Stayed for four nights in Junior suite, it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is centrally located and most of the tourist attractions are nearby. The advantage is though its centrally located but its serene at the same time. The room was nice, spacious, clean and bathroom was large. Buffet breakfast was a good and decent spread of local and western style breakfast. The hotel staff is welcoming, affable, approachable, attentive and always willing to go extra mile for needs & preferences of guests- Well that made us feel cared for & special and made the stay memorable. Please do accept it as a genuine expression of appreciation! Mrs Tunde and Gregory were really helpful and provided detailed information about places to visit in Budapest and made the needed arrangements as well- truly commendable! Would love to visit again.

Delightful and helpful staff. Excellent location (the area around the Opera and the Andrássy út is pleasant and posh. It is also very close to the city centre, the public transport and the nightlife district). Coffee machine available 24/7. Good breakfast. Good rooms and beds. The sauna was present (however, there were issues with the settings; it was extremely hot). Small and cosy hotel. Upon arrival, you get some "free" perks (e.g., a glass or bottle of water, soda, or beer, and chocolate). Everything was spotless.

Occasionally, very slow internet. Strange noises in the building at times (day and night). The room door was hard to open with the card (sometimes it took me 1-2 minutes). There was water on the floor in the bathroom after the shower that never drained away. At breakfast time, the coffee machine can get very busy. Nobody ever uses the gym, but it was extremely basic, which could explain why. If you book just the cheapest room, it will be more basic than shown in the photos. Although breakfast is high-quality, it lacks many staples like eggs and omelettes.

The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us . The hotel is beautiful , interesting, fun and original / quirky - I loved it .. I had requested a courtyard facing room just a short while before we travelled and this was available to us .. I was able to choose different pillows without any question - they have an option of four different types - wow … Facilities in the room were greater The breakfasts was amazing choice of lots of things - you certainly couldn’t go Hungry .. coffee / hot drinks like hot chocolate available 24 hrs a day from coffee machine ( and they were great quality coffee) pastries available - covered and left out for guests to help themselves … Really reasonable times for breakfast . What certainly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return …

There is nothing I didn’t like .. I travelled with a friend not a partner and possibly if our room could have been slightly bigger as we were there 6 nights that would have been something I would have possibly changed . But to be honest we didn’t spend much time in our rooms so maybe this is being a little unfair but going with a friend instead of a partner possibly a little more space would have been good … that was just my personal opinion and certainly not a complaint or criticism on the hotel

Loved this hotel even though when we first got there, we wondered about it. There is some construction next door, and you have to ring a bell to be let in. However, once we got our room, we were extremely happy. It was spacious, had a coffee machine to make different types of coffee including cappuccino, and it also had a mini refrigerator-bar. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was superb, very helpful and attentive from reception to breakfast attendants to cleaning crew. Breakfast was amazing. The location was wonderful, within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, subways, buses, etc. While the hotel’s public spaces are not huge, its breakfast area is sunny and large, but the service in our opinion, is what makes this hotel a 5 star hotel. We definitely would stay there again.

This hotel is amazing - best hotel we have stayed in! The design of the hotel is beautiful and very artful done. The staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way they can - we had to check out before breakfast time and they made us a packed lunch to take with us, with plenty to eat during our journey home. I had a massage in the spa and it was so relaxing and the spa staff were excellent. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. I particularly loved the 1pm free cake offered each day!

Wonderful stay at Casati, exploring the many sites, exceptional, courteous, friendly, and efficient staff who went above and beyond to help us fully enjoy our trip. The room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious. A varied breakfast was provided, which catered for all dietary requirements. The complimentary mulled wine was very welcomed on our return on cold evenings. Hotel situated within easy reach of the Opera metro, the airport 100E bus - last stop, takes you to the top of the road. As we had an early checkout and flight, Gregory arranged for our taxi to the airport. Restaurant recommendations, etc. were provided as well as advice on thermal baths, etc Casati is locates close to the stop at NO 7 Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus route (I recommend doing this to get your bearings and see many sites) Try the Danube night cruise, the Hop on Hop off bus, Thermal baths at Gellert, to mention but a few all tickets available through reception. There is also a lovely spa on site with massage and sauna facilities. The Tuk Tuk bar is worthy of a visit with such friendly staff. Recommend without hesitation and would love to return.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and always attentive to fulfilling our every request. From the warm welcome at check-in to the smallest details throughout our stay, they made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very diverse, catering to all tastes. Whether you prefer something light, like fresh fruits and yogurt, or a heartier breakfast with hot dishes, you’re sure to find something you’ll enjoy. Upon request, a fully vegan breakfast is also available and equally delicious. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and pleasant, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The hotel is located on a quiet street with little traffic, close to the city center and the main tourist attractions. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. A big THANK YOU to the whole staff of the Hotel Casati, we will definitely return!

The rooms were a really good size and included everything we needed. The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice extra touch. The hotel was fairly central and we could walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was a buffet and included everything you would expect. As a guest, we could also help ourselves to more hot drinks throughout the day at no extra cost. The style and decor of the hotel was really nice and flowed throughout. It felt modern and fresh. We were pleasantly surprised to find out we could use the facilities at the sister hotel (which included a roof top pool and terrace), although we did not have chance to make use of this offer it would have been great if we were staying a few extra days.

Everything. The location was great. The decor was quirky yet somehow elegant. The room was large and comfortable. It had both a kettle and a Nespresso machine. The variety on offer at the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The breakfast area was in a light area with an atrium. Staff were friendly and helpful. The sauna and rest area were great too. Coffee, tea and Danish pastries were available all day. It had a small but adequately equipped gym.

Just nitpicking but the shower could have been more powerful. The one for the sauna was very strong but this was in the cellar and we were on the 4th floor, maybe that explains it. There were no English Breakfast tea bags in the room. Obviously a minor oversight. I could have rung down for some or gone down to the breakfast area to get some but at 5.30am neither was a proper option!

We loved the room. Large room with a seating area and outdoor patio. Exceeded our expectations. Really liked the breakfast layout. Have traveled a lot in Europe over the years and this was one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever had. Front desk was exceptionally nice in helping up find our way abouts and offering suggestions for dining or sight seeing. One block from Opera House and subway station.. Great for hopping about town. One negative is that property next door in under construction / renovvation and it will be for a while. Some contsruction noise but this was all offset by the excellent property and people at Casati.
