The room was exactly what I wanted and needed, comfortable bed, clean and 5 stars standards. Warm welcoming by the receptionist and I was happy that the window faced the courtyard on the other side of the Basilica that meant no noise from the road, which is exactly what i needed, a great silent night. Location is simply exceptional, literally a few meters from the Basilica.

Could improve on the blackout curtains as didn't quite cover the whole window so if you need to sleep during the day it wont be a total blackout.

Great location, staff provided good advice on where to eat and how to get around the city. Given its location right next to the Basilica and several evening bars/restaurants, it was very well soundproofed for a quiet night's sleep.

The location was excellent—right opposite the Basilica and close to all major attractions. The room was clean and perfect for us as a couple. The breakfast was great, with a good range of food and drink, all topped up regularly by the good staff. The reception staff were helpful, informative and friendly.

The only minor issue was that the room was hot and the aircon didn't seem to make any difference, but there was a large window that you could open (it rained whilst we were there, so keeping it open all the time wasn't an option)

Super location close to the centre and a lot of attraction. Clean and modern rooms with a comfy bed and pillows. The reception staff were very helpful particularly Zsolt who pointed in the right direction.and gave tips on local knowledge. The hotel represents good value for quality accommodation in a central position.

The breakfast has a decent selection of food and drink items but I feel 10.00 am finish is early for a city centre hotel, when guests may stay out late. Also the staff in the breakfast room made it quite clear they wanted me out on time. Not too much of a problem but I was aware they were watching the clock to get cleared away.

We loved having 2 bedrooms AND 2 bathrooms! And a living space! Perfect for 3 adults! The location was amazing! It’s on a pedestrian street with a view of the gorgeous St Stephen’s Basilica. The breakfast was fantastic! Everything you could ever want! Hot food including eggs, meats, beans, grilled vegetables……… Cold food included yogurts, fruit, cheese, lunch meat, nuts, and a huge assortment of breads and pastries. Also a large selection of juices and hot drinks.

Our room was warm because it’s an “in between” season. Opening our windows helped. The restaurant noise outside (not the fault of the hotel) can make it a little challenging to sleep. So bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Brilliant position - few steps from St Stephens Basilica, restaurants, buses etc. Nice, clean and comfortable room. There was a safe but we couldn't get i t to work. Smart TV - fortunately. Small fridge and occasionally water would be left in it. Easy checkin/out. Luggage storage.

Air con didn't work & the room was very warm - we did leave windows open but the cleaners would shut them. No cups for tea & coffee only cardboard ones & only fruit tea. Buffet breakfast was a complete waste of money (over salty bacon, odd lumps in scrambled eggs, no fresh fruit). Rubbish coffee machine that was very slow. Waitress didn't like been asked for anything. Nothing on TV except news (smart TV so OK as long as you use Netflix, Prime etc).

The location of this hotel is OUTSTANDING, views of st Stephen’s basilica from our window, what an amazing view to have a glass of wine infront of?! The room was large, clean and comfortable. The shutters were an excellent touch for bedtime.

The hotel didn’t have many amenities however when you’re on a city break what really do you need?? Also the hotel could not provide a towel for use at the baths even for a fee, we only took hand luggage so didn’t pack one. The fee for a towel at the baths was 6500HUF. Perhaps the availability to hire a towel here would be good - I know not an essential but they pride themselves on making your staff perfect and helping with everything.

The location of the hotel is perfect, ideal to explore from and close to the airport bus stop too. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The room we had, facing the inner court yard was very quiet. Room was nice.

The hotel room was very warm at night and the air con didn't help to bring the temperature down. The bathroom had a bath with shower head, but the shower head was mounted at a low level, so not possible to have a shower without holding the head yourself.

The location of the hotel is excellent, centrally located, like 5 min walk from the underground station (Deak Ferenz Ter), just across the street from St Stephens Basilica, close to restaurants and cafe. Breakfast was not included in the price, so cannot comment on that. The room was spacious, had a small fridge, TV and kettle...etc. The staff are friendly and provided me with coffee cream when I asked for it. For the location, I think it is good value for money.

These comments are for improving the service: I didn't like the bathroom. Although it is nice and modern, there is literally no place at all to place the shampoo/conditioner containers in the shower, you have to just throw them on the floor somewhere. The container that is supposed to have probably shower gel was empty for all the 3 days we spent there, indicating the staff do not even check it out. We haven't asked for refill because we used our own shower gel. There was a kettle, tea and coffee but no coffee cream/milk, which is very important for some people who do not prefer to drink black coffee/tea. The good thing is when I asked for coffee cream, I found 4 of these little cups when I came back to the room at night.

The location was excellent, it enables you to walk to all the major sights within minutes. The view of the Basilica from my room was amazing. I could even hear the concert in the Basilica from my room one evening. It was great that you could open the windows but also that air conditioning was available. The shower in the bathroom (standalone shower) worked well. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I didn't have breakfast instead trying nearby cafes.

I wasn't sure whether the fridge was working or not which was a shame as I would have liked to store a couple of things and I couldn't access/find the plug to check (I think it was behind the built in desk). The double bed had two single duvets rather than one double one. There was no top sheet which is useful if it's very hot. I think the air con temperature may have been centrally controlled but I couldn't quite work it out.
