Very good location, nice swimming pool with a vieuw. I have read in comments there would be no chairs at the pool but this is not true. As other permanent residents can use the pool too, the relax chairs are even ‘for guests of SWU rooms only’. Always fast answer by whatsapp from the staff, since there is no physical reception. If necessairy they are coming over in a few minutes only!

I only got the info there is no physical reception after booking. Only access through an app you need to download. Room access with the app. Although I found the location very easily after the clear info I received, I could not enter the room. I tried all their instructions, but it seemed it was not my phone/ app/ connection, but it didnt work, so I got a physical card! They came and needed only to wait 5min so that’s positive, I was helped very fast, but lost much time with this app you need to download, although I did everything in advance before arriving. Not very well indicated eighter in the building. I lost between 45min-1h after arriving before I found and could finally enter the room.

Parking good; but very claustrophobic; but I managed to park my 4.7m car. The communication was bad. I got very long messages via booking chat and email and it was a complete pain for me to find the information I needed in order to checkin. Just say this: Entrance A: address/ gmap link and code for door Entrance B: adrdress/ gmap link and code for gate Parking through entrance B; level of parking number of spot; Extra charge for parking. Reception is at different address: gmap link And follow up with: Your room is Number, Floor, Building A or B. Its enough; dont send people 10 big messages with fluff; then the room with number floor building etc on a different communication platform (aka email) in one of the 4 sent emails. How am I supposed to piece the puzzle pieces together without going find waldo after a 10h drive. Their app doesnt load; sometimes it does load if i close it open it and close it; i managed to do the checkin; Some cleaning staff helped me find my room number as I was lost in finding the information I needed. Their staff was kind

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Whenever we required assistance, they were always more than happy to accommodate. The accommodation is located in a fairly central location with loads of restaurants, shops and bars around. Everything that you need was right on your doorstep. Everything is in walking distance and taxis to specific tourist attractions were only around 10 - 15 minutes away depending on where you wanted to go/see. Highly recommend.

There is nothing to dislike about the property. I do have a small suggestion however. When arriving at the property, because the apartment style hotel is located in a specific building, you can easily miss it since there’s no visible sign. However maybe letting guests know that it’s situated next to a restaurant called Ichigo might make it easier to find. Again, besides that point, loved my stay and enjoyed every moment of it.

the room is just perfect , good size , everything new , and very well decorated! the staff was amazing ( Monica received me with a large smile and a lot of care) .

there were cigarettes 🚬 by the window of the room , and the bathtub / shower had no curtains or glass to prevent the water to wet the whole bathroom. another thing, the breakfast is not served at the hotel , and the check out time is eleven am while the breakfast is served at a pub nearby until 11:55 am . I lost breakfast in order to pack my stuff to leave , although payed for it .

The location is great! Close to everything - nightlife, restaurants, major sites, public transportation. The room is small but very cozy, the staff was courteous although not physically present there.

Entry to the room is via NFC and requires an internet connection, and we weren't always able to connect, and the NFC wasn't always picked up either. Fortunately, we contacted the staff and a representative arrived quite quickly and brought us a card. Without the card, we were often unable to enter the room.

I visited from the UK 11/09/24-15/09/24 . 1. The place was very central 2. It was very clean 3. I could request free towels, toothpaste, razors, sleepers, teas, and coffees. 4. I enjoyed having a nespresso coffee machine and a kettle plus a fridge in my room . 5. Netflix is available, plus other apps on the TV. 6. The receptionist Anna and Sophie were so amazing and helpful and kind. I am greatfull for all the help I received. 7. I have requested a room where I could rest and sleep with no noisy and slept really well, I wasn't disturbed during my sleep. 8. There's 4 different places you can choose for breakfast and food was delicious! 9. I felt safe walking around the area

Good location about 5 minute walk from the Opera and 10 minutes from the main subway Deak. Can walk to everything worth seeing downtown. Staff was nice. Room has good AC and bed was comfy. Rooftop pool a bonus. In/near the Jewish quarter where it seems like most of the fun is at.

It's a European apartment hotel meaning it's a floor in a condo building. Which is fine, they're all over Europe, but as an American you just have to get used to it. So it means walking through the central garden, which is dimly lit at night, to get to the elevator. It's safe, you're already behind the locked door, but Americans are used to light. I know Europe is in an electric emergency because of our dummy president blowing up the pipeline but some more lights in the garden and hallways would be major benefits.

A hidden gem. The communication before our stay was like no other, so personal and reassuring. We felt safe and secure and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Not a huge hotel, but this added to the experience. WiFi, netflix, coffee station and the communal pool is a huge bonus in the evening sun! The room designs are as quirky as the pictures and well looked after. Location wise it worked brilliantly for us and was in close reach of public transport and walkable attractions / food and drink places.

Really thinking what we can say here. A couple of small noises In the night from the room but I'm sure they will be resolved by the team. It wasn't clear where the photos of breakfast came from on the photo. We ate at some recommendations but this place doesn't have its own. It doesn't need it there's so many good places to try outside the hotel!

The room was in a perfect location to explore the city , especially as a lone female traveller who had booked very last minute. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful and room has all the basic facilities for somewhere to crash each evening. Added bonus was Netflix , coffee machine in the room and what looked like a new bathroom . Also a pool on rooftop which is lovely at sunset .

My only small complaint was that the building is hard to navigate on your own out of hours , I arrived at 1am ( reception closes at 8pm) , however saying that I was sent text and email with clear instructions and a number you can contact .

Excellent location, very close to the Opera and many objectives in the city center, good connections for public transport. Although at first we were disappointed they didn't offer breakfast on location, it was exciting to try different menus in 4 different locations where they were offering free breakfast. The reception staff very extremely nice and supportive with everything we needed. The curtains in the room very great, not a shed of light came in and we could sleep in late although it was sunny outside. The bed was very comfy. The design was very nice and we also appreciated that the self-care products were in big bottles, which was more sustainable.

The entrance is difficult to find, despite the detailed instructions sent on email. It will help a lot to have visible branded signs (with the logo) near and at the both entrances. Some umbrellas near the roof pool would help. The cleaning staff didn't seem so reliable, nothing major happened, but they didn't seem too professional either (forgot to bring things, entered in the room when we were there, left the window wide open in our absence, which wasn't very safe).
