Super cozy, really warm for the winter, location top tier! Has everything you need for a couple of days to explore the city. Despite some complains about the noise, I have nothing to say, however my mom woke up a few times in the middle of the night because of the noise people in the building would make accessing the elevator (that was in front of our door). No noise from the streets tho. Would recommend 100%, and will definitely come to this apartment if i’m ever back in the city :)

It was a bit confusing to find the apartment at first because I didn’t realize that the apartments were on top of a commercial area, but after that it’s super accessible!

Perfect location in the centre of city, close to public transport, walking distance from river and from Parliament that is worth seeing. However - it is quiet and calm apartment inside, letting you forget the noise that may be on the street. Spacious room with kitchen and large bathroom. Very clear check in and check out instructions, fast and clear communication with staff. The cleaning was done in the middle of our stay (day 3) with towel change and garbage taking out and it was a pleasant surprise, as usually apartments do not include this service. We would definitely return next time we come to Budapest. P.S. and we would suggest Gringos Amigos mexican restaurant with georgous food and amazing people and just 3 min walk from apartment 😊

Building corridors, lift and apartment itself maybe would need some refreshment in appearance but that is nothing that could bother you during the stay 😄

Fantastic location and easy for me to find (generally I’m poor at directions) and very close to the airport bus stop. Very clear directions on how to get the keys and then the property. I had a studio apartment on the top floor and it had everything I needed for my stay. It was really quiet and it was my first time that I was travelling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. Close for all the transport links and a 10 min walk and you are at the chain bridge!

My only negative was it was maybe a little too warm in the flat. I kept having to turn the heating down but it’s just my preference and not really a negative point about the flat

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The private rooms were spacious, everything was spotless, and it was fully equipped with all the essentials—kitchenware, dish soap, even a washing machine with detergent, which was super handy. The balcony overlooking the inner garden was such a peaceful bonus, and the building itself felt very safe, with secure entry. We really appreciated the clear instructions for check-in, and even more so the fact that they let us in before 3pm—such a thoughtful gesture! Communication with the representative (although not in person) was excellent—fast, clear, and super helpful. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better: just a 3-minute walk to the city center, with supermarkets, metro, and bus stops all nearby. The beds were incredibly comfy—we slept like babies. Honestly, we didn’t have any real complaints. Just one tiny suggestion: for a 6-night stay, having only 3 toilet paper rolls wasn’t quite enough—but no biggie. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I visit Budapest, and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know without a doubt!

The location and cleanliness are very good. The bed is comfortable.

The property owner/leasing company did not email the key box code to me at 3pm on my arrival day as promised, despite my asking/reminding them via email. I only received the key box code after 3pm when I called them. All windows on the second floor were sealed and couldn't be opened. I therefore briefly turned on the air conditioning before sleeping to improve air ventilation, but it was very noisy. Fortunately, the weather was cool during my stay, so I didn't need to use the air conditioning. Had it been hot, the noise would have been very disturbing.

The apartment is located right in the heart of Budapest, which is a big plus for anyone who wants everything within walking distance. It’s spacious and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, a microwave, a kettle, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a fridge, a large bathroom, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The biggest highlight is the spacious terrace. The terraces face each other, and below is a passage of a shopping center — there’s no special view, which might bother some people, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, and there’s also helpful support via WhatsApp. When we asked what to do about the noise from the upstairs terrace, they offered to assist, even to the point of calling the police if needed. We decided not to escalate the situation, hoping the neighbors would calm down — which they eventually did.

During our stay, we noticed a few minor downsides: there was only one dishcloth, which isn’t enough for a 5-day stay. The dishwasher was there but couldn’t be opened, and there were no detergent capsules for it, nor coffee capsules for the coffee machine. In our case, the terrace above was noisy and occasionally things were dropped onto our terrace. Cleanliness was okay but could be better — the terrace was quite dirty, so I’d recommend bringing slippers. The shower pressure was excellent, making for a great shower experience, but the shower curtain could be replaced. On the plus side, there were enough towels, which was very convenient.

The location specifically was great, because its very centrally located. Almost everything was at walkable distance. Amenities wise too it had everything. The apartment looks slightly different than what is seen in the photos though but won’t complain as it didn’t really matter as long as it was good.

The wifi didn’t work all the 3 days we were there and the promptness to rectify that was disappointing really. This was the only flaw I found with this place and booking. We couldn’t risk anyone coming into the apartment with our luggage there when we were not present and when we were present almost no one picked up the phone. So that didn’t really sit well with us. So that was a drawback.

We enjoyed the bright cheery interior that was incredibly clean with high powered air conditioning! The bathroom water pressure was perfect with laundry facilities! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The location was ideal for tourist travel. The balcony was a perk and the apartment was very quiet! We loved our stay!

- There was a coffee machine, but it didn't have any capsules. If i knew the type, maybe I would've brought a few. But for a 2 day stay, the machine just looked sad that I couldn't use it. - Lack of electric sockets in the living room. Even a beautiful lamp that made an amazing light in the evening had to be connected on a socket in the kitchen which made an electric cable hang in the air in the passage, cutting off the dinning corner and the balcony from the rest of the apartment. - A bit on the expensive side. - Off platform check-in procedure that requires a credit card info for the deposit.
