If you are looking for a hostel where you can meet new people, have a good time and socialize, I can say that this is the perfect place. From the moment I entered the hostel, everyone was smiling, problem-solving and very positive. I was also very impressed by the fact that some things that are normally sold for money in other hostels can be used for free in the hostel if needed. The hostel also has a bar and the prices are not exaggerated. Since the weekend prices are more expensive than the weekday prices, I could only afford to stay between Tuesday and Friday, but I wish I could stay here completely. I hope you don't raise your prices :) . On Friday and Saturday nights, I stayed in another hostel and the other hostel was really a nightmare. On the days I stayed in another hostel, I never lost contact with the OneFam team or the people in the hostel, which I think shows that they are really open to communication, honest and positive people. I was told that I could join the organized social activities whenever I wanted. The whole team was absolutely amazing. The only problem is that the weekend prices are a bit expensive. Definitely choose this place to socialize. Additionally, each bed in the hostel has a cabin and a curtain, creating a sense of personal space.

This is a really good hostel with Nice people managing. Its pretty much the perfect social experience if you are young (or young at heart) and looking to assimilate all that budapest has to offer. There are dailly activities in the afternoon and in the night, so you may experience both turistic attractions and Budapest nightlife. Rooms are also separated from social interaction places such as the bar and music stops at night inside the hostel, wich may help you sleep a little better. Its not the place if you just want to be quiet and have a good night sleep as there are no private rooms and you may be waked by your roomates. But for those of you who dont mind sharing a bathroom, a meal or the occasional noise its a really Nice place to experience Budapest. thanks to all the staff, Julian, Danica, José Angel and Karen and my most special thanks to Inês and Vinicius who made this trip Amazing. I had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The essentials are well taken care of—comfortable beds with curtains, personal lights, and power outlets, plus free lockers for storing your belongings. The bathrooms are clean, and the common area is thoughtfully designed, making it easy to socialize and connect with other travelers. What truly makes this place stand out is the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. It’s incredibly easy to meet people and have a great time, and the energy of the place makes every day enjoyable. A special shoutout to Elpida—she’s absolutely awesome and made the experience even better! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lively and friendly hostel experience.

I had a great stay at Onefam! The atmosphere was wonderfully welcoming. I especially loved the integration activities – they were a perfect way to connect with fellow travelers from all over. A huge thank you and special mention to Kaue and Alejandra from the staff. They were both incredibly friendly, always helpful with local tips, and their positive energy. Overall, a nice experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a social, fun, and welcoming hostel stay!

The disposition of bathrooms’ door, they’re aligned in a straight way to the corridor

No complaints, amazing experience - there are organised walks to the city every day and parties/drinking games every night, the ones I went to were organised by Kaat - the coolest and most energetic person and party leader! So if you're looking for a place to party and make friends as a solo traveler this is your place. If you just want to be on your own and rest that's also okay, cause the "party animals" (me included) always leave the hostel around 10:30, and there's a 'chilled spot' separated from the bar where you can hang out if you don't want to party. Beds are really comfy & even though I booked for a mixed dorm, my dorm had just girls which was amazing. The showers are nice and the bar has cheap drinks. Also, the location is really good too!!

OneFam sits in an ideal location, a stone's throw from Budapest centre and surrounded by historic buildings and excellent restaurants and food stalls. I had a great stay here and was able to chill out as well as work in the well-equipped communal area, with coffee and tea on hand and a good atmosphere. Staff were super helpful and friendly and made me feel welcome. Facilities were good - the kitchen was perhaps a little cramped at times - and there was a party vibe after dark, which you could join or not as you wished. The beds were comfy and the rooms quiet; the other guests were sometimes a little noisy. Overall, I would definitely recommend OneFam and its lovely staff!

It was a very fun party hostel with great staff and planned activities every day. Shlomo was a very fun staff member- everybody was very friendly and I had a great time as a solo traveller. The beds had curtains too so there was privacy.

The only thing I found strange was that there was two people who entered who were not staying. One was removed almost immediately but the second went unnoticed and decided to take me on a tour of the city. He was a very strange guy and his behaviour was inappropriate. If I had of known he wasn’t staying there I wouldn’t have went anywhere with him

All of the staff here are so lovely, especially Fransisco and the girl with the curly hair!! You can tell that everyone here is family. They do drinks games in the lobby every night and a pub crawl. I like that they do different bars every night! They also do day events too! Drinks are cheap enough at the hostel. The rooms were small but they have curtains so I didn't mind at all. Free coffee and tea in the morning. They offer free shampoo and shower things as well as hairdryers and straighteners if you ask at reception. There's always someone on the desk if you need something. Location was good, close to some nice cafes too. Would come back!!
