View, View, View, this is the perfect location to see the danube day and night in all it's splendor. Central location to many great restaurants, cafes, and shopping closing located behind. Tourist hotspots also within range, and great starting point to see Buda meets Pest with bridges near by. Hotel room was spacious, much bigger than we thought, with a desk or two for working travellers. On the higher floors was a bar with a view and some great range of beverages for all tastes. Highly recommend Hotel Marriott Budapest, easy check in / out and exceed expectations.

Breakfast and M club were a bit underwhelming. Maybe it's just me, for the price paid I was expecting something a little more spectacular and something uniquely Hungarian in terms of food and drinks

I had an amazing time with my family during our stay here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. Housekeeping checked in daily. Great location, easy to get around the city. Trams and buses around the corner to take everywhere you want to go. From our window we could see the Royal Palace, the Danube. The breakfast buffet had so many so many options, from pastry to different kinds of eggs, to even vegan choices or asian options. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay în Budapest. Two little minuses: - parking lot is for 30 euro per day - the absence of a toilet brush

Centeral location in the city , close to almost everything , nice service and good room in the hotel with beautifull view. Very good food in the breakfest.

If someone in floor above is argue and talk very loud you can hear him(happened to us) + most of the crew in the hotel in age +- under 30 not nice like the more older stuff , maybe they saw in the information data that i'm Israeli and it effected on the attitude to me and my wife . the youngsters see a lot of lies in the social media and they belive this .

Located close the the Danube river, with view of the river and Liberty Statue on the mountain. Staff / service were great! Room was fairly comfortable for me, a big person. Within walking distance of shopping and the Cathedral. Restaurant food was good as was the service. Fine restaurants within walking distance but are $$$$. Food and service at the two fine restaurants we tried [staff recommendations] were excellent. But be prepared for a $180 euro bill for 2 without any wine or liquor.

Had a handicap room & the shower sprayed the floor an issue the hotel knew and had ordered parts. However, for me it was acceptable as toilets are very low.

Location: The hotel is ideally located right on the banks of the Danube, with stunning views of the river and the Buda Castle across the water. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like the Hungarian Parliament Building and the famous Chain Bridge, making it perfect for both sightseeing and relaxation. Room: The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and modern. The bed was incredibly plush, and I had a great night’s sleep. The room also had fantastic amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, a well-equipped work desk, and a mini-bar. I particularly enjoyed the views from the window; waking up to the sunrise over the river was a highlight of my stay. Service: The service at the Marriott Budapest was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, was friendly and eager to assist with any request. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Facilities: The hotel offers great facilities, including an on-site restaurant with delicious food, a fitness center, and a well-maintained spa. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries to hot breakfast dishes.

Excellent location, remarkable lounge, very friendly staff, great complementary wine and snacks in the room, a very rich and tasty breakfast, outstanding view of the Danube from the room and outside terrace, many seating areas.

At this time of the year the hotel was too crowded for us, one of three elevators was out of service most days which made waiting for the elevators each time really frustrating. The room was lacking the fine attentions like a nesprresso machine but no capsules so we had to ask for them, late cleaning so we had to remind service of the fact that the room was not made yet, but happy to say that when we addressed an issue the response was immediate.

Rooms were clean and the view was great, breakfast had just the right amount of everything, exceptionally balanced.

As it often happens with large hotels, staff is very “mechanical”. No personal touch at all, or the ability to accommodate the guest. We were traveling with three kids (8,10 and 14) and asked for the connecting rooms so that we can have a blessed night away from kids (doors away). We specified this when booking. Again, when we arrived. The lady at the reception smiled broadly and said “yes, your rooms are connected”. They weren’t. When asked again, she smiled broadly and said that “she’s so sorry but there are no connected rooms available”. So, like talking to a wall, and we ended up sleeping with our little girl in the spare bed.

The property was a good location. Their room service menu was decently priced. The room was quiet like I wanted. I booked an airport transfer new years morning and they were very helpful. I was afraid there will be no fireworks because of posters I seen walking around but to my surprise there was right outside my window. A great way to end my stay :)

I disliked the shower, their half shower glass, couldn’t have a full blasting shower since it will get the floor wet. I also wish they had just a bit more counter space for the girlies.
