (24/7). Nearby attractions - we walked. Unforgettable impressions from the organ concert in St. Stephen's Basilica. We had a great rest. I recommend! Thanks! We will be happy to come back.

The staff was very kind. The breakfast was amazing. You have everything you need in the apartments. Variety of public transport around the hotel, a lot of restaurants, fast food, etc. The hotel is not really a conventional hotel - they have a reception, which manages separate (stand-alone) apartments in a few buildings. You're practically in a stand-alone apartment.

A bit too busy region - crowded and quite noisy, but inside the hotel you don't hear the street noise at all - good job. One thing we didn't like - as the apartments are stand-alone, there's no good control. For example, there was one apartment with an extremely noisy group of boys, active during the nights - running in the hallways, speaking loudly, provoking the dogs in the apartments, and even ringing on our doorbell (at 5:30 AM) - something quite irritating, especially if you're with a 3yo kid. It didn't happen during all nights, so it's a matter of luck I guess.
