Stayed for four nights in Junior suite, it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is centrally located and most of the tourist attractions are nearby. The advantage is though its centrally located but its serene at the same time. The room was nice, spacious, clean and bathroom was large. Buffet breakfast was a good and decent spread of local and western style breakfast. The hotel staff is welcoming, affable, approachable, attentive and always willing to go extra mile for needs & preferences of guests- Well that made us feel cared for & special and made the stay memorable. Please do accept it as a genuine expression of appreciation! Mrs Tunde and Gregory were really helpful and provided detailed information about places to visit in Budapest and made the needed arrangements as well- truly commendable! Would love to visit again.

The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us . The hotel is beautiful , interesting, fun and original / quirky - I loved it .. I had requested a courtyard facing room just a short while before we travelled and this was available to us .. I was able to choose different pillows without any question - they have an option of four different types - wow … Facilities in the room were greater The breakfasts was amazing choice of lots of things - you certainly couldn’t go Hungry .. coffee / hot drinks like hot chocolate available 24 hrs a day from coffee machine ( and they were great quality coffee) pastries available - covered and left out for guests to help themselves … Really reasonable times for breakfast . What certainly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return …

There is nothing I didn’t like .. I travelled with a friend not a partner and possibly if our room could have been slightly bigger as we were there 6 nights that would have been something I would have possibly changed . But to be honest we didn’t spend much time in our rooms so maybe this is being a little unfair but going with a friend instead of a partner possibly a little more space would have been good … that was just my personal opinion and certainly not a complaint or criticism on the hotel

Wonderful stay at Casati, exploring the many sites, exceptional, courteous, friendly, and efficient staff who went above and beyond to help us fully enjoy our trip. The room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious. A varied breakfast was provided, which catered for all dietary requirements. The complimentary mulled wine was very welcomed on our return on cold evenings. Hotel situated within easy reach of the Opera metro, the airport 100E bus - last stop, takes you to the top of the road. As we had an early checkout and flight, Gregory arranged for our taxi to the airport. Restaurant recommendations, etc. were provided as well as advice on thermal baths, etc Casati is locates close to the stop at NO 7 Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus route (I recommend doing this to get your bearings and see many sites) Try the Danube night cruise, the Hop on Hop off bus, Thermal baths at Gellert, to mention but a few all tickets available through reception. There is also a lovely spa on site with massage and sauna facilities. The Tuk Tuk bar is worthy of a visit with such friendly staff. Recommend without hesitation and would love to return.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and always attentive to fulfilling our every request. From the warm welcome at check-in to the smallest details throughout our stay, they made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very diverse, catering to all tastes. Whether you prefer something light, like fresh fruits and yogurt, or a heartier breakfast with hot dishes, you’re sure to find something you’ll enjoy. Upon request, a fully vegan breakfast is also available and equally delicious. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and pleasant, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The hotel is located on a quiet street with little traffic, close to the city center and the main tourist attractions. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. A big THANK YOU to the whole staff of the Hotel Casati, we will definitely return!

• The design of the hotel and the room is very beautiful. • The room is spacious and big. • The hotel staff was welcoming and nice and helped with everything we asked for. • The location is great - walking distance from all attractions. • A delicious and varied breakfast. • The bed was comfortable.

• A bit noisy - we sometimes heard noises from the corridor. • It was a shame that we couldn't control the room temperature and as a result we were a bit cold. • It was not the cleanest but not dirty either.

Lovely modern decor throughout the hotel with coffee machine & fridge in room. Also well air conditioned in the heat. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was also excellent, and loved the fact coffee & pastries accessible all day in the dining/relaxing area. The location was great for walking most places.

Nothing really, if I had to say something. my only fairly insignificant point would be only a sheet covering the join of the beds to make it a double & perhaps a more padded mattress protector or something would cover the ridge between a bit better. Other than that very comfortable well thought out rooms.

We were thrilled with our stay at The Casati Hotel. The hotel itself is so chic and cool. Our room was spacious, well laid out and quiet with great wifi and air conditioning. The location was perfect - walkable to most of the main sights in Budapest and lots of restaurants and night life. The breakfast buffet was massive and delicious but it was the staff who really made our stay wonderful - helpful, accommodating and happy! We had requested an early check in and our room was ready and they arranged a 3am trip to the airport when we left. Definitely recommend!

Truly there is nothing we would change about The Casati.

I loved this hotel. From friendly, helpful staff, to spacious, comfortable rooms, a great included breakfast, and a good location, this hotel does everything right. I would definitely stay here again. 😊

I don’t have anything negative to say.

The checking in process was flawless even being served a free welcome drink in the process! The room (11) was more like a small apartment with a large private hallway, spacious shower room with roomy shower and beautiful bedroom with chairs, minibar, desk and even a small vase of fresh flowers. All areas of the hotel were stylish and lovingly maintained and exceptionally clean throughout. The hotel was very near to the opera house and a nice selection of restaurants. Breakfast was very varied and plentiful with Hungarian fayre included. It was fantastic value for money!

Our room (11) was right over the bar and there was very slight noise from it at the weekend. It didn't bother us at all but if you think you would be I would ask for a higher room and you wouldn't hear it. The whole hotel was extremely peaceful and quiet in general. The television was quite small but let's be honest, you don't go to Budapest to watch TV!!!

Great location! Nice breakfast! Spacious, comfy, tidy, and clean rooms. Super comfortable beds with a great pillow selection. The sauna room was neat and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

For breakfast, I would have loved to see a bit more variety in the egg options—something beyond just scrambled eggs would be a nice touch. Also, a small jacuzzi near the sauna would really elevate the relaxation experience. It would be perfect to have some water to soak in after a sauna session. Still, these are just small suggestions. Everything else was truly great!
