Very clean, big and comfortable flat ,easy check in, nearby a lot of restaurants and market.

Only one thing, the check out time is 10 AM,which make non sense, if you ask for late check out ,you have to pay 15 euro for each hr.

Excellent location, 24/7 reception where they let us leave our bags as we arrived too early to check in. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay, clean and comfortable.

The blinds didn't cover the patio doors, they only reached 3/4 way down the door leaving the bottom quarter uncovered and there weren't shutters for those doors (there was a button and other flats seemed to have them and we did have shutters for the kitchen window, but there didn't appear to be one for the patio doors). We didn't complain as it wasn't a problem for us as we prefer a light room so we wake up early naturally but it could be an issue for people that require/prefer total darkness.

The location is the best. Near city center. Garage under the building is great thing. You can go everywhere by foot or use near by transport. There is Spar near by so you dont have to go in expencive ABC Market. The apartment itself is very nice and new looking.

The cleaning staff is really bad. It is one thing that the accomodation crew needs to really take care of. The apartmant smelled really bad when we arrived and it was poorly cleaned. There was left over bread in closet,.. the staff on reception was great and everything else was great but it needs to be said that you should consider of taking some other cleaning service. Also the halls in building is poorly cleaned. But never the less we really enjoyed our stay.

Location was good, the apartment spacios and clean.

Be careful if yiu arrive after 00:00. The staff from the reception is out and only guy who you can talk to is the security guy and I was in a situation whre I paid for the parking but I was unable to access it because the guy from security didn't know anything about it....after long discussions I was able to park.... Not a great experience....

The location is amazing, the apartment itself is beautiful, well-equipped, spacious, and they do pay attention to details for a guest's stay.

The bed and the sheet's quality should be improved. Especially avoiding re-using any sheet (even if it's clean) that has stains on them. That puts everyone off.

The staff were super helpful. I've stayed here often in previous years, and have never really had an issue. The first room I was given was in the A building (first time staying there). The apartment itself was nice. Had all necessary amenities. The only issues were there were ants (yikes) and the AC was leaking water. They just kept appearing a few at a time in the first hour. I went downstairs and told the staff, and they were super helpful ( the ac was immediately fixed by maintenance) and then because the ant issue persisted, the staff changed my room to one in the B building. That apartment was perfect. Thanks for the help and ensuring a comfortable stay!

Maybe because it was summer, I don't know, but there were ants in the apartment (in the hall of the flat and the bathroom). The staff was very responsive and helped me by putting me in a different room in the other building.

Lovely view of the inner garden and ivy-covered old buildings. The room was clean, quiet despite being central, and had comfortable bedding and flexible lighting. The shutter is a great addition for summer. The shower had good water pressure, and we appreciated the thoughtful starter pack with coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine pods, and mini toiletries. The decor was minimal and tasteful, making the space feel calm but not sterile. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay – highly recommended!

One thing to improve: at check-out, the reception office was closed and no one answered the phone. As a result, we returned the key card to the room, but it would have been helpful to receive prior instructions or a heads-up.

Great location. Very clean. Spacious and had everything we needed! Great value for money.

It was so hot! We turned all the radiators off, tried opening windows and even tried the air con and we were both waking up in sweats - we had to sleep separately because of this too… Bit odd for the middle of March. But otherwise it was great.

The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen and fridge that made it easy to prepare breakfast and store food. It was great to have the option to eat in after a long day. The location is central—just a couple of minutes further from our previous hotel—and very convenient for exploring the city. Having a reception desk at the entrance was helpful, and overall the apartment was clean and comfortable.

There was ongoing construction in the building, which made the entrance a bit noisy and dusty at times. Also, the reception desk was occasionally unattended, likely due to the staff being on a short break.

Pros: -Excellent location, city centre, close to restaurants, cafes, the famous ruin bars like Szimpla Kert, Gozsdu Court etc. Vibrant Area, but the room still quiet enough -Confortable bed, pillows -Well equipped, new, modern -Clean

Only one con: The studio we got allocated had a really small balcony, almost like a french balcony without any outdoor furniture. All the pictures for the type of studio we booked showed a much larger balcony with table and chairs, this was one of the reasons of our choice,. We love sitting outdoor in the night sipping a glass of Prosecco, which was not possible. I think this particular studio should not be in the same category with the ones from the pictures to avoid these kind of dissapointments.
