Everything was great. The staff was kind and friendly. The hotel clean and nice. The breakfast very good. Location is excellent. All beautiful places in the city in walking distance. We had a wonderful time in our stay.

Very good hotel. Excellent location. Five minute walk to all central attractions. The room is big and comfortable. Bed big with a good mattress. The breakfast was very good with all options and choices like vegetables, sausages, cheeses, cornflakes, cakes, fruits etc. The hotel and the room is very clean, also the room was cleaned every day, also fresh towels. Staff is friendly and ready to help, for example: to buy tickets to circus, to book transfer and more. I am very recommending to stay in this hotel. Good value for your money.

The room was nice, the staff were very friendly. cleaning was good, they allow by request to wolt delivery to come up to the room. breakfast (1 day) was good. A good place to get to places by walking. Close to Vaci.

We arrived on a hot day; the AC was only on heat and the room was too hot. after requesting help, someone came and unlocked the windows. If I had young kids this would be dangerous. Other than that the third bed was not as good as the 2 main beds, it was not as sturdy and moved a lot. also, it can not be against any wall. the third bed was less comfy than the twin bed. when arriving in the evening by taxi it takes a lot of time because of the small streets and nightlife. We managed that by learning the address on the main road a few meters from the hotel entrance.

Myself and two friends stayed here for my stag do. The location was perfect with easy access to the Basilica and the bus stops for the hop-on/hop-off bus. Staff were very friendly. The room was large enough for the three of us with three single beds, and had a mini-fridge and safe. The bathroom was spacious with a large walk in shower.

There was a persistent smell of sewage in the reception and common areas. Thankfully this didn't extend to the bedroom but was unpleasant to come in to. Despite advertising that there is an on site bar, it is incredibly small and we never saw it open.

Great location for exploring the city. Close to a number of bars, restaurants and shop. Easy access to the airport shuttle, tram and bus. Staff were very helpful - even helped us with a route each day for exploring the city. Good recommendation for Retro Langos :)

We booked a superior room and whilst the bathroom exceeded our expectations the room fell a little short. Dont get me wrong, nice room and comfortable beds but limited tea and coffee facilities in the room which seemed budget range (E,g Nescafe coffee Sachets) i think for a superior room they should be a little better quality.

The hotel has upgraded our suite to a better one for free which we very much appreciated. The breakfast is very nice and the breakfast place is very pleasant to be in. The staff is very helpful. Location is perfect: 1. It's very close to the Deak Ferenc Ter metro station and more importantly close to the lovely Vaci street and the Danube. 2. We used the 100E express bus to the from the airport and back. The bus stop is just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel and the bus service is very fast - I don't see any reason to use a taxy. 3. There are nice bars and restaurants around and still the room is very quiet at night. Bed is huge and comfy. Hotel room is very clean.

At the beginning the room we got had something wrong. However the staff quickly understood our issue and switched us to an alternative room which had no issues.

Almost everything was perfect — the hotel is very centrally located, it is elegant, very clean and welcoming, the breakfast buffets are varied and tasty, the room was very nice, comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff were all exceptional, friendly, helpful and efficient.

Two small things took the score down to slightly less than perfect: first, we had requested a room with twin beds (we are two friends, not a couple) but when we arrived they told us they were sorry but the hotel was very full and we could only have a room with one double bed. Luckily my friend and I have known each other for many years so we managed. And the second thing is the design of the room, with the bathroom door right next to the bed, which meant that any time one of us needed to use the bathroom at night, it woke the other one up. It would have been a better design to have the bathroom door open to the entryway where the wardrobe now is.

It is a very nice hotel located in the real heart of Budapest. Perfect location for travelers and visitors. The staff was very friendly and willing to help at any time with any question. The room was comfortable, the size was descent, shower was good. Daily cleaning of the room was OK. The place has a small room for training which contains some dumbbells and a treadmill. The breakfast was nice, wide variety of choices. Overall good value per money in a prime location.

Cleaning the room might improve a bit with more attention to smaller details but overall it was OK. The fitness center was very hot with no option for cooling.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Aria for the amazing and thoughtful gesture during our stay at the hotel. For my wife birthday, we were surprised to find a beautiful birthday card in our room, along with a bottle of wine and some delicious chocolates. It was such a kind and personal touch that made our experience even more memorable. Aria's attention to detail and kindness truly made us feel special. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service, and this thoughtful gesture really stood out. Thank you, Aria, for making my wife birthday celebration so wonderful

Location was perfect within the centre of city. There are restaurants, pubs just below this and very close by. Staff was very welcoming, polite and friendly and were extremely helpful. We could leave our luggage after checkout free of charge in their storage. They also had a small fitness room which had the very basic machines like treadmills and cycles and a few dumbbells.

The parking wasn't provided inclusive and it was very costly at 25 Euros per night. There is parking on the street at the front of hotel but it looks like that is paid and the meter accepts only Hungarian coins. You can't book for more than 3 hours at a stretch. That street parking is free on weekends and from 10PM till 8AM on weekdays. There are always some garbage pickers trying to find plastic and glass bottles from the bin, They had blocked the entrance to the hotel parking and it was an issue to get your car in at late night. You have to get down from the car to press the intercom button for the gate to open. Hotel staff was very helpful when I informed them and the receptionist went out to sort out the issue.
